In 21st century, the year 2020 was expected with much development in India as well many other countries. But unfortunately, the world is facing many natural calamities. World is taking steps towards rescue mission of the disasters. Among of those calamities, deadly Corona Virus remains still all over the world as pandemic disease. Even the developed countries are struggling to come back to its normal routine. India is a country with developing technologies. Vaccines are yet to be developed for treatment of this Novel Corona Virus. As a diagnostic tool, Nasopharyngeal and Oropharyngeal swabs are taken from the person and tested using RT-PCR. This test is not 100 percent accurate. Confirmed COVID patients after few days are undergoing the medical imaging. This diagnostic imaging technique helps in showing the progression of this virus spread in Upper and Lower respiratory system. Chest Radiography is low cost modality but its sensitivity towards observation is 69%. Lung Ultrasound is used in Intensive Care patients and not used for routine diagnosing purpose. Computed Tomography plays a crucial role in three-dimensional chest imaging of COVID-19 patients. The sensitivity of CT is 98%. The aim of this paper is to consider CT as a tool for diagnosing COVID-19 patient than using the standard tool RT-PCR. A brief knowledge about imaging modality like X-ray, Ultrasound and Computed Tomography when used against COVID patient is explained. This paper gives reason for the ideal use of CT diagnosis for COVID 19.

Introduction: This article includes the effect of Corona virus disease on cancer patients and their healthcare facilities. The global pandemic mentioned around the world has impacted the most vulnerable group of patients- cancer. With the assistance of RT PCR tests and HRCT, oncologists and doctors have tried to provide treatment to Covid-19 patients. Cancer patients are more susceptible to Covid-19 than non-cancer or non-survivor patients, according to reports. To avoid the prevalence and infection of cancer victims, WHO has suggested staying at home and continuing their treatment through telemedicine unless the situation is critical for which they might require therapy and/or surgery. Covid-19 is here to stay so we should practice with utmost care and precaution.

Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) began to spread to various parts of the world since December 2019, which was first discovered in Wuhan, China. Of course this has brought great disaster to 216 countries in the world, because no country is immune to this virus and the epidemic has spread to various continents and attacked many aspects of the world community. Distressing conditions like this require the state to play a stronger role by providing better service protection. In addition, conditions like this raise big questions about how countries in the world deal with this. In the midst of the COcVID-19 pandemic, many scientists are racing to quickly find an effective vaccine to fight this virus. An example of one that succeeded is the discovery of Sinovac or called CoronaVac, where this vaccine is the result of research from Sinovac Biotech Co. which is a biopharmaceutical company focused on research, development, manufacture and commercialization of vaccines, and the company is based in Beijing, China. Seeing the COVID-19 pandemic that is increasingly paying attention, especially in developing countries, many countries are pressing for the temporary waiver of COVID-19 vaccine patents during this crisis. The reason is none other than so that production can be accelerated so that it is expected to be able to handle the COVID-19 pandemic. Of course this raises a polemic between developed countries and developing countries where there are two different interests, one country protects its investors and the other one protects its people. From this we can see that COVID-19 leaves a lot of room for its own problems.

Abstract Objectives To investigated the relationship between the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and the severity of lung injury in corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients.Methods The clinical data, laboratory examination, and chest computed tomography (CT) findings of 167 patients with confirmed COVID-19 admitted to 5 hospitals in Chongqing, China from January 2020 to February 2020 were retrospectively reviewed. According to the diagnostic criteria sixth edition of the “Diagnosis and Treatment of New Coronavirus Pneumonitis” published by the China National Health Commission, the patients were stratified by the severity of their illness to 3 groups: mild (n = 17), moderate (n = 119), or severe (n = 31).Results Differences of the NLR among the three groups and between each of the groups were significant (all p < 0.001). The NLR and CT severity score were positively correlated (r = 0.823, p < 0.001). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis found that NLR had diagnostic and prognostic value in COVID-19 patients with either negative or positive CT results. The area under curve (AUC) was 0.819 (95% CI: 0.729-0.910, p < 0.001), the sensitivity was 61.3%, specificity was 94.1%, and the optimal NLR cutoff value was 3.634.Conclusion NLR reflected the degree of lung injury and predicted the progression of COVID-19. NLR is a low-cost, convenient, bedside alternative to chest CT scanning to indicate the severity of lung injury in patients with COVID-19, especially in relatively underdeveloped areas.

