This training needs to be done because there are exercises that are not too maximal, planning, and maturity in conducting training activities both in terms of training material and from the integration and recovery provided. Higher Education as an institution that produces training and educators, while institutions that conduct community service activities have more tasks to conduct coaching. For this reason, the FIP Ubhara Jaya Sports Coaching Education Program has a community service program to provide athlete training to overcome these problems. The target of this activity is the final result of an athlete's achievement. The stage that participants go through is to take part in the training provided by the devotee starting from basic training to training in accordance with the athlete's physical excellence. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan. Untuk itu Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FIP Ubhara Jaya memiliki program abdimas untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet agar cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat teratasi. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah secara bertahap menghasilkan prestasi atlet. Tahap yang dilalui oleh peserta yaitu untuk mengikuti latihan yang diberikan pengabdi mulai dari latihan dasar hingga latihan yang sesuai dengan keunggulan fisik atlet sendiri. Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

Jamu (herbal medicine) is included in traditional health drinks that its processing is often less hygienic. The purpose of this community service program is to improve the cleanliness of the herbal medicine-making process in the herbal medicine group in Malang through the provision of hygienic herbal medicine processing machines. Community service activities were carried out in 2018 by involving herbal medicine groups in Tegalgondo and Jetis Villages, Malang. The community service activities included analyzing the conditions and needs of partners, designing herbal medicine machines as needed, as well as assisting the use of machines. The implementation methods in this service program were discussion and training. The result of this service activity was an increase in partner knowledge regarding the importance of hygiene and the use of appropriate technology in herbal medicine processing. After the training was carried out, service partners began to be moved to process jamu more hygienically. Furthermore, assistance and technology-based marketing training activities also need to be carried out.

Manggala sub-district is one of 14 sub-districts in Makassar city. The area of ​​Manggala sub-district is 24.14 km2 or 13.73% of the area of ​​Makassar City. Manggala sub-district consists of 8 villages namely Bontoala, Bangkala, Batua, Borong, Manggala, Tamangapa, Biring Romang and Antang. The purpose of this STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) batch IV is a form of community service which is a pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing community service programs begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR. After the analysis is carried out, a work program is prepared that is appropriate and needed by the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented include: socialization and friendship (SS), TKA / TPA management training, TKA / TPA teaching, teaching of the Qur'anic tahfidz, National Seminar on Virtual Arabic (SNBAV), Subuh Reaching Blessings (SMK), Tahfidz Weekends (TW), Learning Yajwid and Halaqah Tahsin, and all of these programs have been running well and have shown initial results in accordance with the stated objectives of the Community Service Program.

This training aims to provide an overview of the concepts of improving the performance of teachersand school principals as an effort to improve human resources (HR) which is carried out througheducation and training, so that it is expected to produce high enough performance of teachers andprincipals in learning. One of the weaknesses that exist today in the world of education is the lowperformance of teachers in terms of competence and self-quality in managing classes actively andcreatively. Based on the data above, there needs to be a comprehensive effort to improve the qualityof our education. This improvement can be started from the lowest education unit, namely the schoolinstitution. The capacity of Indonesian schools needs to be increased so that they are able to face thechallenges of a much more competitive future. One way to improve school performance is to improveteacher quality. The quality of teachers can be improved by providing training and mentoring. For thisreason, as a form of Higher Education Tridharma, a Community Service Program was held with thetheme of Improving Primary School Performance through the Teacher and Principal Training Programat the As'ad Islamic Elementary School Foundation in Jambi City. The purpose of this training is toassist teachers in the development of teacher professional competencies such as updating learningmethods in class, use of learning media, etc. Through increasing the capacity of teachers through thisworkshop, it is hoped that it can improve the school's performance.

