The after sales maintenance support report information system prototype is an application prototype developed to be able to help the support team report their technical work activities while doing after sales maintenance support. The faster the reporting provided by the support team to the project admin, will make it easier for a project manager to analyze the status or condition of the project being handled, so that the project manager can make project status reports for company managerial needs and reports to customers. This study uses elicitation methods in analyzing user needs and using UML in the system design process. The system development process used in this study is a prototype model for then the resulting system is tested using the black box testing method. The programming language used is PHP and uses MySql as a database. The Prototype after sales maintenance support report information system created in this research has been tested on one of the projects owned by PT MTI Tiga and according to the user has been able to simplify the reporting process of after sales maintenance support activities carried out by the support team.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran bagi para siswa dalam mencari sumber referensi belajar dan berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pendidikan. Pada SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi perpustakan adalah salah satu sarana bagi siswa untuk mencari referensi pelajaran. Namun pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini, perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pembukuan, kelola anggota, dan notifikasi peminjaman. Proses manual tersebut dinilai kurang efisien dan memakan banyak waktu, serta dokumen yang dapat rusak atau hilang disebabkan kejadian tertentu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola manajemen perpustakaan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan smart library berbasis web. Model prototipe adalah salah satu Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dapat membantu proses pembangunan Smart Library berbasis web. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen perpustakaan lebih terstruktur dan dengan proses yang cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Hasil dari kuisioner pengujian beta rata-rata menunjukan 80% menjawab setuju pada aplikasi smart library yang dibuat. Library as one of the learning media for students in finding sources of learning references and plays an important role in supporting the educational process. At SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi library is one of the means for students to find reference lessons. But in the current system, the library still uses a manual system, namely by recording books, managing members, and borrowing notifications. The manual process is considered inefficient and time-consuming, as well as documents that can be damaged or lost due to certain events. Therefore we need an information system that can manage library management more effectively and efficiently by using web-based Smart Library. Prototype Model is one of the System Development Live Cycle Model (SDLC) that can help the process of building a web-based Smart Library. So that it can help library management be more structured and with a fast, effective, and efficient process. The results of the beta test questionnaire on average showed 80% answered agreed on the smart library application made.

The development of the internet and the implementation of technology that makes it easier for users to increasingly influence the business sector. Business people are starting to take advantage of the internet and technology to run their business or so-called E-Commerce. Denia Donuts Shop is an online shop that sells donuts in South Sumatera. The problems that occur, even though this store has marketed its products online, shop owners still use social media only in the process of transactions with consumers. This becomes very difficult when consumers want to make a purchase, consumers must send messages according to the format determined by the shop's owner, this method is made very difficult for consumers every time they make a purchase. On the other hand, the shop owner also finds it difficult to find product information, stock information, find out which consumers have bought during a certain period, and sales reports that are still recorded in a book. This article aims to build E-Commerce at Denia Donuts Shop that can help in marketing products widely and facilitate the process of transactions carried out by consumers. The system development method used is the prototype method. This research has resulted in an E-Commerce system that has been tested using the black box testing method and has been implemented in accordance with user requirements specifications.

This article analyzes the interactions among individuals engaged in information system development (ISD) projects aimed to support an organization created by the merger of previously independent entities. The authors draw on a practice perspective on knowledge sharing across boundaries to analyze two ISD projects in a post-merger integration (PMI) context of the merger of three hospitals. In both projects, the final IS-enabled practices differed from the post-merger practices that had been planned by the hospital management. Our analysis suggests that pre-merger fields of practice tend to be resilient, and that this resilience originates in some of the agents' actions aimed at maintaining the status quo. In addition, they found this resilience to be facilitated by the ease of tailoring the software packages used to develop the two IS.

In managing reports on sales of fuel oil (BBM) at gas stations xxx Semarang using reports in the form of paper. The sales report paper is then recapitulated by the Administrative Officer. When going to perform data processing, the officer finds it difficult to present the sales data requested by the Manager. To overcome the problems that exist in the manual system, it is necessary to create a BBM Sales Information System so that data management and report generation can be done better. This research focuses on sales data for each type of fuel. To illustrate the requirements of the system using a use case diagram. The information system that will be created is built for the Android operating system that runs on tablet devices to make it easier for operators to fill in fuel sales data. The database used is SQLite because it is one of the databases that support mobile devices. The new system development method uses a prototype model. The stages used in the development of this system include the needs identification stage, the design stage, the prototyping manufacturing stage, the testing stage, and the implementation stage. The results of the development show that the Gas Station Sales Recording Application can run well because it is according to the manager's needs.

ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. <p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Dan sistem yang dikembangkan bisa membantu INBIS STIKI Indonesia dalam mengelola proses pendampingan tenan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Coaching Log, Inkubator Bisnis, Tenan, Pendamping</p>

The case study was taken from one of  trading companies in Lampung. The company sells Muslim fashion products from a large number of suppliers. Suppliers data is recorded in detail manually, as well as products recorded. Manual data collection can result in recording errors, data easily tucked, or not recorded. This research develops an information system to help the company in data collection of suppliers and products automatically based on web  using Laravel as a framework. This system is built using extreme programming methods and has features that focus on collecting suppliers, products, and product shipments. The results of system testing using the black box testing method shows that the system has fulfilled functional requirements and user needs.   Keywords— Management Information System; Product; Supplier.