Background: There is a global spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) being identified as the causative organism. This pandemic has infected over 53 million people globally causing over 1.3 million deaths resulting in lockdowns being implemented across many countries in the world. Global travel has been severely restricted especially in the early phase with far reaching social, economic and emotional implications. In addition to local measures undertaken by each country to curtail the spread of the disease, many countries implemented entry restriction on flights to reduce the risk of importing the disease by potentially infected incoming travellers. The State of Qatar eased travel restrictions from 1st of September 2020 (Phase IV of reopening of pandemic restrictions) [1]. Incoming travellers from high risk countries had to have a mandatory COVID-19 Naso-Oropharyngeal swab negative result before boarding their flight to Qatar. Then they had to commit to two weeks of compulsory quarantine. Travellers from low risk countries had to be swabbed at Hamad international airport on arrival, followed by a week’s mandatory home quarantine. All travellers had to have COVID-19 RT-PCR nasooropharyngeal swab on day 6 after arrival in Qatar. Method: We looked at the data provided by Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Qatar from 1st of September to 30th of November. This was retrospective observational study looking at the prevalence of COVID positivity of return travellers as compared to the total positive cases in the country [1]. Results: In our review, out of a total of 19,909 COVID-19 positive cases, 2692 were incoming travellers which amounts to about 14 % of total COVID positive cases in Qatar. It was also noted that with each passing day, the ratio of incoming traveller’s in comparison to the total cases have been increasing, with figures of 9% in September 2020 as compared to 21% in November 2020. Conclusion: This figure clearly shows how important it is to screen all return travellers for COVID-19 as travellers are generally asymptomatic and could potentially spread the disease in the local community. All countries should consider implementing similar policies to reduce the risks of importing COVID-19.

Abstract: Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID 19) is defined as illness caused by novel corona virus now called severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS-Cov-2; formally called as 2019-nCov), which was first identified in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. The spreading of COVID 19 is very fast throughout the world. World economy as well as public health has been facing a devastating effect caused by COVID 19. Hence detecting COVID 19 is challenging task even we have multiple methods like RT-PCR, COVID kits. The RT-PCR may not available in all laboratory, even exists which take some time to process and get reports and COVID 19 test kits may not available in all places. So, the main intention of this paper is to detect COVID 19 with in low budget, less time and accurate results. We have trained deep transferred learning models like ResNet-50, ResNet-101 using COVID positive, Normal, Viral Pneumonia chest x-rays. ResNet-50, ResNet-101 is pre-trained deep learning neural network. ResNet-50 provides 98% of accuracy where ResNet-101 gives us 97% of accuracy. Covid-19 or the corona virus is a virus that has become a disaster and a global humanitarian disaster began in December 2019 in Wuhan province in China, April 2020 the spread of the corona virus has spread throughout the world making the greatest humanitarian disaster in the history of human civilization after the war world II, Already tens of thousands of people have died, millions of people have been infected with the conona virus from poor countries, developing countries to developed countries overwhelmed by this virus outbreak. Increasingly, the spread follows a series of measurements while patients who recover recover from a series of counts so that this epidemic becomes a very frightening disaster plus there is no drug or vaccine for this corona virus yet found, so that all countries implement strategies to reduce this spread from social distancing, phycal distancing to with a city or country lockdown.

The emergence of a new virus in the global world at the end of 2019, namely Corona Virus Disease 2019, brought tremendous excitement to all inhabitants of the earth. The emergence of this virus brings tremendous concern and fear to the world because the spread of this virus is quite fast, even the most frightening is that the risk of death of people exposed to this virus is very large. Indonesia itself, cannot avoid the impact of this Covid-19 case. As a form of efforts to prevent and minimize transmission of the virus, the Indonesian government has issued a social distancing / physical distancing recommendation. This situation also causes the interaction between communities to be very limited. This situation seems to be able to eliminate hospitality among the community. This paper aims to emphasize the importance of maintaining the value of Christian hospitality in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Periprocedural imaging assessment for percutaneous Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) transcatheter occlusion can be obtained by utilizing different imaging modalities including fluoroscopy, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound imaging. Given the complex and variable morphology of the left atrial appendage, it is crucial to obtain the most accurate LAA dimensions to prevent intra-procedural device changes, recapture maneuvers, and prolonged procedure time. We therefore sought to examine the accuracy of the most commonly utilized imaging modalities in LAA occlusion. Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval was waived as we only reviewed published data. By utilizing PUBMED which is an integrated online website to list the published literature based on its relevance, we retrieved thirty-two articles on the accuracy of most commonly used imaging modalities for pre-procedural assessment of the left atrial appendage morphology, namely, two-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography, three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography, computed tomography, and three-dimensional printing. There is strong evidence that real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography is more accurate than two-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography. Three-dimensional computed tomography has recently emerged as an imaging modality and it showed exceptional accuracy when merged with three-dimensional printing technology. However, real time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography may be considered the preferred imaging modality as it can provide accurate measurements without requiring radiation exposure or contrast administration. We will present the most common imaging modality used for LAA assessment and will provide an algorithmic approach including preprocedural, periprocedural, intraprocedural, and postprocedural.