[Bahasa]: Program PKM  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: (1) keterampilan guru merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif; (2) keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan respon guru SMP N 8 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya  melalui kegiatan ini yang meliputi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah adalah metode deskrptif. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, ceramah, latihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan, dimana pertemuan pertama berupa penyajian materi, dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan pembuatan media hingga selesai, dan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi berupa peserta mempresentasikan media yang telah dibuat dan respon peserta terhadap pelatihan melalui pengisian angket. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta dapat membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif menggunakan software sothink swf easy. Hasil respon peserta  melalui wawancara diperoleh hasil 100% peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pernyataan positif yang dimintai tanggapan. Selain itu, 75% peserta memberikan saran untuk terus melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan ini secara berkala. Kata Kunci: media, multimedia, interaktif [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to improve: (1) teacher skills in designing and developing interactive multimedia-based learning media; (2) the skills of teachers in the implementation of training and response of teachers in Sungai Nap Middle School 8 N Kubu Raya District through this activity which includes the use of interactive multimedia-based learning media. The method used is descriptive method. The steps used are socialization, lecture, training and mentoring, evaluation. The implementation was carried out in the five meetings. The first meeting was in the form of material presentation, and continued with assistance in making the media to completion, and finally an evaluation in the form of participants presenting the media that had been made and participants' responses to the training through filling out questionnaires. The results obtained by participants can make interactive multimedia-based learning media using Sothink Swf easy software. The results of the participants' responses through interviews showed that 100% of participants responded positively to the positive statements asked for responses. In addition, 75% of participants gave suggestions to continue to carry out these training activities regularly. Keywords: media, multimedia, interactive

AbstrakPemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui  Kesenian  Di Desa Kedu Kecamatan Kedu Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa melalui progran Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Kegiatan itu merupakan salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi terutama  pengabdian  ilmu  kepada  masyarakat.  Pemberdayaan  masyarakat  melalui  kesenian  akan menumbuhkan  masyarakat merasa memiliki terhadap kesenian tradisionalnya.  Dengan diterjunkannya mahasiswa ISI Surakarta ke lapangan KKN yang didampingi oleh dosen maka mahasiswa dapat  mengamati, menganalisis dan dapat menemukan solusi agar  masyarakat dapat melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi kesenian yang dimiliki. Untuk dapat menumbuhkan masyarakat memiliki kepedulian  terhadap keseniaannya diperlukan beberapa metode dan langkah-langkah yaitu  metode pendekatan, sosialisasi dan koordinasi. Perubahan kehidupan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh pada perubahan sosial, tata nilai, yang akan mempengaruhi  perubahan dan perkembangan kesenian.  Perubahan nilai kesenian akan ditentukan oleh perubahan masyarakat pendukungya. masyarakat berpengaruh pada kreativitas seni, sehingga  seni tradisional selalu berkembang,  berubah,  sesuai dengan perubahan masyarakat penggunanya. Seni  tradisional  akan  menjadi  bagian  dari  kehidupan  masyarakatnya.  Hasil pelaksanaan  kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mahasiswa  memberikan andil yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat di Kelurahan Kedu, Kecamatan Kedu Kabupaten Temanggung. Masyarakat menjadikan kesenian sangat penting bagi kehidupan. Dengan adanya mahasiswa KKN di wilayah Kedu ini dapat menumbuhkan kecintaan masyarakat terhadap kesenian yang dimilikinya. One of the duties of a lecturer is to perform a tri dharma of universities by carrying out community service activities. Community service activities are actually to improve the ability of citizens in the management, especially in the process of product packaging and marketing of umkm products, especially bean umpets that have variants of flavor. 1) This training starts from the manufacture of packaging, packaging loga, to packing according to standards and not forgetting from the marketing side we train especially marketing by using social media as well as the participants are proficient in running it, (2) Improving the welfare of the para through the improvement of skills obtained in this training so that every economic actor can improve his business results through modern packaging and extensive marketing through social media. The achievement of the training objectives is done through lecture methods as a theory, then mentoring, demonstration, exercises (tutorials), and Q&A. After the training activities are carried out monitoring or evaluation by the committee (lecturers and students) to see the progress of their business progress or not. Based on the questionnaire results from some residents who were participants, the training of packaging and marketing of peanut products online and offline community service is running lancer by the expected target. This training program can provide skills in making competitive product packaging and do product marketing, especially online through social media, both Facebook media, what up, and others. Obstacles that arise at the training stage can be overcome well through mentoring methods. Criticism and suggestions can be submitted from the results of this community service program, for the participants are expected to have the spirit and motivation in developing the business of bean umpet. For education, practitioners are expected always to be able to help and accompany the participants who have a business of bean umpet in sukasari village both theory and practice so that the need continues to grow and develop. For lppm campus through community service (P2M) should always motivate and become a facilitator of the service program in order to continue to run and develop as it should

