This article aims to find out about the role of madrasa principals' policies in improving the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and discourse. The subjects of this study were the principal of the madrasa, teacher training staff and teachers at MTs Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. The results of this study indicate that the policies of the head of the madrasa at MTs Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah are quite good, in this case the role of the principal's policies in order to increase teacher professionalism is very dominant. The principal of madrasa implements the policy by holding monthly meetings; giving assignments; holding training, seminars, workshops; provide rewards/allowances to teachers who excel and sanctions for teachers who violate policies in madrasah. Teacher professionalism is well improved, seen in: active discipline in learning; skill development, and being able to master the material in learning.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

A teacher has a very important role in developing the character and attitude of the Duha prayer discipline towards students in school. Discipline is a strict rule in which the contents and formulation of the rules are carefully thought out and developed in a more real way so that what is desired can be realized as expected. Discipline can give birth to the spirit of appreciating time, not wasting it. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the role of fiqh teachers in improving student discipline through prayer in congregation at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang includes habituation, enforcing discipline, awareness, supervision, and examples or role models. Supporting factors for fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students are facilities, natural resources, and support from the surrounding community. Barriers to fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students. namely the lack of awareness of students and their different family backgrounds. Meanwhile, the solution for fiqh teachers in overcoming obstacles in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer is: providing guidance to students and the participation of parents at home.

This research is motivated by the existence of a culture about the annual ritual of sedekah bumi which is always carried out by the community. The purpose of this study was to find out the values of Islamic education contained in the sedekah bumi tradition. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The results of the research show that in the sedekah bumi tradition there are values of Islamic education in the form of values of faith, brotherhood and togetherness, mutual help, friendship, sharing benefits by doing prayer together and thanksgiving. The implication of this research is that the community can review the various positive sides of the earth alms tradition because not all things related to tradition and culture contain elements of shirk and make traditions that are always carried out as content containing the value of Islamic education.

This study aims to describe the perception and participation of farmers, farmers community of Klis Village - Nyama Hamlet in the development of gerdarsi beach attractions. Research method is descriptive qualitative. Using interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed the form of participation of farmers community in the development of gerdarsi beach tourism attraction is 1). Donate picket. 2). Keep the location security. 3). Maintaining the beauty of the location. 4). Art. The participation rate of the community of farmers in supporting the development, implementation and utilization. Thus it can be said that the community of farmers has participated well in the process of development and development of gerdarsi beach attractions.

This study aims to: 1) describe the forms of deviant behavior in the era of disruption; 2) describe the forms of local wisdom of Sasak tribe that can ward off deviant behavior among MAN 1 students in East Lombok. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the form of deviant behavior found in students is often late to go to school, Anti Social (prefer to be alone rather than hanging out with peers), Students spend a lot of time with social media, Students work on assignments given by the teacher by copying faste someone else's work, Skipping class hours, Saying Rude / impolite, Lying to parents to buy a quota on the grounds of looking for material but used to play online games, Cheating during exams using cellphones, Having an attitude of indifference (Indifferent not Indifferent), bullying peers through social media. While the form of local wisdom that can suppress deviant behavior can be in the form of awiq-awiq, lelakaq, and folklore. Meanwhile the role of local wisdom of Sasak tribe community in counteracting deviant behavior in MAN 1 East Lombok is by applying local wisdom in sociology learning and early in the morning before the KBM schedule begins by waiting students with the greetings and greetings tradition.

