The paper deals with the problem of optimizing the language training process for Chinese engineering students in the framework of joint Sino-Russian programs. The existing curricula on the Russian language as a foreign language (RFL) used to train future engineers have several disadvantages, and therefore do not provide a high level of subject and language competences. This is primarily due to weak contacts between teachers of special disciplines and teachers of the Russian language, the lack of coordination of teaching methods used by Russian and Chinese teachers of Russian. Features of training in a non-linguistic and linguistic environment predetermine the expediency of interconnected teaching of all types of speech activity in Russian. In this case, the system of exercises should be based on taking into account the ethno-psychological characteristics of Chinese students and the learning strategies they use when learning a foreign language. Particular attention should be paid to teaching the language of the specialty on the material of authentic video lectures of subject teachers in Russian. The author concludes that it is necessary to develop nationally oriented teaching aids for Chinese students-non-philologists who study in joint training programs for engineers in 2 + 2 and 3 + 1 schemes.

This paper aims to discuss the problem of nationally oriented teaching of Russian grammar to Chinese students. The author analyzes the works that are devoted to the study of Chinese students cognitive and psychological characteristics. The analysis revealed specific learning strategies that Chinese students use when learning a foreign language. When training a mono-ethnic group, the national-oriented approach is considered optimal. To implement this approach, a comparative analysis of systems of contacting languages is necessary to determine the zones of interlanguage and intralanguage interferences. The most important factor in the effectiveness of the educational process is the adequacy of the teachers ideas about students from different regions. The author concludes that in order to maintain motivation for mastering the Russian language and optimize the learning process as a whole when developing curricula and class books for Chinese students, it is necessary to strive to make the learning process not only effective, but also as comfortable as possible for students. Taking into account Chinese students cognitive and psychological characteristics will not only contribute to the development of strong grammar skills, but will also ensure the development of oral speech skills in Russian. The paper provides recommendations for intensifying the process of teaching Russian grammar to Chinese students. The following research methods were used: a comparative analysis, an analysis and a synthesis.

One of the most important tasks of the contemporary society includes fighting the spreading false information. The unprecedented transition from the traditional media to the modern methods of receiving news has created many problems with verifying its authenticity. Contemporary journalists have to compete with a huge data stream of ordinary users, which is why the main quality factor is the time to publish a news article. As a result, an increasing number of traditional news sources report unclarified information due to the rush to be first. This paper considers a method for determining the presence of hearing in the mass media for the Russian language. This method aims to study the possibility of searching for rumors among users’ messages in social networks. Achieving this goal requires various methods of text analysis, including semantic and linguistic analysis, as well as the analysis of the distribution of records relative to time segments. During the research, the authors have analyzed different popular tools for obtaining data from social networks. In addition, they have manually compiled and marked a sample for training the neural network. As a tool for solving the problem, we used a neural network based on a multi-layer perceptron. The inputs receive a set of 15 metrics that evaluate all aspects of hearing, and as an output, the probability of hearing. The test was performed using various metrics that showed high results for the constructed neural network model. Cross-validation has shown that the model is able to withstand various checks at a high level.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that for professional training of foreign philology students, a high level of knowledge of the Russian language is required. The article analyzes the work with foreign students studying Russian philology. The focus is on scientific circles dealing with the Russian language and Russian literature and creating conditions for socio-cultural adaptation and professional development. To increase knowledge of foreign students, a system of scientific circles designed to consolidate and deepen knowledge in Russian literature and language can be created. The article determines tasks of scientific circles, primary problems, features of teaching philological disciplines for foreign students. Based on authors’ experience in teaching “Russian language (practical course)”, “Basic language (theoretical course)”, “History of Russian literature of the 10th-20th centuries”, recommendations to enhance the role of additional education were developed; the relationship between the curricular and extracurricular activities was identified. It was concluded that scientific circles are aimed at forming those competencies whose development causes difficulties, but future specialists as professionals and representatives of the humanitarian sphere of life need them.

The article deals with the problem of interrelation of linguistic base of development of native and foreign speech activity of schoolchildren and students. The authors identify the actual difficulties experienced by Chinese students in mastering the Russian language at an advanced stage in the University, and justify the assumption that one of the reasons for difficulties in the creation of a complete text is in the margin of the linguistic base (insufficient information about the text) development of native language activity in the school to the needs of foreign language teaching at the University . In search of the reason, the authors carry out a comparative analysis of school programs in the native language of the two countries - Ukraine and China – and provide an opportunity for the pedagogical community to get acquainted with the content of training on the development of speech activity, with the structure of programs in order to understand and choose a more effective way of building the program and filling it with the necessary content from the field of linguistics of the text. This information, according to scientists, is the basis for the development of both native and foreign speech. Strengthening the school base for the development of a speech activity in the field of the native language will contribute to the transfer of knowledge and skills from the field of the native language to the field of foreign language and, thus, overcome the difficulties in mastering the ability to create a complete text in a foreign language, since the laws of construction of the text are similar in different languages. The continuity of knowledge between the links of the educational system in this aspect is an important condition for the effectiveness of mastering communicative competence, and its observance is the care of the compilers of programs and textbooks.

A sample of 264 practically healthy students from Beijing, Harbin, XI'an, and Moscow (197 Chinese and 67 Russian students: 137 boys and 127 girls aged 18.3 to 25.6 years) studied the dynamics of sociopsychological adaptation of students in the Metropolitan area. The majority of students (58%) from XI'an had low indicators of socio-psychological adaptation, which was associated with high levels of situational and personal anxiety. High levels of aggression were also observed in this group. The assessment of social and psychological adaptation of Chinese students from Beijing also showed difficulties in adaptability and difficulties in psycho-emotional relations: almost half of the students (48%) from Beijing took an intermediate position in terms of psychoemotional state. Interpersonal communication problems were identified in this group.Assessment of social and psychological adaptation of Chinese students from Harbin showed a fairly high level of adaptation in most students (69%), which was expressed in a fairly good knowledge of the Russian language, intergroup communication, and low indicators of anxiety and aggression