Introduction: Esophageal cancer (EC) is a malignant disease with low survival rates and limited treatment options in the later stages. The epidemiological situation in developed countries tends to improve. However, in most states, including the Russian Federation, the situation remains in critical condition.Epidemiology of EC: Esophageal cancer is one of the most aggressive malignant disease. According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), in 2018, 572 thousand new cases of RP were registered in the world (3.2 % of the total number of malignant disease). In 2018, 508.6 thousand deaths from cancer were recorded in the world (5.3 % of the total number of deaths from cancer, 6th place) [1].EC risk factors: The following factors play an important role in the etiology of squamous EC:1. Diet (nitrites, hot food and drinks, insufficient intake of vitamins and minerals with food).2. Tobacco and alcohol use are independent risk factors, but when combined with others, they increasethe risk of the disease.3. Achalasia of the cardia.4. Burns of the esophagus.5. Autosomal dominant diseases characterized by hyperkeratosis of the palms of the hands and feet.The risk of developing EC reaches 37 % [2].6. Human papillomavirus types 16 and 18 causes a risk of EC in 37 % of patients.Diagnostic methods: Traditional methods for the diagnosis of EC are: esophagogastroduodenosocpy with biopsy, endoscopic ultrasound with puncture biopsy of the mediastinal lymph nodes, computed tomography of the chest and abdominal organs (including contrast), magnetic resonance imaging of the chest cavity (including with contrasting), positron emission tomography with 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (including combined with computed tomography).

The first European COVID-19 infection was recorded in February 2020, and Poland followed in mid-March. Restrictions were imposed on traveling between states and using public space. These movement restrictions forced a search for new, often innovative, forms of tourism. Google Earth virtual reality (VR), Google Street View, and the Chernobyl VR Project are just some of the selected opportunities to create virtual tours. Different activities using VR mean that people can experience the illusion of travelling in time and space, outside of their everyday surroundings, in a digitally constructed three-dimensional (3D) environment, for cognition or entertainment. Therefore, this study aimed to present virtual and space tourism as new traveling trends during various crise,s such as health, economic, etc. A diagnostic survey with a developed questionnaire was conducted in June and July 2021 in Poland. A total of 564 fully answered responses were collected from randomly selected respondents. We found that around 82% of Polish people were aware of VR technology, and 70% believed that new technologies determine VR tourism development. VR presents the possibility of travelling to places that no longer exist in their original form, but have been reconstructed only in VR. Around 75% of the respondents agreed that VR tourism plays an essential role in tourism promotion in Poland and throughout the world. Moreover, VR and augmented tourism lets us visit fictitious and dangerous, politically restricted, and geographically as well as economically difficult destinations. For example, our results revealed that many people want to experience North Korea, the USA, Antarctica, Syria, etc. At the same time, people recommended the NASA space station as a visiting destination using VR and augmented reality. VR offers an alternative form of tourism during crises and pandemics such as COVID-19. We found over 26% of the respondents were satisfied with contemporary tourists’ cognitional needs during VR sightseeing. More than 87% of the respondents believed that VR tourism cannot substitute real-world tourism in the long run. However, VR tourism will be more beneficial for developing countries facing difficulties in economic aspects, and easier than attaining visas to enter developed countries. Furthermore, virtual sightseeing may also constitute an alternative for people who are disabled or sick, and who cannot undertake the effort of active tourism and explore tourist resources of the world on their own.
