The purpose of this study was to determine the management of madrasa principals in improving the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers. In this study, the authors used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach that is research that describes or illustrates the state or status of phenomena. The results of the study, several things that need to be done by the madrasa head include: 1) Knowing the condition / condition of the teacher in the background of environmental, social and economic life, 2) stimulating the teacher's work spirit in various ways, 3) maintaining the availability of facilities needed to develop the ability teacher, 4) increasing teacher participation in the school environment, 5) fostering a sense of family within the school environment, 6) strengthening the relationship of the school with the community, committee and student guardians. Conclusions, the management of madrasas in improving the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers (PAI) are: 1) involving teachers in training activities, 2) promoting discipline, 3) motivating teachers, 4) supervision. Conclusion, The application of the management of the madrasa head at the MA Al-Manshuriyah Sungai Baung has already been implemented, the professional competence of PAI teachers at the Al-Manshuriyah MA has been very good Keywords: Principal Management, PAI Teacher Competence

By the way it is presented, the repulsive educational style brings undeniable damage to the teaching-learning process, strongly affecting the whole construction of this process, but especially the segment that covers the relationship between teacher and students. Having the ability to impose itself differently - as something reminiscent of an authoritarian or nomothetic behavioral line, distant or impulsive, ultra-reactive or strict, oscillating or detached –, the given educational style contradicts the rights and duties of the teaching profession. As a result, the school environment is crumbling, ceasing to provide an appropriate environment for multilateral and harmonious development of the student or an area in which the professional competence of the teacher enters into a relationship of complementarity with the development peculiarities of the student. Moreover, through the conflicting energies it obviously contributes to the establishment of didactogeny. Or, as it has been mentioned more than once in various specialty sources, if the educational style does not resonate with the rights and duties of the teacher profession, didactogeny is predetermined to become a reality, a state of affairs that must be associated with major mistakes from the area of the teaching-learning process or, in other words, with the greatest deviations from what the professional deontology of the teaching personnel means.

The objectives in this study are 1) Describe the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in mathematics learning, 2) Formulate what factors support and hinder the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This study is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The study subjects were mathematics teachers who taught in class X of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 in Tangerang City. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. Technical data analysis is done by reducing, presenting data, and verification. The results showed that the X grade mathematics teacher in implementing the 2013 curriculum was still lacking. This can be seen by teachers not compiling RPPs based on the 2013 curriculum. As a result, the learning process is not in accordance with the demands according to 2013 curriculum references. Factors that prevent teachers from implementing the 2013 curriculum are teachers who have not attended 2013 curriculum training, teachers have not joined and are taking part in routine activities in the city high school MGMP routine Tangerang, schools have not facilitated 2013 curriculum training activities and the lack of existing infrastructure in the school environment to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum

Abstract An integral method of keeping a non-conforming community functioning is the construction and up keep of networks, as this web of connections provided security and protection with other non-conformists against the persecuting authorities. The non-conforming Catholic community of Elizabethan England (1558-1603) established various networks within England and abroad. This article is based on research that examines the network of Catholics in the Elizabethan Midlands in order to understand both its effectiveness and the relationship of the local and extended Catholic community with one another. The construction, function and result of these networks will be surveyed over several categories of networks, such as local, underground, clerical and exile. Members of the Midland Catholic community travelled to others areas of the British Isles and Europe to gather spiritual and material support for their faith, sent their children abroad for religious education, and resettled abroad creating in this wake a larger and complex international network. The main objective of this exercise is to show the dynamic and function of the network, and understand the impact it had at the local level for Midland Catholics.

