This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 276 employees of PT. KarangMas Unggul (KMU) Bekasi. The sample used was 73 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

Remuneration or reward, which is part of compensation management, may affect the morale and motivation of employees to do a better work performance. This research aimed to analyze the correlation between remuneration and work motivation with nurses’ job satisfaction in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. This study was a quantitative one with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study consisted of 123 nurses which was selected using proportional random sampling method. Questionnaires were used to gather data and the result analyzed with path analysis method. The result showed that remuneration variable had a positive and significant influences on nurses’ job satisfaction (p=0,007), work motivation (p=0,003) while work motivation had a positive significant influences on nurses’ job satisfaction (p=0,001). The result of path analysis indicated that the direct influence of remuneration on nurses’ job satisfaction is higher compared to its indirect influence. Optimalization of nurses’ work motivation and job satisfaction on the implementation of a professional nursing care in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping hospital can be improved by adjusting the remuneration or compensation of their work services.

One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform  analysis  of  data  obtained.  Methods  of  data  analysis  using  Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees. Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation to employee performance. Using by simple random sampling method 40 respondents from taken 160 employees population. Explanatory research use SPSS 20, the data used is primary and secondary data, . The analysis showed that: the relationships among the exogenous variables of job satisfaction and work motivation has a direct influence on the endogenous variable employee performance. Therefore, it is still necessary to improve the performance of an increase in motivation, job satisfaction to employees by providing stimuli. Keyword: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling 40 orang responden dari populasi yang berjumlah 160 orang karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 20, data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : variabel eksogen kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap variabel endogen kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja masih diperlukan adanya peningkatan motivasi, kepuasan kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada karyawan. Abstract: The Effect of Organizational and Individual Career Planning on Job Satisfactionand Employee Performance. The aims of this research is to determine the influence oforganizational and individual career planning to job satisfaction and employee performancePDAM Denpasar. The sample in this study was 135 people from PDAM Employees Denpasarthat taken by proportional stratified random sampling method. The data analysis techniqueused is structural equation modeling (SEM) which computerized by using the program AMOSversion 6. The results showed that organizational and individual career planning has positiveand significant impact on employee job satisfaction PDAM Denpasar. Organizational careerplanning and individual influence on employee performance PDAM Denpasar and jobsatisfaction affects employee performance PDAM Denpasar. The implications of this research;s to be repaired organizational and individual career planning and improvement of jobsatisfaction and employee performance PDAM Denpasar.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at PT XYZ. The population in this study was 50 people. The sample used was 50 respondents. The sampling method used saturated samples. Data collection Methods used survey, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.


Work motivation has been identified as an influential variable associated with turnover intention. However, only a few studies have examined its prediction on turnover intention. This study discussed the influences of work motivational factors (compensation, nature of job and interpersonal relationship) on turnover intention among Gen Y employees. The sampling method used in this study was stratified random sampling and the sample size was 108 employees in the manufacturing company. The results indicated that the level of work motivation among Gen Y employees is moderate, while the level of turnover intention is high. The result also shows that there is no significant difference of work motivation based on gender among Gen Y employees. The multiple regression results indicated that the three factors of work motivation such as interpersonal, compensation, and nature of the job did not have significant influence on turnover intentions of Gen Y employees. This research concludes with the recommendations for the employees and future works for researcher.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.
