Color in human life has a very important role. With color, humans can identify something that appears in front of them. There is a strong relationship between color and one’s emotions that can even cause a feeling that is unique to a person. Karo bridal jewelry uses gold as a whole, from bracelets, necklaces to earrings worn by the bride and groom. This study focuses on the role of gold in Karo bridal jewelry in influencing the perception of the bride and groom in living a new household. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the perception of the gold color in the Karo people, especially the bride and groom, had a very deep meaning, namely the value of responsibility, the value of hard work, the value of honesty and the value of prosperity expected in domestic life. The perception of value that arises from the gold color of jewelry reflects that both the bride and the extended family must be able to become role models who have luxurious and effective symbols such as gold.ABSTRAK Warna di dalam kehidupan manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Dengan warna manusia dapat mengidentifikasi sesuatu yang tampak dihadapannya. Terdapat keterkaitan kuat antara warna dengan emosi seseorang yang bahkan dapat menimbulkan suatu perasaan yang khas dari diri seseorang. Perhiasan pengantin Karo menggunakan warna emas secara keseluruhan mulai dari gelang, kalung sampai dengan anting yang dikenakan oleh kedua pengantin. Penelitian ini memfokuskan peran warna emas pada perhiasan pengantin Karo dalam mempengaruhi persepsi pengantin dalam menjalani rumah tangga yang baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi warna emas pada masyarakar Karo khususnya kedua pengantin memiliki arti yang sangat dalam yaitu nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kerja keras, nilai kejujuran serta nilai kemakmuran yang diharapkan dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Persepsi nilai yang timbul dari warna emas perhiasan mencerminkan kedua pengantin dan keluarga besar harus mampu menjadi panutan yang memiliki simbol mewah dan tepat guna seperti emas. Kata Kunci : Emas; Perhiasan; Pengantin Karo

A teacher has a very important role in developing the character and attitude of the Duha prayer discipline towards students in school. Discipline is a strict rule in which the contents and formulation of the rules are carefully thought out and developed in a more real way so that what is desired can be realized as expected. Discipline can give birth to the spirit of appreciating time, not wasting it. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the role of fiqh teachers in improving student discipline through prayer in congregation at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang includes habituation, enforcing discipline, awareness, supervision, and examples or role models. Supporting factors for fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students are facilities, natural resources, and support from the surrounding community. Barriers to fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students. namely the lack of awareness of students and their different family backgrounds. Meanwhile, the solution for fiqh teachers in overcoming obstacles in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer is: providing guidance to students and the participation of parents at home.

In this journal contains a description of the explanation of the relationship (relationship) between someone who plays himself as a teacher spiritual guide (Murshid) with other people who act as followers (Disciples). The second role is certainly not a role in the theater or soap opera shows that we watch on television, but it is a concrete manifestation on the real stage of life. In the tradition sosial urf social-attraction there are life phenomena that are very unique and interesting to study and examine in depth. Because in this phenomenon there is a mirror of human life, which between one another has a very strong relationship and attachment between them. This relationship can be intensively interwoven both physically and mentally which is implemented directly in religious spiritual life and social life. From each of them there were those who became role models who were very adhered to and respected, namely a murshid teacher. While others become followers who are very obedient and loyal, namely a student. The closeness of the relationship between murshid and students is part of an inseparable relationship. Both are bound and related to each other. Each of them takes care and maintains each other. This kind of life portrait is a picture of past life in the time of the Prophet and his companions. Where the Prophet's figure was his capacity as a figure who became uswah (role model) for his companions whose capacity was a loyal follower of the Prophet. This paper aims to reveal the pact around the scope of life in the circle of social-spiritual life played by God's chosen servants.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

This study aims to elaborate the strengthening of Islamic moderateism through Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education. The researcher describes the behavior of Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education practiced by Islamic educational institutions as a basis for strengthening religious moderatism. The role of Islamic education institutions in applying moderate Islamic understanding in this disruption era is necessary. Because, students are faced with conditions of changing the order of values ​​and traditions that are very fast and unexpected. Through a descriptive-qualitative approach, data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Through the frame of character education theory, the data analyzed using the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Apparently, Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah's character education at MTs. Miftahul Huda Bulungan Pakis Aji Jepara was developed through teaching the value of tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh and i'tidal. The implementation as culture of madrasa, such as the obligation to pray before starting the lesson, orderly running pickets, praying dzuhur in congregation, wearing school uniforms, preserving ancestral culture, familiarizing greetings, sympathetic care routinely for yatama and dhuafa, maintaining the cleanliness of the madrasa environment, and a ban on littering the classroom walls. The limitation of this study has specific scope. That is the focus on strengthening religious moderateism in Islamic educational institutions which are under the shelter of the LP. Maarif NU Jepara Regency. There are still gaps for other researchers to conduct development research outside of that scope.

