Human resources in a company will always communicate with each other. In this business world, nothing can be accomplished without communicating effectively with employers, employees, clients, suppliers, and customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of communication climate on motivation, to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, and the influence of communication climate on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study used descriptive analysis research methods and path analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees of PT Lazada Express Bandung, so the population in this study were all employees totaling 52 people. The sampling method using a saturated sampling method so that the number of respondents as large as the population of 52 employees. The results showed that the climate of communication has an influence on employee motivation. The magnitude of the influence of the communication climate on employee performance is 79.60%. and there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance and motivation does not mediate the effect of communication climate on employee performance.

Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.

This study  examines  the role of service variable to commitment variable as intervening variable. Respondents of this study are 87 samples by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaire consists of 3 variables, those are organizational culture with 26 indicators, then commitment with 15 indicators, and managerial work  with 10 indicators . The result of this study shows that managerial work  may have direct influence to commitment  and have indirect influence that is from organizational culture to commitment as a new intervening to managerial work. Direct influence of organizational culture  to managerial work  that is  is 0,232. Indirect influence of organizational culture  to commitment  that is 0,810, meanwhile from commitment to managerial work, that is 0,617. Therefore, indirect influence, that (0,810)*(0,617)=0,4997. Hypothesis stating that assumption of organization culture effects the performance higher than organization culture in UPTD Surabaya Parking are refused. Organization culture that effects employee performance is. 0,49977; while organization culture effects on employee’s performance is  0,232. This result may provide a conducive company, then, emerge employee commitment. Based on those results, it can be suggested that a company should give more emphasize to organizational culture  and commitment  because there is evidence that it may cause customer’s managerial work because organizational culture is a very important factor in guaranteeing UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya.

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

Performance is the result of work produced by employees in accordance with its role in the organization. Employee performance is one very important thing in a company to achieve the goal that every effort should be made to the company of increasing. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and empowerment of employees on work motivation and performance of employees. This research was conducted at the Department of Education Youth and Sports Regency Tabanan using sample that 59 employees. Data were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of this study concluded that the leadership is significant positive effect on work motivation. Empowerment is significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation. Work motivation is significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.

Work is a mandatory thing that must be done to meet human needs. People work to make ends meet. One of the necessities of life can be fulfilled by means of income, namely wages or salaries. To get wages or salaries we are required to work professionally with the consequences of getting a bigger income. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the salary on work motivation and employee performance of UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang. population is all employees at UD. Sido Makmur Lumajang, as many as 35 employees. The sampling method used in this study was saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using Simple Linear Regression. The result of this research is that there is a relationship between salary and work motivation and employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas. The number of samples taken was 65 employees, with the method used was the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis (path analysis) and multiple analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the transformational leadership carried out by the leader the employee's performance will increase as well. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, this means the better leadership of a leader will increase employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, this shows that the better the work motivation provided, the better the employee's performance increases. Work motivation is positive and significant in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Employees are the core of ongoing organizational activities. In the industrial cycle, employees are coming from adjacent regions.Social support is needed to have motivation at work. Motivation to work will have an impact on work results. This study aims to analyze social support for employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the shuttlecock industry in Pringgolayan Surakarta, Indonesia. Previous research shows that social support has an influence on employee motivation at work. Other studies explain that motivation can improve employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. The sample is determined by the purposive sampling method. Respondents are employees of the shuttlecock industry, who had worked for at least 3 mo.. This study uses SmartPLS 3.0 as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that working conditions have a significant effect on work motivation, social support has a significant effect on work motivation and social support has a significant effect on employee performance. Research also shows that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation among shuttlecock industry employees still needs to be improved so that its performance is improved. Aspects of social support are friends and superiors, for that the leadership must provide support to increase employee work motivation.

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of karakeristik of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Department ofmarine and Fisheries province of Jambi and to know the influence of characteristicsof work and commitment the Organization's response to the employee motivation and performance, as well as to know the influence of motivation on performance. To address the research objectives then requires the author studies the theory related to the variable of research i.e. the theory of characteristics of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to supportthis research. The population in this research is the Department of Marine and fisheries officer province of Jambi that add up to 57 employees. Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using path analysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results Research shows that the characteristics of the work and the commitment of the Organization to have an impact on the motivation and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) tests showed that the characteristics of the work and the commitment of the Organization had a significant and positive influence towards motivation and performance, so did motivasijuga have influence significant and positive on performance. This explains that the characteristics of the work and commitment of organizations that either have a positive influence in providing and enhancing motivation to work-have implications for improved performance against employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries The Province Of Jambi. This research makes some conclusions based on the results of research of characteristics of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries province of Jambi in good enough conditions, characteristics the work and the commitment of the Organization a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously, the characteristics of the job and the Organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance of goodemployees partially or simultaneously, work motivation affects employee performance, and the characteristics of the work and commitment of organizations collectivelythrough motivation can direct and indirect effect against against performance employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries province of Jambi.Keywords: organizational commitment, Job Characteristics, Motivasidan performance.

This study aims to determine the extent of the role of happiness at work in improving employee performance in the head office of BKKBN, both directly and indirectly. The approach of research uses quantitative methods. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of data processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Structural Equation Model through SmartPLS software to 200 respondents data. The results showed that happiness at work had not directly effect employee performance, but when the relationship was mediated by work motivation there was a positive and significant effect between happiness at work on employee performance.