Panitia Pengawas Pemilu atau biasa disebut Panwaslu merupakan salah satu penyelenggara Pemilu yang memiliki tugas dan kewenangan untuk mengawasi pemilu, pada penyelenggaraan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur di Banten 2017. Panwaslu Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu penyelenggara pemilu memiliki tugas dan wewenang untuk mengawasi jalannya pemilihan diwilayah Kota Tangerang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran Panwaslu Kota Tangerang dalam Pengawasan Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Banten 2017. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan juga studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Panwaslu Kota Tangerang dalam pengawasan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Banten 2017 telah melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, namun dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya mengalami memiliki hambatan. Panwaslu mengawasi KPU, peserta pemilu dan pemilih dengan cara mengikuti setiap tahapan pemilihan yang ada dan juga Panwaslu memiliki lembar laporan yang akan menjadi acuan dalam melakukan segala tindakan atau memberikan rekomendasi kepada KPU. selain itu juga panwaslu mengawasi pemilih, dalam mengawasi pemilih itu sendiri seperti mengawasi daripada netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Panwaslu juga mengingatkan serta memberikan peringatan terhadap ASN terlebih dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya netralitas ASN dalam pemilu, namun yang terjadi masih saja ditemukan pelanggaran yang dilakukan dan Panwaslu hanya dapat memberikan surat peringatan atau melakukan pemanggilan namun tidak dilakukan sanksi apapun terhadap pelanggar tersebut. The Election Oversight Committee or commonly called Panwaslu is one of the organizers of the Election who has the duty and authority to oversee the election, in organizing the election of Governor and Deputy Governor in Banten 2017. The Tangerang City Election Supervisory Committee as one of the election organizers has the duty and authority to oversee the election in the City Tangerang. The purpose of this research was to describe the role of Tangerang City Panwaslu in Supervising the Election of Banten Governor and Deputy Governor of 2017. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Panwaslu of the City of Tangerang in the supervision of the election of the Governor of Banten and Deputy Governor of 2017 has carried out their duties in accordance with the laws and regulations, but in carrying out their duties they have obstacles. The Election Supervisory Committee oversees the KPU, election participants and voters by following each election stage and Panwaslu has a report sheet that will become a reference in taking all actions or providing recommendations to the KPU. besides that the Election Supervisory Committee oversees the voters, in overseeing the voters themselves such as overseeing the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Panwaslu also reminded and warned against ASN especially by providing socialization on the importance of ASN neutrality in elections, but violations were committed. Color in human life has a very important role. With color, humans can identify something that appears in front of them. There is a strong relationship between color and one’s emotions that can even cause a feeling that is unique to a person. Karo bridal jewelry uses gold as a whole, from bracelets, necklaces to earrings worn by the bride and groom. This study focuses on the role of gold in Karo bridal jewelry in influencing the perception of the bride and groom in living a new household. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the perception of the gold color in the Karo people, especially the bride and groom, had a very deep meaning, namely the value of responsibility, the value of hard work, the value of honesty and the value of prosperity expected in domestic life. The perception of value that arises from the gold color of jewelry reflects that both the bride and the extended family must be able to become role models who have luxurious and effective symbols such as gold.ABSTRAK Warna di dalam kehidupan manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Dengan warna manusia dapat mengidentifikasi sesuatu yang tampak dihadapannya. Terdapat keterkaitan kuat antara warna dengan emosi seseorang yang bahkan dapat menimbulkan suatu perasaan yang khas dari diri seseorang. Perhiasan pengantin Karo menggunakan warna emas secara keseluruhan mulai dari gelang, kalung sampai dengan anting yang dikenakan oleh kedua pengantin. Penelitian ini memfokuskan peran warna emas pada perhiasan pengantin Karo dalam mempengaruhi persepsi pengantin dalam menjalani rumah tangga yang baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi warna emas pada masyarakar Karo khususnya kedua pengantin memiliki arti yang sangat dalam yaitu nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kerja keras, nilai kejujuran serta nilai kemakmuran yang diharapkan dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Persepsi nilai yang timbul dari warna emas perhiasan mencerminkan kedua pengantin dan keluarga besar harus mampu menjadi panutan yang memiliki simbol mewah dan tepat guna seperti emas. Kata Kunci : Emas; Perhiasan; Pengantin Karo

Pesan dakwah dapat disampaikan melalui media termasuk instagram. Trend  tersebut memiliki dua sisi seperti pisau bermata ganda (tantangan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah dalam instagram dan mencari tahu kelebihan dan kekurangan penyajian pesan dakwah dalam media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya, melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari dua puluh unggahan yang diteliti, terdapat tiga unggahan yang termasuk bentuk penyajian pesan dakwah informatif, empatbelas unggahan yang termasuk persuasif, dan tiga unggahan yang termasuk koersif. Kelebihan penyajian pesan dakwah pada akun instagram ini ialah menyampaikan pesan dalam bahasa singkat dan mudah dipahami pembaca. Dan kekurangannya, yaitu penjelasan yang kurang lengkap dan singkat. Kelebihan dan kekurangannya ini juga memberikan dampak pada pemahaman  pembacanya. Da'wah messages can be conveyed through the media including Instagram. The trend has two sides like a double-edged knife (a challenge). This study aims to determine the presentation of preaching messages on social media Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of preaching messages on Instagram and find out the advantages and disadvantages of preaching messages in social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques, through observation and documentation. The results showed that of the twenty uploads examined, there were three uploads that included informative preaching messages, fourteen uploads that were persuasive, and three uploads which were coercive. The advantage of presenting da'wah messages on this Instagram account is that it conveys messages in short and easily understood language. And the shortcomings, namely an incomplete and concise explanation. These strengths and weaknesses also have an impact on the reader's understanding.

This study aims to describe the role of the principal in the implementation of academic supervision, the results and obstacles of academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers of SMP Negeri in MuaraTelang, Banyuasin District. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this research is SMP Negeri in MuaraTelangBanyuasin District. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the findings is done by observing persistence, triangulation and reference adequacy. The results of this study explain the positive and significant role of principal academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers of SMP Negeri in MuaraTelang District, Banyuasin. Through discussion of the implementation of academic supervision, the results of academic supervision, and the inhibiting factors for academic supervision of school principals. The results of the supervision carried out by the principal of the State Junior High School in MuaraTelangBanyuasin District were able to improve teacher professionalism in pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence.

The increase in the crime of theft has become one of the concerns in the community, so in this case the implementation of fingerprinting in exposing the crime of theft is to reveal the identity of the victim of theft. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to analyze the role of fingerprints in uncovering the criminal act of theft and the process of taking fingerprints in proving the perpetrator of the crime of theft. The research method used is normative and empirical legal method. Sources of data used are primary and secondary sources of law. Data collection techniques by interviewing, taking notes, quoting, reading, and summarizing the literature. After the data is collected, it is analyzed qualitatively. The result shows that the role of fingerprints in uncovering criminal acts of theft is that they can be used as evidence, by using a system or method of fingerprint identification, fingerprint records in the form of letters or expert statements can be used as additional evidence in addition to other evidence. found at the scene of the case in conducting an investigation.
