In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

The management of writing a scientific papers we already know has important chapters in the writing. And have a way of choosing in a variety of methods. There are problems in this study, namely the absence of the use of research methods in scientific-rich management. Then one of them is needed by multivariate data analysis management to become one of the methods in writing scientific papers. Multivariate data is data collected from two or more observations by measuring these observations with several characteristics. There are 2 (two) methods in multivariate data, namely dependency and interdependence methods. Dependency analysis functions to explain or predict dependent variables by using two or more independent variables. Focused on the dependency method there are 9 (nine) classifications. It is expected that the multivariate data analysis management can help writers to use scientific research methods well and be able to analyze the influence of several variables on other variables at the same time

Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT.
