The paper analyzes the approaches to understanding the educational synergy and concludes that the key moment in the realization of the synergistic approach in education is the integration of a variety of knowledge-based interdisciplinary connections. Analysis of Russian universities training plans for different areas of training showed that they differ in a small number of integrated courses, and therefore concluded that it is necessary to implement alternative methods of interdisciplinary connections formation in the educational process, taking into account the multidimensional professional and educational environment. The author considers the possibility of implementing a synergetic approach to the meta-project-based method. The educational meta-project as a special form of independent activity of students is defined; specifics and peculiarities of meta-projects implementation and stages of cognitive meta-project technology are described. Meta-projects implementation may include a variety of forms and methods of training from different educational technologies, but cause the specific challenges facing the lecturer which are presented in the content of the paper. The results of experimental testing confirmed the positive impact of the meta-project method application on the formation of interdisciplinary relationships and integral vision of the future professional work of students, as well as on the development of learners basic skills: thinking, understanding, communication, reflection and action.

The paper discusses the main issues of organizing the learning process based on the gamification. The publication analyzes the main provisions of the application of elements of gamification in the process of teaching students. The study proposes to consider gamification as a new format of the project method in the context of blended learning in the study of disciplines of the pedagogical cycle by students of humanitarian and natural specialties. We analyzed the main didactic Classcraft platform capabilities. Developed by students within the framework of the “Pedagogy” discipline a brief structure of the “Adventurers” quest was present. The algorithm of the students' work included following steps: choosing a project theme (name of the game); composition of the game (stages); development of the game as a digital product (elements); analysis of the implementation of the game as a digital product (difficulties and prospects); analysis of the results of joint digital project activities of students, indicating positive and negative aspects. We considered the positive aspects of using digital applications and platforms to improve teacher skills. The conclusions provide consolidated proposals for the use of gamification, such as: its implementation in the educational process is aimed at the development of intellectual, social, emotional, technological segments of the personal development of students; the use of gamification has a positive impact on the development of students and teachers soft skills and helps to improve their professional skills.

The article researched the importance of using the project method in teaching “Biology and Ecology” in high (senior) school and “Basics of Health” in secondary school, as a method of content integration of the natural education and the conditions of effective student teaching. The relevance of this topic is that there is an observation of multi-vector using the “project method” in school today. New developments for the application of project-based teaching are conducted. The organization of project activities in the teaching process involves a specially organized by the teacher process, which is performed by students independently based on their subjective definition of the goal, while the project focuses on a set of actions that makes students independent. The result of the project activity can be any product of the student’s activity, for example, presentation, essay, and model. The method of projects is based on creativity, the skills of orientating in the information space and independently designing their knowledge. In the process of project activity, there is a metamorphosis of the teacher’s position in the educational process (the teacher organizes the students’ activities). For the organization of teacher's activity, it is necessary to master the methods and techniques of preparing students for the work on the project and its development. Teaching “Biology and Ecology” and “Basics of Health” is successful only if the teacher’s work with students in all its forms is a purposeful system of teaching and education that develops in unity biological concepts, dialectical-materialist worldview, thinking, and independent practical work skills, the project’s method helps in this the most. At the modern stage of development of school education, the problem of student's cognitive activity becomes especially important meaning due to the high rate of development and improvement the science and technology, society need for educated people and free from stereotypes, will be able to quickly orientate in the situation, thinking independently. Implementation of such tasks becomes possible only in the conditions of the project teaching stimulating the mental activity of students. Keywords: method of projects; design activity; integration; biology; ecology; natural science education; natural science competence; creative health.

The article is devoted to the organization of project activities in preschool educational institutions. The project method is presented as a way to implement the tasks of competency-oriented education, aimed not at integrating factual knowledge, but at their application and acquisition of new ones. The article reveals the essence of the introduction of project activities in the educational process of preschool education as a promising area of work that promotes the education of independent creative personality, able to make decisions, set goals, plan the activities and predict the results. The application of the project method in preschool education aims to stimulate children's interest in certain problems and solve them through activities, as well as the practical application of acquired knowledge and empowering children in self-realization. Project activity is one of the most promising components of the educational process, because it creates conditions for creative self-development and self-realization of preschoolers, forms all the necessary life competencies: multicultural, speech, informational, political and social. Independent acquisition of knowledge, their systematization, the ability to navigate in the information space, see the problem and make decisions happens through the project method. The variability and variety of content, methods and techniques of teaching and educating preschoolers requires a joint effort of teachers to radically change approaches to working with children, to reorient each employee to keep the child in the center of attention. Through innovative approaches to the content and forms of methodical work, in particular through the introduction of the project method in the work of preschool education, the actual tasks of increasing the professional skills of teachers are realized.

AbstractToday, modern educational models are concerned with the development of the teacher-student experience and the potential opportunities it presents. User-centric analyses are useful both in terms of the socio-technical perspective on data usage within the educational domain and the positive impact that data-driven methods have. Moreover, the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and process innovation has emerged due to the strategic perspectives and the process monitoring that have shown to be missing within the traditional education curricula. This study shows that there is an unprecedented increase in the amount of text-based data in different activities within the educational processes, which can be leveraged to provide useful strategic intelligence and improvement insights. Educators can apply the resultant methods and technologies, process innovations, and contextual-based information for ample support and monitoring of the teaching-learning processes and decision making. To this effect, this paper proposes an Educational Process and Data Mining (EPDM) model that leverages the perspectives or opinions of the students to provide useful information that can be used to enhance the end-to-end processes within the educational domain. Theoretically, this study applies the model to determine how the students evaluate their teachers by considering the gender of the teachers. We analyzed the underlying patterns and determined the emotional valence of the students based on their comments in the Students Evaluation of Teaching (SET). Thus, this work implements the proposed EPDM model using SET comments captured in a setting of higher education.

The main aim of the article is to analyze the main stages of work on the project, characterizes the activities of the teacher and student at these stages. The basis of the project activity is the development of students' cognitive skills, the ability to independently design their knowledge and navigate the information space, the development of critical thinking; an idea is laid that constitutes the essence of the concept of "project", its pragmatic focus on the result, which is obtained when solving a particular practically or theoretically significant problem. This result can be seen, comprehended, applied in real practice. To achieve such a result, it is necessary to teach children to think independently, find and solve problems, using knowledge from different areas for this purpose, the ability to predict the results and possible consequences of different solutions, the ability to establish cause-and-effect relationships. To accomplish the goal of the study, several primary stages of work on a project are taken into account, including problematization, goal-setting, planning, implementation, presentation, and reflection. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the application of the project method in the classroom in primary school does not supplant the classroom system but complements, arranges, and extends it.
