This study aims to determine the influence of recruitment and training on employee performance. Sampling method using saturated sample. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews, and quitionaires. Respondents of the study by 55 employees at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analyses. The program were used to perform data analysis is SPSS version 22 for Windows. These results indicate that recruitmen effect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Training effect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Recruitment and training has a positive affect on employee performance at  the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. Hurip Utama Cikampek. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions. Samples were collected using the Incidental Random Sampling method with a total sample of 128 respondents from a population of 281 people. Data analysis techniques used are scale range analysis techniques and SPSS version 22 path analysis. The results of this study prove that there is an influence between incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT. Hurip Utama Cikampek both partially and simultaneously.

This research was conducted at Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto) Raya Polsek, Jl. West Pacet, Ledok, Pacet, Kec. Pacet, Mojokerto, East Java 61374, research time in August 2016. The population in this study were employees of Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto). The sampling method used was saturated sampling because the population was only 40 people. Other terms of saturated sample are census, quantitative data analysis and statistical testing methods. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1) Knowledge has a significant effect on work motivation. 2) Skills have a significant effect on work motivation. 3) Knowledge does not have a significant effect on performance. 4) Skills have a significant effect on employee performance. 5) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. 6) Knowledge does not have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation. 7) Skills have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation.

The purpose of this study is to find out about education and training, leadership and industrial relations on employee performance. The population in this study were 158 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Industrial relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Conducive and harmonious industrial relations practices create a calm work so as to minimize disruption and problems in the work environment. When industrial relations are well maintained there will be an increase in employee productivity. Increasing employee productivity will affect the improvement of company performance. Good company performance is better able to improve employee welfare. Keywords: training, leadership, industrial industrial relation, performance

This study aims to test the influence of Knowledge Management, Attitude and Training on employee performance at Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo. The population in this study was 75 employees. This study used census sampling techniques because the sample studied was the entirety of the existing population or called the census, based on policies during the pandemic, then the employees who attended as many as 45 employees. In this study, researchers took a sample of 45 employees. This research is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used for this study used multiple liner regression. Based on the results of hypothetical tests, especially the F test, it was found that knowledge management, attitude, and training simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. T test results show that Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Attitude has no effect on employee performance, Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Masalah sumber daya manusia masih menjadi sorotan bagi organisasi untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era globalisasi. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran utama dalam setiap kegiatan organisasi. Walaupun didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber dana yang berlebihan, tetapi tanpa dukungan sumber daya manusia yang andal, maka kegiatan organisasi tidak akan terselesaikan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh secara serempak atau bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Persandian Kabupaten Deiyai. The issue of human resources is still in the spotlight for organizations to remain viable in the era of globalization. Human resources play a major role in every organization's activities. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure as well as excessive sources of funds, without the support of reliable human resources, the activities of the organization will not be completed properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which the influence of leadership style, work discipline and training on employee performance, as well as to analyze the extent to which the influence of leadership style, work discipline and training simultaneously on the performance of employees. Data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis techniques using the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results found that leadership style, work discipline and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, it can be concluded that the leadership style, work discipline and training have an influence simultaneously or jointly on improving employee performance in the Department of Communication, Information and coding of Deiyai ??Regency.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training at PT. Intra Asia Insurance Medan Branch. Data collection by interviews and documentation. The population is all employees of the company and the sample in this study uses saturated samples, namely sampling to all agents totaling 35 people. Data analysis techniques with different test two average paired samples. The results of the study resulted in a level of difference before and after the provision of education and job training showed a z_count value of 24.23> 1.96 which means that there were significant differences between the performance of employees after and received training before getting training. From the results of hypothesis testing, the formulation of the hypothesis proposed for validity test shows that there are significant differences in employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted.Suggestions given, the company should provide education and training regularly, especially for employees with performance that does not meet the standards and providing education and training for employees who have met the standards also need to be done in an effort to increase the policy targets set by the company.
