 Abstract: The intense competition in the business world, especially cooperative financial institutions, is intended to have a value to be able to achieve the goals of the organization and be able to face competition in a fast-paced and digital era. The role of human resources that is owned greatly determines the direction and goals of institutions because humans are the driving force of the speed of the business so that good performance is needed to achieve goals rather than institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The population in this study were all KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The number of samples used was 45 people where the sampling technique used was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The results of the research obtained from the SEM PLS analysis were that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.  Abstrak: Pesatnya persaingan dunia usaha khususnya lebaga keuangan Koperasi, dituntuk agar memiliki suatu value untuk mampu mencapai tujuan dari organisasai dan mampu menghadapi persaingan di era yang serba cepat dan digital. Peran sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sangat penentukan arah da tujuan daripada lembaga karena manusia merupakan penggerak roda dari lajunya usaha sehingga sangat diperlukan kinerja yang baik untuk tercapainya tujuan daripada lembaga. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dari pegawai KSP. Citra Buana Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seleuruh karyawan KSP. Citra buana Raya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 45 orang dimana tehnik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dimana seluruh popuasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitia yang diperoleh dari analisis SEM PLS yaitu kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel interveningKeywords:      competence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 52 permanent lecturers at the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Furthermore, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Then the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using path analysis. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects of compensation, job satisfaction and performance variables. The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effect shows that the compensation variable has no effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

The performance of the employee produces the quantity and quality that the employee gains on the actual behavior shown in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. Problems that occurred at the Office of Regional Finance Agency of West Sumatra Province is the issue of leadership to employees who neglect in work, in the employee's work is not timely completion of tasks given by the leadership example in the manufacture of letters not on time and delay in work. Population in this research is civil servant at Regional Finance Board of West Sumatera Province. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents, the study was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from respondents and analyzed by simple linear regression, t test, test of test, and path analysis test. The result of the research shows that compensation has an effect on employee performance positively and significantly. Compensation affects job satisfaction positively and significantly, job satisfaction on employee performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect directly to employee's compensation and performance. This means that high job satisfaction in accordance with compensation will bring high performance employees at the Regional Finance Agency of West Sumatra Province.

In today era of knowledge economy where organizations excel due to its human capital in order to provide quality product and service. The human capital can only be effective if organizations provide effective trainings to its employees regularly and need basis. Such training leads to not only over all organization’s development but it affects the job satisfaction and performance of employees. The research purposes are to know about the title of the research which is conducted about Plastic Industry of Hayatabad, District Peshawar. A total of 184 middle and lower managers were selected for the study through proportionate stratification sampling technique. Five point Likert scales, adopted and used by several researchers, were utilized for the research study. The results of study found that employee’s training has a major significant impact on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results also revealed that training has a positive correlation among the two variables. The research study recommended several recommendations such as provision of on the job and of the job trainings through systematic training program, establishment of a training center, linking trainings with the strategic plan of the firms.

This paper conducts a more in-depth study of employee performance to connect with compensation and job satisfaction and the work environment of employees in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. operating in Indonesia. The research population was all employees of the Branch Offices of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. spread over in Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Jayapura. The sample was collected using Proportional Random Sampling Stratified from six locations spread throughout Indonesia. Considering the wide area, the sampling technique is adjusted to the area, so sampling is based on the island as a sub-population. The sample of this study was 212 employees. This amount has met the minimum sampling requirements if using the Generalised Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) method. Compensation does not directly affect employee performance. Working environment directly influences the employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. There is an influence of compensation and working environment on job satisfaction and employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The leader of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. should improve employees’ performance by taking into account the improvement of compensation which includes the suitability of wages and salaries, incentives, benefits and facilities with their performance.

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. Performance evaluation is a major measure adopted by the organizations in evaluating the quantitative and qualitative contributions rendered by their employees. The competitive and employee oriented business world has now joined hands with the HR department in assisting and managing employee performance. Psycho-social factors of employees would be considered at various managerial levels for enhancing employees’ job performance. Job satisfaction is such a psychological attribute, whose contribution to the concept of employee performance is much more. A satisfied employee would have an emotional bond with the organization and takes pride in their membership, which paves way to keep up industrial integrity and a high morale. This is an exploratory research, attempting to discover how the dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly related to the job performance of an employee. The data were collected from employees working in Automobile industry, Punjab having experience of above or below 10 years, so as to ensure relatively accurate responses on performance evaluation at different groups of employees in the Automobile industry. The result shows the existence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of job satisfaction and performance of employees at both supervisors and workers levels working in the Automobile industry.

In a competitive environment, every organization certainly has the same goal, namely to have potential human resources. Therefore, every organization should be able to find the best solution to each problem to interrupt the expected performance growth. This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.

Technological developments make a doer of economy to think continuously in order to survive, and the humans must work hard to be the best. This condition makes the employees in a developing and depressed position; of course, the company takes a role of it. This is intended to produce the maximum performance and employee satisfaction in working. Based on the situation, the writer conduct this study entitled “The effect of job promotion, compensation, and work stress on employees of PT. TEMA (Trijaya Excel Madura) through job satisfaction” with the aim of analyzing the effect of the three independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y) through variable intervening (Z), both by direct and indirect. The total samples in this study were 200 persons as the informants analyzed using PLS analysis. The results of this study stated that all independent variables have a significance effect on the job satisfaction; on top of that, it is an intervening variable for all the independent variables in this study. For the work stress variable, this does not have a significance effect on the employee performance; meanwhile, for the job promotion and compensation variables, those have a significance effect on the employee performance. The dominant variable of this study is the job promotion variable.