A'dangang ceremony is a cultural value in the Kajang Customary Area. The purpose of research to analyze the view of society and function of A'dangang Ceremony to the life of Kajang society. This type of research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection is used by observation, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysts performed through three stages of data reduction, presentation and draw conclusions. The results show there is a ceremony of death A'dangang, which consists of several levels, namely: a) Dampo Ceremony, b) Lajo-lajo Ceremony. PUEBI (Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia) is a guideline in the use of good and correct Indonesian Language. The use of Indonesian in everyday life often does not pay attention to the rules correctly. Many Indonesian language users are still confused about raw and non-standard words, punctuation, and so on. Actually PUEBI learning has been given from the elementary school level to the college level, but its application is still not appropriate in everyday life. Now, with increasingly rapid technological advancements, many applications can be used as media for learning, one of which is Instagram. Through Instagram, knowledge about PUEBI can be shared in the form of pictures or videos to make it more attractive. This study aims to reveal the role of Instagram as a medium in PUEBI learning. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through library research. The results of this study indicate that Instagram has an important role in PUEBI learning.

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the teacher of Islamic religious education in actualizing the tolerance attitude to the students and how the tolerance of the students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are, First, the role of teachers in instilling an attitude of tolerance towards students, namely acting as an informator, motivator, director, facilitator and evaluator that aligns with tolerance material. Second,  the tolerance of students in this case, namely the attitude of tolerance towards friends, the attitude of tolerance towards teachers, the attitude of tolerance towards the school community and the attitude of tolerance towards parents.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the role of early childhood education to the function of socialization in the family. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects used in this study were 5 parents. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The data is analyzed using the stages of data reduction, presenting data, and concluding the data. The results of this study show that the role of early childhood education to the function of socialization is very important because of the function of socialization in the family so that parents can know the function of religion, the function of love, socio-cultural functions, reproductive functions, economic functions, educational functions and environmental functions. Abstract[English]:This research is a library research It means that this research is carried out through tracing and reviewing scientific works, both those contained in books, journals, magazines, encyclopedias, papers, and media covering various topics of this research. This research was conducted through several stages such as the data collection stage, the data processing stage, and the data analysis stage using certain analytical methods. As a subject that is discussed in Nurcholish Madjid's thinking, to be able to find the role of an inclusive Islam in encouraging the unity of the ummah, including addressing modernism issues and issues, social justice, plurality and even Pancasila. Nurcholish Madjid optimistically sees Islam as a religion that is in line with humanitarian principles, so that it is able to respond to all universal human problems. Islam is not an exclusive and static religion, but a religion that encourages the orientation of human life towards common good values for all human civilization. Islam also does not reject various forms of progress and development of thoughts originating from other civilizations. This is the form of Islamic modernity which according to Nurcholis Madjid is related to Islam which is open (inclusive) and belongs to all mankind on earth.Abstrak[Indonesia]: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka melalui penelusuran dan telaah terhadap karya-karya ilmiah, baik yang tertuang dalam buku, jurnal, majalah, ensiklopedi, makalah, maupun media yang mengulas berbagai topik penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan seperti tahap pengumpulan data, tahap pengelolahan data, dan tahap analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis tertentu. Pokok pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah menemukan peran agama Islam yang inklusif dalam mendorong persatuan umat, juga dalam menyikapi persoalan komedernan, keadilan sosial, pluralitas, dan pancasila dalam pemikiran Nurcholish Madjid. Nurcholish Madjid secara optimis melihat agama Islam sebagai agama yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan, sehingga mampu merespon segala permasalahan kemanusiaan universal. Islam bukan agama yang ekslusif dan statis, melainkan agama yang mendorong orientasi hidup manusia kepada nilai-nilai kebaikan umum bagi seluruh peradaban umat manusia. Islam juga tidak menolak berbagai bentuk kemajuan dan perkembangan pemikiran-pemikiran yang berasal dari peradaban lain. The objective of this research is to know how the role of government in handle the termination of employment conflict at PT Gunung Mas Persada Jaya in Pangkep Regency and what were the supporting and inhibiting from government in doing their role. The type of the research is descriptive qualitative and the sample were eight informants, the technique of data collection were collected by interview the informant and observation.  The result of research showed that the government in implementing the role as regulation, administrator and fasilitator has been realized well, because there was agreement between the employees and the company through Tripartit negotiations. keywords : Government role, conflict, Termination of employment  ABSTRAK Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam menangani konflik pemutusan hubungan kerja karyawan PT Gunung Mas Persada Jaya di Kabupaten Pangkep dan apa saja yang menjadi penunjang dan penghambat pemerintah dalam menjalankan perannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak delapan orang, teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument berupa wawancara terhadap informan dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah dalam menjalankan peranannya sebagai regulator, dinamisator dan fasilitator sudah terealisasi dengan baik, dilihat dari ditemukannya kesepakatan antara karyawan yang diPHK dengan pihak perusahaan melalui perundingan Tripartit. Kata Kunci: peran pemerintah, konflik, pemutusan hubungan kerja.
