Abstrak: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas 4 SDN Sidorejo Lor 01  melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 SDN Sidorejo Lor 01 Salatiga yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa 54% siswa mencapai motivasi tinggi, sedangkan  46% siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Pada siklus II, penggunaaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share disertai perbaikan tindakan yang mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa 83% siswa mencapai motivasi  belajar pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan 17% siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Abstract:  This type of research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the motivation of learning mathematics grade 4 students SDN Sidorejo Lor 01 through the use of Think Pair Share learning model. The subjects of this research are 4th grade students of SDN Sidorejo Lor 01 Salatiga, which are 35 students. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. Data collection techniques such as tests, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results showed that students' learning motivation has increased. In the first cycle, the results showed that 54% of students achieved high motivation, while 46% of students were in the medium category. In the second cycle, the use of Think Pair Share learning model is accompanied by improved actions that encourage students to be more active in learning. The results showed that 83% of students achieved high learning motivation, while 17% were in the medium category.

This research is distributed by high motivation learn to citizens studying at language courses program in Hem's Institute city of Padang. Researchers suspect that the learning motivation of high learning citizens due to the instructor in the learning strategies learning activities. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is to study language courses which amounted to 110 people. Samples taken many as 28 people. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentages. The research results indicate (1) the determination of the expected changes to the citizens learning instructors are categorized good, (2) the determination of which approach to use the trainer to the citizens learn categorized good, (3) the determination of the methods used instructor to the citizens learn categorized good, and (4) the setting of norms of the success of the instructor to the citizens learn categorized good. This study aims to increase students' learning motivation using the Project based learning model in 4th grade of SD Negeri 2 Ngadimulyo. This research is a Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Data analysis in this study is guided by quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' learning motivation from cycle I to cycle II. The results of the first cycle of observations reached the sufficient category, namely 68% and 69% for the results of the questionnaire which were in the sufficient category. In cycle II there was an increase in students' learning motivation with good categories, the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires were 80% and 81%.

This study aims to reveal the effect of applying the learning model and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This type of research used a quantitative approach, especially quasi-experiments. Population in this study all students of class XI 2 Painan. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 63 students. Data analysis techniques used questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Differences in learning outcomes obtained between students who have high learning motivation in class who apply the flipped learning model (2) Differences in learning outcomes obtained between students who have low learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (3) Differences learning outcomes obtained between students who have high learning motivation in the class implementing the flipped learning model and students who have high learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (4) Differences learning outcomes obtained between students who have low learning motivation in the class implementing the flipped learning model and students who have low learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (5) There is no interaction between learning models and learning motivation in influencing learning outcomes.Keywords : flipped learning model, learning motivation, learning outcomes

<p class="BodyAbstract">This study aimed to know about high learning motivation students' in mathematical critical thinking skills. This study used a qualitative method and data collection techniques consisted of written tests and interviews. This study used triangulation techniques that compared data of test and interview data.  The qualitative data analysis techniques were data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that subject critical thinking skills with high motivation are able to understand the problems in the problem and can use the information obtained appropriately to complete each step in the problem. These conditions, students can also explain what was done in the process and can get conclusions, do not forget the review that students do will help solve the problem.</p>

<pre><em>The purpose of this study was to increase the motivation of students in grade 1 SD Negeri Pasekaran 02. This research was a classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were students in grade 1 SD Negeri Pasekaran 02 in the 2020/2021 school year, totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research shows that the use of the kahoot application can increase the learning motivation of grade 1 students of SD Negeri Pasekaran 02 in the 2020/2021 school year as evidenced by the percentage of student responses in cycle I there are 12 students with high motivation with a percentage of 46%, 8 students with moderate motivation with a percentage of 31%, and 6 students whose motivation was low with a percentage of 23% while in cycle II there was an increase, namely there were 23 students who had high motivation with a percentage of 88%, and 3 students whose motivation was moderate with a percentage of 12% and in cycle III also experienced an increase, namely there were 25 students with high motivation with a percentage of 96%, and 1 student whose motivation was moderate with a percentage of 4%.</em><em></em></pre>

Queue is a common situation that is common in everyday life where consumers wait in front of the counter to get a turn of service or service facilities. The study aims to determine the performance of the queuing system at the train ticket counter at Yogyakarta Tugu Station. This research is an action research. The population in this study are all customers who come to Yogyakarta Tugu Railway Station to purchase train tickets. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are the method of observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used queuing formulas for Model B: M / M / S. The results showed that the performance of the queuing system at the train ticket counter at Yogyakarta Tugu Station was not optimal.

This study aims to determine whether the application of the method of finger play can develop cognitive abilities in class A children in Raudhatul Athfal Ma’arif 01 Metro. This study used a qualitative approach, with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses a design according to the Kemmis model and Taggart MC which consists of four stages, namely: 1. Planning, 2. Action, 3. Observation, and 4. Reflection ". The subjects of this study were class A children in Raudhatul Athfal Ma’arif 01 Metro 2018/2019 academic year as many as 15 children. The research instrument uses the method of documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of the first cycle, indicators of success in cognitive abilities are 60% increased to 80% in cycle II.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

This study aims to measure and foster pleasure in counting with the Jarimatika method. This research was conducted collaboratively with classroom teachers in learning activities in class. The research subjects of Class A Bahrul Ulum TK in Karangduren Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency were 20 students. Data collection techniques: tests, observations, interviews and documentation, descriptive data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study is to help students grow their joy in learning mathematics with the Jarimatika method and help teachers to be more creative in making interesting and innovative methods in the classroom.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia, dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain Kemmis & Taggart, yang terlaksana dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa: pada kondisi awal siswa yang aktif hanya 55,56 %, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 59,10%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 85,50%. (2) pembelajaran IPS dengan penerapan model kooperatif two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa: dari kondisi awal rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 68,61, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 71,94 dan pada siklus II menjadi 82,10. Dengan demikian ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari kondisi awal 58,33%, pada siklus I menjadi 77,78%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 100%. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MULTIMEDIA-AIDED TWO STAY TWO STRAY MODEL TO IMPROVE LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN SOCIAL STUDIESAbstractThis study aims to: (1) improve learning activities by means the implementation of the two stay-two stray instructional model, and (2) improve the learning achievement Social Studies of class IX-A, SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik Sumatera Utara. This study is classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, using Kemmis & Taggart design. The data collection techniques used were observation, achievement test, and documentation. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive. The results are as follows. (1) The implementation of media-aided two stay two stray instructional model in social studies teaching can enchance learning activities and learning achievement. There is an increase in students’ learning activities: in the precycle, only 55.56%, in cycle I, the average score of students’ activities was 59.10 % and it became 85.50% in cycle II. (2) There is an increase in students’ the average of learning achievement: in the precycle, only 68.61, in cycle I, the average score of of learning achievement was 71.94 and it became 82.10 in cycle II. There is an increasing mastery of classical learning. In the precycle, only 58.33% of  students achieved learning mastery, in cycle I, it became 77.78%, and in cycle II, it became 100%.
