In the article the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the research are outlined and the essence of concepts «information», «communication», «information and communication technologies» is clarified, in particular the latter is interpreted as a combination of software, methods and means that ensure the effective assimilation of material as a result of transmission, processing, receiving, sharing, storing new information with the help of modern technical (information) resources. Classification of means of information and communication technologies is worked out, which focuses on priority tasks (educational, health improving and upbringing), that physical culture teacher solves. These specified groups are divided into types (with the use of computer and without using it) and categories (with the help of Internet and without it). Group of realization of educational tasks involves such means of ІCТ as: electronic encyclopaedias, video data, cloudy technologies, TV conference, games, interactive board, application software, presentation, smartphone; health improving – smartphone and fitness gadgets; upbringing – electronic encyclopaedias, video data, games, interactive board, presentation. It is discovered that information and communication technologies, as part of innovative education, assist the effectiveness of education, development and upbringing, increase of the personal interest and motivation of students to lessons, their application is inalienable part of professional activity of physical culture teacher. On the basis of investigation with experimental methods it turns out that most physical education teachers use ICT in their professional activities to some extent, but do not have profound knowledge regarding the completeness of their technical and educational capabilities, seldom use them in training, do not use the full range of tools. Almost half (49.5 %) of respondents understand the concept of «information and communication technologies» as computer programs, most of them indicate that in their professional activity they mostly use presentations and video materials (31 % and 38.5 %, respectively), less often teachers apply fitness gadgets and smartphone apps (22.5 % and 16 %, respectively), and cloud technology are rarely used by teachers. The correlation between teachers’ age, their experience and the degree of ICT use in professional activity was found out.  It turned out that middle-aged teachers (31-36 years old) use ICT more often, but those with 5 to 20 years of experience, and rarely – young teachers with up to 5 years of experience. Teachers over 40 do not often use innovative technical means. It has been found out that young teachers (with work experience up to 5 years ) mostly use gadgets for personal purposes, but have no experience in using them in their professional activities; experienced teachers prefer traditional teaching methods and reject innovative opportunities, that is why teachers with average age of 31-36 years and average work experience of 15 years fall into the category of frequent ICT users.

Each profession has its own specifics. Any type of work has various requirements for the level of development. And in this case, we can’t say about physical education and sports. In addition to the general impact of physical culture and sports on the human body, it is important to be aware of the applied orientation of certain sports. Competitive element and increased physical activity, which are integral components of sports, play a significant role in the formation of psychophysical qualities necessary for future professional activity. It’s necessary to find such means of physical education and sports that would evenly cover the development of psychophysiological and physical qualities of man and could prevent occupational diseases. It should be a publicly available, highly effective and emotional form of exercise to improve health and increase performance. One of the tools that meets these requirements is fitness and its directions. Recently, the problem of development and implementation of programs for professional and applied physical training of students in higher education has received very little attention. Despite the fact that many scientific works have been written on this topic, it still has open questions. This is especially true of professions that have emerged and become popular recently. That's why we turned to the profession of programmer. Trying to use modern means of physical education (in particular, types of fitness), we tried to create a program that would help future programmers in preparing for their professional activities and prevention of occupational diseases.

