This study aims to evaluate the performance of employees towards the sale of products and services in serving the needs of customers, especially the bride and groom. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, which is by considering certain criteria that have been made for the object following the study. So the sample in this study is the company director (one person), customer service in the field of products and services (two people), managers/supervisors in the field of products and services (two people) and beauticians in the field of products and services (two people). In carrying out this evaluation, researchers used a qualitative approach and also used quantitative data to support the implementation of data analysis. The results of the evaluation of internal factors, there are three measurements used as benchmarks, namely: (1) the innovation process; (2) operation process; and (3) After-sales service process. The results of the evaluation of external factors, there are three measurements used as benchmarks, namely: (1) Customer care; (2) Professionalism and (3) Communication climate. The results of the study propose to improve employee performance by providing intensive targets that can be completed according to timed.

Employees are major assets of every organization. The accomplishment of the industry depends on its employee performance. Therefore, upper management knows the significance of expense in training for the advantage of improving employee performance and also places them to get the challenges of the today’s competitive business environment. This research also aims to see the “Impact of Training on Employee Performance in Pharmaceutical Industry in Karachi Pakistan”, in which Training consider as independent whereas dependent variable ‘Employee Performance‘ having its Performance areas i.e.; demonstrating team work, communication skill, customer service, interpersonal relationship and reduced absenteeism and its Developments areas i.e.; job-satisfaction, employee motivation, new technologies, efficiencies in process and innovation in strategies as its levers. The paper presents a concise summary of the literature on the value of training in improving the performance of the employees. Four pharmaceutical companies are selected. A survey of 356 employees via self administrated questionnaire with the help of random sampling technique is conducted with the response rate of 96%. Two sets of hypothesis are developed which relate directly to the research questions. SPSS 19 is used to perform reliability, descriptive, correlation and regression analysis. The analysis shows a positive significant relationship between them and the results reveal that the more the employee gets training, the more efficient their level of performance would be. The last section of the paper concludes along with recommendation to give guidelines for future research.

The aim of this study was to examine the quality of service provided by the School of Graduate Studies, University of Cape Coast to its students (customers). This study employed a descriptive survey design. A questionnaire designed by the researchers was used to obtain data from 400 postgraduate students (customers), using the stratified sampling technique. Data were presented and analyzed using descriptive statistics which included frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation. The study found that staff members at the School of Graduate Studies, University of Cape Coast provide quality services to postgraduate students at different dimensions when they seek assistance. It was therefore recommended that the Directorate of Human Resource in collaboration with Training and Development Section of the University of Cape Coast should include aspect of customer care topics in the training programmes for all categories of staff in order to improve professionalism in tangibility dimension of service delivery.

 Abstract: The intense competition in the business world, especially cooperative financial institutions, is intended to have a value to be able to achieve the goals of the organization and be able to face competition in a fast-paced and digital era. The role of human resources that is owned greatly determines the direction and goals of institutions because humans are the driving force of the speed of the business so that good performance is needed to achieve goals rather than institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The population in this study were all KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The number of samples used was 45 people where the sampling technique used was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The results of the research obtained from the SEM PLS analysis were that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.  Abstrak: Pesatnya persaingan dunia usaha khususnya lebaga keuangan Koperasi, dituntuk agar memiliki suatu value untuk mampu mencapai tujuan dari organisasai dan mampu menghadapi persaingan di era yang serba cepat dan digital. Peran sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sangat penentukan arah da tujuan daripada lembaga karena manusia merupakan penggerak roda dari lajunya usaha sehingga sangat diperlukan kinerja yang baik untuk tercapainya tujuan daripada lembaga. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dari pegawai KSP. Citra Buana Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seleuruh karyawan KSP. Citra buana Raya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 45 orang dimana tehnik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dimana seluruh popuasi dijadikan sampel. Human resources in a company will always communicate with each other. In this business world, nothing can be accomplished without communicating effectively with employers, employees, clients, suppliers, and customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of communication climate on motivation, to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, and the influence of communication climate on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study used descriptive analysis research methods and path analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees of PT Lazada Express Bandung, so the population in this study were all employees totaling 52 people. The sampling method using a saturated sampling method so that the number of respondents as large as the population of 52 employees. The results showed that the climate of communication has an influence on employee motivation. The magnitude of the influence of the communication climate on employee performance is 79.60%. and there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance and motivation does not mediate the effect of communication climate on employee performance.

The context of this study focused on the role of training in improving employee performance through job satisfaction on front liners of PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, Malang City. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance, both directly and indirectly, through the mediation of job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was employees who work as Front Liners, which were divided into Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Smartfren Gadget Specialist (SGS). The sample in this study included in saturated sampling was a sampling technique if all the population members were used as samples. The sample was 105 respondents. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using the warpPLS software application version 6.0. This study's results indicated that training has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, and mediation testing showed that job satisfaction provides a partial mediation role on the effect of training on employee performance. Further researchers need to consider a broader scope of research objects, both on the same research object and a larger scale, to enrich the results and research findings. This study also uses only a few indicators to reflect existing variables, so that further researchers can expand and integrate the research model by including several.

This study examines lecturers' behavioral changes in using a learning management system (LMS) during the COVID-19 pandemic at Tadulako University. This research used a qualitative approach, and the population was lecturers of Tadulako University selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, the collected data were analyzed using several stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed changes in lecturers' behavior in Tadulako University in using LMS for distance learning. Based on internal factors, the changes can be seen from lecturers' willingness to improve their skill in using the LMS through the internet and YouTube and learn how to use LMS from other lecturers who have mastered it. Based on external factors, changes occurred due to pressure to implement LMS in distance learning as the pandemic worsened. The applicable policies and circular letters require lecturers to use LMS during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Business development at this time is very tight, this is caused by a number of actors emerging business. To be successful in the business world, companies must pay attention to everything relating to human resources. factors that affect a person's performance is a factor in the organization's ability and motivation factors. In addition, organizational commitment can also support the performance of employees in work. PT Orela Shipyard is a company engaged in the field of shipbuilding projects. PT Orela Shipyard employee population by 51 employees. This study uses the technique of probabilty sampling stratified random sampling as a sampling technique. So there are 45 employees in the sample. The results of this study indicate that the ability to significantly influence employee performance, motivation significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the ability, motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation and competency on employee's performance. The Objects are employees of  BJB bank at Ciamis, Garut and Tasikmalaya). The method used is descriptive. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique with total of the samples 89 people. By path analysis, the research found that work motivation with indicators internal and external motivation; work culture with indicators of Service excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Intelligence, Trust included in the high category. Work motivation with indicators of internal motivation and external motivation is included in the sufficient category. Competencies with indicators of Work Quality, Cooperation, Responsibility and Quantity of work are included in the sufficient category. Employee performance with indicators of Work Quality, Discipline Behavior, Use of work time and Attendance are included in the sufficient category. There is a partial positive effect and simultaneous work culture, work motivation and competence on employee performance so that the hypothesis is verified. This means that if the strategy which includes work culture, work motivation and competence is increased, the performance of bank employees to Tasikmalaya, Garut and Ciamis will be better.

Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status.
