This study aims to determine the effect of HR training and audits on employee work productivity either partially or simultaneously at PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia, Gandaria City Branch. The analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia, Gandaria City Branch. Using a saturated sample of 91 respondents. The results of this study based on the coefficient of determination show that HR training and auditing have contributed to employee work productivity by 36.9% while the remaining 63.10% are other variables not examined. The results showed the multiple linear regression equation Y = 22,750 + 0.139 (X1) + 0.445 (X2), meaning that even is a positive influence between (X1) and (X2) variables, employees still have a work productivity level of 22,750. The results showed that partially the training variable did not have a significant effect on employee work productivity by showing the results of the test tcount = 1.023 while ttable = 1.98729 (tcount <ttable) with a significance level of 0.309. partially the HR audit variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity by showing the results of tcount = 3.144 while ttable = 1.98729 (tcount> ttable) with a significance level of 0.002. The results of testing the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable obtained the value of Fcount = 22.712> Ftable value = 3.10, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between training and HR audits on the work productivity of the employees of PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia, Gandaria City Branch.

This research aimed to examine the influence of the work environment and integrity on the performance of employees at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office. This research was a quantitative study with 72 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instruments used for the study were questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this research used multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis testing indicated the effect of work environment and integrity on employee performance at the Padang State Prosecutor's Office at the level of 0.016 <0.05; so that the work environment and integrity have a significant effect on performance. While the results of the Adjusted R Square indicated the value of 0.087. This means that the contribution of work environment and integrity variables was 8.7% with a difference of 91.3% which was influenced by other variables

his study aims to determine the willingness of visitors to pay entrance ticket retribution on the tourist attraction of Mandeh Island in the South Coast. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaires to 50 visitors in Mandeh Island Tourism Area. Sampling uses accidental sampling. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression test and hypothesis test with t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive influence between income partially on willingness to pay retribution with a coefficient value of 0.035, the value of tcount is 0.598 <t table of 1.985; (2) there is a positive influence between partial mileage on willingness to pay retibusi with a coefficient value of 0.432 tcount of 3.97> ttable 1.985 (3) there is no negative influence between the length of time visiting the willingness to pay retribution with a coefficient of 0.052 and tcount amounting to 0.456> ttable 1.985; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between income, distance traveled and the length of time of visit available to the willingness to pay levies on the mandatory tourist area with F count 6.588> Ftable 2.70.

PER is an important ratio in analyzing stocks, research was conducted at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk by using two ratios as analysis tools, namely CR and ROE. The author chooses to conduct research at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk because it is the largest consumer food company compared to its peers in Indonesia. This research was conducted to see the effect of CR and ROE simultaneously, partially and dominantly on PER using quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the data used were normal using the normal probability test plot. If using multiple linear regression test, the CR has a unidirectional relationship, while the ROE is not in the same direction as the PER. The results of hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The F test states that the CR and ROE have a simultaneous effect and the t test partially affects the PER. To see how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, a determination coefficient test is carried out with the result that the independent variable is quite influential on the dependent variable by 79.5%, and finally the dominant test with the results of ROE which has the most influence on the PER

The subjects of this study were the Indonesia Stock Exchange Listed LQ-45 companies while the objects were the 2015-2019 financial statements. The population of this study was 45 companies with 30 companies as the samples after purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of research in partially, investment and profitability had a significant and positive influence on the dividend payout ratio policies while liquidity had no influence on the dividend payout ratio policies. Simultaneously, investment, liquidity, and profitability had an 11.8% influence on the dividend payout ratio policies while the remaining 88.2% were explained by other variables such as leverage ratio, growth, and others.

What the price of raw materials was and the used of raw materials partially and simultan eously affected on the production volume. The analysis tool which used was a model of multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used t test and F test, both at the significant level 5%. Based of the analysis of research on PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. Partially, inventory raw material price had not significant effect on the production volume, consumption of raw material inventory affected significantly of the production volume. Inventory of raw material price and the use of raw material simultan eously affect significantly to the production volume.