Abstract, This study aims to determine the percentage of Professional Teacher Competence Christian Educatin In Improving Student Learning Creativity Class IX SMP Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda Toba Samosir Year Learning 2017/2018. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. With the research population is all the students of class IX SMP Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda which amounted to 117 people with samples taken 30% so that the sample in the study of 36 people determined by simple random sampling technique.The data were collected by closed questionnaire as many as 40 items and the instrument validity test results were between 0.465 to 0.816 0.361. Instrument reliability test results obtained are in very strong category.From the results of data analysis obtained value Application of Professional Teacher Competence Christian Educatin In Improving Creativity Learning = 81.64% is in very good category, meaning Christian Educatin teachers have applied Professional Competence In Improving Creativity Learning very well. This research suggests if it will improve students' learning creativity then it is necessary to apply professional competence on learning Christian Religious Education. The Tamil Hindu ethnic community is spread across Indonesia, the majority live in Medan North Sumatra. Obiyem ritual is a religious activity believed by the Tamil Hindu ethnic community. The ritual has existed since the time of Bharatayudha and it is believed to eliminate bad karma for anyone who participates and performs the ritual. This ritual also obliges the devotees to make offerings to the Gods and Goddesses as a form of gratitude for giving abundance, maintain and protecting the universe. With the existence of ritual communication, the Tamil Hindu ethnic community in Medan can communicate and relate to the creator through the Obiyem ritual. This tradition is still carried out by the Tamil Hindu ethnic community to this day. The purpose of this study is to find out how the ritual communication is at the ceremony to the Tamil Hindu ethnic in Medan and what preparations are needed when the ritual is performed. Theories used in this research are communication theory, ritual communication and transcendental communication.The research method used was a phenomenological method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were obtained from in-depth interviews with three sources who understood about the ritual of Obiyem. The conclusion of this study is the ritual of Obiyem is a media used to communicate between humans and the Creator so that all bad karma is eliminated. It is also strengthen the relationship of Tamil Hindu ethnic society.Masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu di Indonesia mayoritas berada di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Ritual Obiyemmerupakan kegiatan keagamaan bagi etnis Tamil Hindu. Ritual Obiyemsudah ada sejak zaman Bharatayudha. Ritual ini dipercaya bisa menghapuskan karma buruk bagi siapapun yang ikut serta dan melakukan ritual ini. Ritual ini juga mewajibkan para jemaah untuk memberikan persembahan kepada para dewa dan dewi sebagai bentuk terima kasih karena sudah memberi kelimpahan, memelihara dan menjaga alam semesta. Dengan adanya komunikasi ritual masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu di Medan dapat berkomunikasi dan berhubungan dengan sang pencipta melalui ritual Obiyem. Ritual ini masih dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu sampai saat ini. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana  komunikasi ritual Obiyempada etnis Tamil Hindu di kota Medan dan apa saja persiapan yang dibutuhkan pada saat ritual Obiyem dilakukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, komunikasi ritual dan komunikasi transendental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang mengetahui ritual Obiyem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ritual Obiyemmerupakan media yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi antara manusia dan sang pencipta untuk menghapuskan karma buruk. Komunikasi ritual ini juga dilakukan untuk mempererat hubungan masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu.

Pesantren sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan keagamaan memiliki visi yang cukup sentral dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Selain mengemban tugas mencerdaskan kognisi peserta didiknya, pesantren juga bertujuan untuk memberikan kecerdasan spiritual dan sosial. Kecerdasan spiritual tersebut salah satunya dibentuk oleh pendidikan akhlakul karimah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan ahlak dengan pembentukan karakter santri di pesanten Sukamanah, Tasikmalaya. Penelitian kualititaif dengan prespektif etnografi digunakan untuk memaparkan dan menganalisa data. Pendidikan ahlak memberikan bekal konsep spiritual pada diri seorang santri dalam bersikap dan berperilaku. Adapun salah satu implementasi praktis dari pendidikan akhlak adalah tata tertib dan tatakrama yang merupakan perwujudan dari tata kelakuan dan menjadi bagian dari norma sosial. Tata tertib dan tatakrama berperan penting untuk penanaman nilai-nilai sprititualitas dalam membentuk karakter para santri Pesantren as a religious education institution has a central vision in the intellectual life of the nation. In addition to carrying out the task of educating students cognition, pesantren also aims to provide spiritual and social intelligence. Spiritual intelligence can be formed by akhlakul karimah education. This study aims to determine the relationship of moral education with the formation of santri (students) characters in Sukamanah pesantren, Tasikmalaya. Qualitative research with an ethnographic perspective is used to describe and analyze data. Moral education has provided a spiritual concept for a santri in behaving and act. As for one of the practical implementations of moral education is the rules and manners which are the embodiment of behavior and become part of social norms. Rules and manners play an important role in the cultivation of spiritual values in shaping the character of the santri.

The conclusion is the Christian education is a vital tool that can shape the spirituality of the millennial generation. The Christian education style praises this goal is the relationship of friendship and love for others in the learning process by families, churches, and schools.

The results of the research The results of research that have been conducted with the number of respondents in descriptive statistics, normality test variable data, the results of the correlation coefficient test influence of variable X (parent's attention on Islamic religious education subjects in SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa, Rajadesa District, Ciamis Regency) on the variable Y (student learning achievements in Islamic education subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa, Rajadesa District, Ciamis Regency) is a very weak correlation, meaning that parents who are very busy with their work so that the lack of attention to children has a negative impact on student achievement, compared to their students parents who pay full attention to their children and have good achievements. Keywords: Attention of Parents; Student achievement.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa  Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasional, Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan jumlah responden dalam deskriptif statistik, uji normalitas data variabel, hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi pengaruh variabel X (perhatian orangtua pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa Kecamatan Rajadesa Kabupaten Ciamis) terhadap variabel Y (prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Rajadesa Kecamatan Rajadesa Kabupaten Ciamis) merupakan korelasi sangat lemah, artinya bahwa orang tua yang sangat sibuk dengan pekerjaannya sehingga kurang perhatian terhadap anak berdampak buruk terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dibandingan dengan mereka para orang tua yang memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap anaknya dan memiliki prestasi yang baik.  Kata Kunci: Perhatian Orang Tua; Prestasi Belajar Siswa.
