The purpose of this study is to describe governance related to alternative defense human resources in the context of defense budget efficiency embodied in the human resources of the reserve components and defense support components. This research is a qualitative research. This type of research uses a comprehensive analytic study and an analytical normative approach. The discussion regarding defense human resources needed to build a defense force includes active military, compulsory or conscripted military, voluntary military or reserve components and supporting components. Active military and mandatory military in relation to service are almost the same, it's just that the mandatory military has a limited period of service in accordance with the rules of the state. In taking into account the human resources of defense, it is not only active military and conscription, but includes reserve and supporting components. Human resource management is essentially a cycle from recruitment to separation - then the actual defense HR management must be carried out continuously. So thus, the management of human resources for defense of existing human resources (TNI personnel) must be carried out continuously, starting from recruitment, education, use, welfare, and separation. The TNI is a major component in the national defense system supported by the Komcad and Komduk. Two mandates of the national defense law that have not yet been resolved are the Komcad Draft Law and the Komduk Draft Law. And based on the description of human resource management, it is very important that this draft law be completed.

The article substantiates the need to create a new model of a personnel management system - electronic human resource management, which is an advanced business solution that provides full online support in the management of all processes, actions, data and information necessary for human resource management in a modern company, it is determined the essence and content, the goal, objectives, levels of electronic human resource management are shown, functions and results are shown, methods and opportunities for the implementation of electronic human resource management are proposed. It is shown that the introduction of electronic human resource management increases the efficiency of HR management processes by concentrating information about personnel in a centralized data bank, speeding up information processing, reducing errors and the amount of duplicate work, reducing less productive activities in the field of human resources and its reorientation to strategic tasks.

Among all the social concepts of the 20th and 21st centuries, one of the most important is the concept of human resource management technologies. Personnel management technologies occur as a link between the theory and practice of HR management, acting as a way to increase the efficiency of staff activities, as well as to coordinate the interests of the organization and employees. The article raises the problems of using of the technologies of personnel management in the company’s activities and the prospects for implementing human resources technologies into the practice of personnel management. The authors made a research in order to study the situation of application of various HR technologies in the activities of the federal telecommunications company. The results of this study allow us to see not only the problems that now occur in the implementation of human resource management technologies in the practice of the company, but also to find the ways to solve them and to optimize the activity of HR departments.

The new economy, the knowledge economy, is fundamentally changing the attitude towards the workforce. The concept of "personnel" first replaced the concept of "human resources", but today it is already "human capital". Thus, the “war for brains” becomes the mainstream of HR management. The profession of an HR manager in business entities comes to the fore, and it is on their actions that the effectiveness of not only the correct selection of personnel depends, but also the further path of each employee, up to painless dismissal, without causing negative consequences for the HR brand Today VUCA-reality forces us to radically revise the existing classical approaches to human resource management. Stability replaces instability, predictability - uncertainty, simplicity - complexity, certainty - ambiguity. The flagship is the "Person-centered" approach in HR - management, when effective management does not respond to the position and the focus of attention is completely directed to a specific employee, to his emotions, feelings, problems, behavior, the possibility of combining "brains". Thus, the process of human resource management of business entities needs effective management based on new trends in the full management cycle, taking into account the transformation of life associated with the introduction of a remote work format. Accelerated development and implementation of IT technologies is also reflected in the process of effective HR - management of business entities focused on innovative development. This article examines modern trends in HR management at different stages, including adaptive management decisions that meet the conditions of remote work, allowing modern business to be competitive and occupy a leading position in the market.

Human resource management (HRM) is a recognition of the importance of human labor as vital resources that contribute to the goals of the organization, and utilization of multiple functions and activities to ensure that they are used effectively and fairly for the benefit of individuals, organizations, and society. Now human resource management has a unique and timely opportunity to improve productivity. Eventhough, productivity improvement does not means only increase the output. In addition, the evaluation of program responsibles and meets the special needs of employees with efficient cost. It is a very effective manner that very important, as organizations are tempted to cut costs and improve quality in their company. Without evaluation, it is very difficult to demonstrate that the development is the reason for the improvement. Human Resources Development can maintain and support productivity, as well as company isolate of lack of expertise of the human resources for the current job and future. The results are used in evaluating development programs include participant satisfaction with the training and development program development, learning knowledge or skills, the use of knowledge and skills on the job, and the results such as sale, productivity, or the prevention of accidents. Evaluation can also compare costs against benefits that receive development (return on investment).

Green HRM is the latest footstep in the organization. Human resource management is the major part of all organizations. So whatever the changes we need obviously we go with the human resource force. Human resource management is an important faction of management that deals with the most valuable assets of an organization which is Human Resource. “Customer is the king” is an age old business mantra accentuating the importance of customers in every business. Customer is only a part of success in the business field. For the survival of market in the present scenario we mainly focus on human resource- USP, and their environment –G HRM. This paper is an attempt to disclose, the ecstatic and stimulated working environment and unique potentiality of each human resource to enable the organization to be successful in the competitive corporate world there by enabling attainment of profit by the shareholders. Only through proper motivation and stimulus can we bring forth the integral potentiality- Passion Quotient, of the human resources for the success of the business. Thus this paper focuses on how these green practices enable to bring out innate potential and develop a powerful social conscience and a green sense of responsibility through the human resource for the success of the business.

Human resources are an important asset in the entire company operations activity. A human resources management support system should be provided to improve performance in  accordance with the company target. The purpose of this study is to design a model of operational and human resource management support systems that can integrate employee performance data, simplify management of employee data, and generate reports in the form of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Binusian Level. Methodology used in this study is using literature study, design, and test a model to make operational and human resource management information system.