AbstractJudul  artikel  PPM  Tematik  ini adalah  Menghidupkan  Kesenian  Ketoprak  Di  Desa  Sanggrahan, Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung, Jawa Tengah yang memusatkan perhatiannya pada usaha menghidupkan kembali kesenian ketoprak yang pernah ada sebelumnya.  Berpijak pada judul artikel di  atas  dengan  mudah  dapat  ditangkap  bahwa  yang  menjadi  tujuan  penulisan  artikel  ini  adalah mendiskripsikan usaha-usaha untuk menghidupkan kembali kesenian ketoprak yang pernah ada dan kini dalam keadaan mati suri. Adapun langkah yang ditempuh adalah mengadakan pelatihan untuk para pemain dan pengrawit, serta pembinaan dalam bidang cara-cara berorganisasi.  Pelatihan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas dan kuantitas pemain maupun pengrawit, naskah lakon, pelatih, dan waktu atau jaduwal latihan. Adapun materi latihan meliputi membaca naskah lakon, dialog (penguasaan vokabuler bahasa Jawa dan unggah-ungguh), bloking, actions, perang kombat, perang masal, dan make-up. Latihan dilakukan secara maraton, dan menghasilkan sebuah pertunjukan ketoprak  dengan  durasi waktu 2 jam dengan lakon  Manunggal. Lakon disusun oleh Ki Legowo Cipto Karsono, Agus Joko Susilo, dan Rekryandrie Prabaningmas. Sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat pendukungnya bahwa hasil latihan dipentaskan dalam acara perpisahan mahasiswa KKN dengan warga desa Sanggrahan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 27 Agustus 2018.Kata kunci: eksistensi, ketoprak, Sanggrahan Temanggung. AbstractThe title of this Thematic dedication to community  article is Reviving Ketoprak Art in Sanggrahan, Kranggan, Temanggung,  Central Java, which  focuses its attention  on reviving ketoprak  art that had existed before. Based on the title of the article above it can be easily captured that the purpose of writing this article is to describe efforts to revive the art of ketoprak that once existed. The steps taken are conducting training for players and players, as well as coaching in the field of ways to organize. The training is carried out by considering the quality and quantity of players as well as players, script manuscripts, coaches, and time or time of training. The training material includes reading script, dialogue (mastering Javanese vocabulary and uploading), blocking, actions, kombat war,  mass  warfare,  and  make-up.  The  training  was  conducted  in  a  marathon,  and  resulted  in  a ketoprak show with a duration of 2 hours with the Manunggal play. The play was composed by Ki Legowo Cipto Karsono, Agus Joko Susilo, and Rekryandrie Prabaningmas. In accordance with the wishes  of  the  supporting  community  that  the  results  of  the  exercise  were staged  in  the  farewell program of Community Service Program (KKN) students and residents of Sanggrahan which was held on August 27, 2018.Keywords: existence, ketoprak, Sanggrahan Temanggung.

In the era of globalization like today, the need for information technology is very high. In daily activities, of course, cannot be separated from the use of computers. People need to add insight to the field of information technology, one of which is the use of Microsoft Word. Therefore, the implementation of this community service program intends to provide knowledge for the community around RT.002 / RW.011 Petukangan Utara Village, Pesanggrahan Sub-District, South Jakarta. This activity also aims to improve the quality of society in the field of Information Technology, especially Microsoft Word. The result of this activity is that the community is able to utilize Microsoft Word to help with various homework or office work. Also, this training is expected to be able to strengthen cooperation between Budi Luhur University and the community around RT.002 / RW.011, Petukangan Utara Village, Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. This activity is one manifestation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education comprising Education, Research and Community Service that must be carried out by each lecturer.