Aim. The purpose of the study is to establish theoretical prerequisites, identify, describe and interpret the basic psychological patterns of the dynamics of figurative creativity of future teachers of the humanities both during his/ her training in the educational environment of modern pedagogical universities and at certain stages of the didactic process. Material and methods. As the methods and tools of empirical research, the author uses the procedure of analysis of the degree of statistical validity of the differences of average values of the selected empirical indicators (t-Student's criterion), the test of figurative creativity by E.P. Torrens (modified by O.E.Tunik), a survey method, an interview method, and an expert evaluation method. The respondents were first, third, and fifth-year students specialized in «Ukrainian language and literature», «English (German) language and literature», «Ukrainian country studying» with a total of 156 people aged 18 to 30 years. The empirical basis of the study was the Faculty of Philology of the State Higher Educational Institution «Donbas State Pedagogical University». Results. It is obvious that throughout the process of growing up and gaining experience in educational and professional activities, the main specific characteristics of the creative figurative act for the representatives of the natural profile of professional training are the speed of emergence and development of creative ideas, the degree of deviation from existing prototypes, the desire to avoid a possible return to them or their modification and efforts to complete and properly design their creative product. At the same time, at the background of the previously mentioned characteristics, the dynamics of the indicator of the abstractness of the name of figurative creativity gradually recedes into the background. It means that in the process of micro-age formation of figurative creativity of the humanitarian profile subject of educational and professional activity the subject’s deep essence, not its nominal side, the outer cover, which consists in the peculiarities of verbalization of this creative process, the peculiarities of self-presentation and the presentation of the final creative product are formed. Conclusions. If we summarize the dynamics of figurative creativity of a humanitarian profile student in general, then we can depict: 1) impressive are the positive changes in this area at the end of the study, on the verge of study and professional activity, which in fact can cause such a rapid and bright dynamics; 2) particular interest is in the dynamics of creativity of humanitarian profile students at the level of such nuclear characteristics of figurative creativity as the dynamics of the creative idea, the degree of its difference from stereotypes and resistance to their emergence and motivated ability to finalize the creative product. In the future, we see promising research on the dynamics of figurative creativity of students of natural, cultural, and artistic profile and a comparative study of the dynamics of figurative creativity on the indicator of the profile of professional training in higher pedagogical education.

Statement of the problem. Today, when the epidemic raises specific requirements to the sanitary standards, teachers of the Physical Culture and Sports discipline need to take the maximum use of open spaces for their classes. The most common exercises for the autumn and spring periods of the academic year are cross-country running for different distances, general and strength development exercises in outdoor sports grounds. During the stable snow cover period, physical education focuses on ski training. Such activities have been always used as a perfect way of preventing respiratory diseases and virus infections. The problem and the task set before the teaching staff is support and stimulation of the students’ interest to outdoor training all year round, since only regular practice combined with knowledge in the sphere of physical culture and sports may develop a need for physical activity in the future. In this situation, it appears natural to add orienteering in the areas adjacent to the ski stadiums to the Physical Culture and Sports classes. The purpose of the article is to develop a modular structure for building the program of the Physical Culture and Sports discipline for students of non-physical culture profile during year-round outdoor activities using orienteering means, ski and general physical training. The methodology of the research includes the basic principles of physical education at higher educational institutions, methodological basics of physical development through ski training at the student age, the basics of embedding orienteering into the physical education process, analysis and generalization of the academic publications dedicated to the practical implementation of the Physical Culture and Sports discipline at higher educational institutions. The research results allow us to state that the application of the modular structure of the program of the Physical Culture and Sport academic discipline on the basis of two kinds of sports – ski training and orienteering, as well as the block of general physical training, which is mandatory in all training programs on this discipline is a more effective form for the implementation of this academic discipline. As a result of introducing this block structure there was an increase in the average attendance of physical education classes by students of the experimental group in the autumn semester from 74.56 ± 3.78 to 88.24 ± 4.62, in the spring the numbers increased by 13-14% (p <0.05), namely, from 76.23 ± 4.15 to 89.15 ± 4.44. The results of strength tests from the Physical Traning Standards (GTO) complex also significantly increased owing to the concentration of general physical training on a specially selected block, where these exercises were performed with multiple effortful repetitions not exceeding 30% – 40% of the possible individual maximum. In the ski training block, the students of the experimental group, on average, in each lesson were able to walk longer distance, longer by 29% by boys and by 32% by girls compared to the students of the control group. Orienteering block in autumn and spring allows students to fully master the competitive exercise in this sport. Conclusion. The designed block-based structure may be recommended for implementation in the training program among university students majoring in non-sport subjects with access to skiing centers equipped with skiing tracks and some mapped forest area. This is especially relevant in the difficult epidemiological situation in the country when the need for open-air training among students complying with all the applicable sanitary standards becomes extremely acute.
