Earthquake is a natural disaster that harms people and affects their lives deeply, causing social and economic losses. In this respect, earthquakes lead to the emergence of historical facts in terms of their consequences. As far as we can see from the Ottoman archive documents, except the damage to the buildings due to earthquakes; There were deaths in the households in the center and in the villages. As the state provides financial aid (atiyye-yi seniyye) to help the citizens as much as possible; He also sent tents and food to the homeless. In earthquakes, we see that both the inner castle and the surrounding villages, important places such as mosques, mosques, churches, telegraph houses, and public buildings and government buildings were destroyed. A physician was sent from the Capital for the treatment of the injured and the prevention of diseases in earthquakes. We also see that taxes are postponed due to the earthquake. The Ottoman Empire tried to provide all kinds of support to the people of Islam, Christianity and Jews without discrimination. Although there are many earthquakes on the island reflected in the records; We tried to write the situation reflected in the archive documents of the three major earthquakes in the years 1867-1889-1899, the first two of which caused severe destruction. The most important issue unfortunately recurring in the archive documents is economy.

The article examines the language used by the present-day generation of the people of Islamized Hamshenians of Armenian origin as a memory and expression of their identity. As a result of the merging linguistic policy of the Ottoman Empire the vast majority of the generations of the Hamshen Armenians who were forced to convert to Muslim have become Turkish speaking in the course of time. Only the Hamshen Armenians in the state of Ardvin still preserve the dialect of Hamshen. The linguistic evidence presented in the article indicates that the dialect of the Hamshen Armenians in the state of Khopa is still viable today and that they keep speaking, telling stories and singing songs in that language. These written facts are valuable materials for Armenian philology and lexicology. These examples can help discover phonetic, grammatical and lexical similarities, differences between the Islamized Hamshen Armenians and Christian Hamshenians living on the northern coasts of the Black Sea.

With the development of science and technology, the design of modern architecture is becoming more and more attractive. The large-scale public buildings such as shopping malls, office buildings, Research centres and education centres are increasing dramatically. In case of sudden disasters and the overloaded electricity may easily cause fire and the fire smoke, fire in large buildings spread over a wide range of areas and produces physical damages, several hazard to life and property and atmospheric pollution. This paper proposes An Intelligent IOT based People Evacuation Guidance Model for Fire Hazard to guide the people by constructing the evacuation path dynamically based on the real time situation to reach the safety exit quickly in large public buildings using their Personal Digital Assistant like mobile phone, tabs etc. Whenever a fire breaks out, IOT module alerts the people to find the safety exit. Thus, the proposed system minimizes danger and economic losses by guiding the optimized evacuation path. The performance of the proposed system will be compared with the existing system and the result of improvement will be shown.

The complex nature of the internal environment of public buildings make us to think about how to protect people in the break-out of fire and quickly reach the safe area. With the help of Arduino and other components such as fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, safety evacuation symbols in buildings, the migration of the people can be dynamically monitored and controlled. Using Arduino, an intelligent dynamic evacuation path solving model for emergency evacuation system was built for large public buildings. When an emergency situation occurs, the system can help guide people to evacuate from building and reach the safe exit quickly, so as to reduce casualties and economic losses.

The state of Mizoram in North East India is a landslide prone one. It is a landlocked state bordering Myanmar to its east, Bangladesh to its west and the State of Assam to its north. In recent years Lunglei witnessed two devastating landslides in 2018 and 2019 with numerous loss of life and property. The loss incurred from natural and man-made disasters in other areas in the State too has led to tremendous loss of money to the exchequer, particularly landslides. Many of the landslides are results of combinations of geology, geomorphology, topography and anthropogenic activities. The seasonal rains served as triggering causes of these landslides on many occasions especially during the monsoons. Landslides in general have caused numerous casualties with immense economic losses and they will continue so in this hilly and mountainous region like Mizoram unless sound and effective scientific decisions and measures are not adopted by the people and the authorities. Identification of landslide hazards of urban areas situating on tops of mountainous ridges like Lunglei is essential for minimizing losses due to landslides and other mass movements. This study encompass an area of 8.86 sq kms transversing the Lunglei town from Lunglawn to Zotlang localities with the NH54A being buffered with 500m on both sides in homogenous domains and the obtained results classify the study areas ranking them accordingly to the potential landslide hazard threat they can cause in future.

In Bergsonism, Deleuze refers to Bergson's concept of an ‘open society’, which would be a ‘society of creators’ who gain access to the ‘open creative totality’ through acting and creating. Deleuze and Guattari's political philosophy is oriented toward the goal of such an open society. This would be a democracy, but not in the sense of the rule of the actually existing people, but the rule of ‘the people to come,’ for in the actually existing situation, such a people is ‘lacking’. When the people becomes a society of creators, the result is a society open to the future, creativity and the new. Their openness and creative freedom is the polar opposite of the conformism and ‘herd mentality’ condemned by Deleuze and Nietzsche, a mentality which is the basis of all narrow nationalisms (of ethnicity, race, religion and creed). It is the freedom of creating and commanding, not the Kantian freedom to obey Reason and the State. This paper uses Bergson's The Two Sources of Morality and Religion, and Deleuze and Guattari's Kafka: For a Minor Literature, A Thousand Plateaus and What is Philosophy? to sketch Deleuze and Guattari's conception of the open society and of a democracy that remains ‘to come’.

Non-Muslim leadership becomes a problematic issue in the context of inter-religious relations in Indonesia, especially for Muslims in conducting religious-social-political relations with non- Muslims. The problematic position of this non-Muslim leadership issue is the state constitution allows but the religious constitution (based on the textuality of the Qur'an) forbids. How does M. Quraish Shihab respond as well as answer the problematic of the people in the case? It is this core issue that will be tested by the answer through this research. Using the descriptive-inferential method and the philosophical-historical approach (philosophical and historical approach), the conclusion that M. Quraish Shihab in interpreting the verses (ban) of non-Muslim leadership (Surat al-Maidah: 51, QS Ali 'Imran: 28, and QS al-Mumtahanah: 1) is contextual, or in other words, the verses are understood to be sociological and not theological. Therefore he allows non-Muslim leadership as long as the non-Muslims are not of a hostile group of Islam, even he does not allow the leadership of a Muslim if a Muslim is actually injurious Islam and harms the interests of Muslims.

Fines are sanctions or punishments that are applied in the form of the obligation to pay a sum of money imposed on the denial of a number of agreements previously agreed upon. There is debate over the status of fines in Islamic law. Some argue that fines may not be used, and some argue that they may be used. In the context of fines for delays in payment of taxes, in fiqh law it can be analogous to ta'zir bi al-tamlīk (punishment for ownership). This can be justified if the tax obligations have met the requirements. Whereas according to Islamic teachings, fines can be categorized as acts in order to obey government orders as taught in the hadith, and in order to contribute to the realization of mutual benefit in the life of the state. As for the amount of the fine, the government cannot arbitrarily determine fines that are too large to burden the people. Penalties are applied as a message of reprimand and as a means to cover the lack of the state budget.

AbstractThe president—Jokowi, has a mandate from the people to make Indonesia to be more equitable and prosperous. In order to fulfill this mandate, he has set nine priority programs known as the concept of Nawa Cipta. This program calls for concrete steps so as not merely a wish list.
