PENGEMBANGAN MATERI LAYANAN KLASIKAL DALAM BIMBINGAN BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN ABAD 21

Learning is an important activity for students in school. Therefore school must provide a place for students to develop learning skills. One of them is by improving the learning guidance service by the Guidance and Counseling teacher. The goal of the research is to develop the classroom counseling material for guidance learning in 21st century for students of Vocational High School. This research is R & D. This development research refers to Dick and Carey (2001) which consisted 10 steps consisting of identify instructional goals, conduct instructional analysis, identify entry behaviours, write performance objectives, develop criterian reference tests, develop instructional strategy, develop and select instructional materials, develop and conduct formative evaluation, revise instructional, develop and conduct sumative evaluation. The researcher only applied 9 steps for the step 10 is revise instructional. The development of teaching materials were through some steps. They were the review of subject matter expert, learning design expert, small grup experiment test and field experiment test. This small group test were conducted to five students of SMKN 1 Kemlagi. Meanwhile, the field experiment test were conducted to 32 student of X MM 2 in SMKN 1 Kemlagi. The analysis of the result data in this research used qualitative and quantitative approach. The data from the expert which is in the form of suggestions and critics was analized using qualitative approach meanwhile advisability data dan and opinion about advisability of teaching material described in the form of quantitative approach. This devolepment product can be used at school as one of the learning source in Vocational High school because of the result of validation experiment and experiment to student showed that the product is suitable to be used.AbstrakBelajar merupakan kegiatan inti peserta didik di sekolah. Oleh karena itu sekolah harus memberikan wadah kepada peserta didik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan belajar. Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan layanan bimbingan belajar oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan materi layanan klasikal dalam bimbingan belajar pada abad 21 bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian R & D. Pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Dick and Carey (2001) yang terdiri dari 10 langkah yang meliputi: mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, melakukan analisis pembelajaran, menganalisis karakteristik peserta didik, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar, merancang dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif, melakukan revisi serta mendesain dan melakukan evaluasi sumatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membatasi hanya pada langkah yang ke-9, yaitu melakukan revisi. Proses pengembangan bahan ajar ini melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu review ahli isi, review ahli desain pembelajaran, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan oleh peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Kemlagi sebanyak 5 orang. Sedangkan uji coba lapangan dilaksanakan kepada 32 peserta didik kelas X MM 2 SMK Negeri 1 Kemlagi. Analisis data hasil penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data berupa saran dan kritik dari ahli dan peserta didik dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan data kelayakan mengenai kesesuaian bahan ajar diolah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Produk pengembangan ini bisa dipakai di sekolah sebagai salah satu sumber belajar di SMK karena hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba kepada peserta didik menunjukkan produk masuk dalam kriteria layak.

This research is motivated because supervision of Guidance and Counseling (GC) in the senior high school was not optimum. The purpose of this study was to reveal and describe the implementation of the basic tasks related to monitoring, assessment, and coaching by GC Supervisor to GC Teacher or Counselor. This study used quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The samples in this research were 33 people GC Teacher or Counselor at senior high school level in city of Pariaman with total sampling technique. The instrument used is Likert scale models. Finding of this study are as follows: (1) the quality of the implementation of monitoring by the Supervisor GC into GC Teacher or Counselor in senior high school are in the enough category, and the vocational high school are in the enough category,(2 the quality of the implementation of the assessment by GC Supervisor into GC Teacher or Counselor in senior high school are in the enough category, and the vocational high school are in the enough category, (3) and implementation guidance for GC Teacher or Counselor by GC supervisor in senior high school are in the enough category, while the vocational high school also in good category. Monitoring, assessment, and guidance that carried by GC Supervisor for GC Teacher or Counselor still needs to be improved and developed in order to advance the implementation of services GC in senior high school. The implication of this study can be used as a reference and material for consideration on the implementation of the basic tasks of GC Supervisor in senior high school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video sex education untuk menstimulasi kemampuan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Borg and Gall (2007) yang terdiri sepuluh langkah. (1) Asses Needs To Identity Goal, (2) Conduct Instructional Analysis, (3) Analyze Learners And Context, (4) Write Performance Objectives, (5) Develop Assessment Instrument, (6) Develop Instructional Strategy, (7) Develop And Select Instructional Materials , (8) Design And Conduct Formative Evaluation Of Instruction, (9) Revise Instruction, (10) Design And Conduct Summative Evaluation. Desain uji coba produk dalam penelitian ini melalui tiga tahap yaitu (a) validasi ahli, (b) uji coba kelompok kecil, (c) uji coba kelompok besar. Hasil uji coba selanjutnya diuji dengan Uji t yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kemampuan sosial dan emosionalanak usia dini dari hasil belajar antara memakai media dengan tidak memakai media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video sex education dapat menstimulasi kemampuan sosial dan emosional anak. Dari hasil analisis data memperoleh memperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,005 maka H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan adanya perbedaan pada rata-rata perlakuan sebelum dan sesudah dan rata-rata skor perlakuan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada proses pembelajaran sex education dengan menggunakan video yang telah dikembangkan.

This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) by implementing contextual learning strategies and learning unit modules in the Education Technology Study Program at the State University of Jakarta. In this research development refers to the Dick & Carey model which consists of: identifying Instructional Goal (s), Conduct Instructional Analysis, Analyze Learners and Context, Write Performance Objective, Develop Instrument Assessment, Develop Instructional Strategy, Develop and Select Instructional Materials, Design and Conduct Formative Materials Evaluation of Instruction, and Revise Instruction. This development research product has gone through the formative evaluation stage, namely expert review and one to one. The results of the Expert Review from the learning design expert obtained a value of 3.75 (very good). material expert of 2.9 (good), and from media expert got a score of 3.85 (very good). Then the user evaluation (one to one) was conducted to users namely lecturers and students. One to one evaluation by lecturers received a score of 3.57 (very good) and evaluations conducted by students get a value of 3.7 (very good) .Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Rencana Perkuliahan Semester product in Education photography courses and learning unit modules is very good.

Successfully optimizing the right and left sides of the brain can help to improve intelligence, logic and social intelligence. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the brain gym game in optimizing the right and left sides of students’ brains. A quantitative approach was used with a pretest/posttest design. Random sampling was used to recruit participants and the sample consisted of 53 students at XI MIPA Senior High School. The results showed that the brain gym game was effective in optimizing students’ right and left sides of the brain. Based on these results, innovation is recommended that contributes to the novelty of guidance and counseling media using the brain gym game to reflect on the functions of students’ right and left sides of the brain. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah RnD dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Development dan Dissemination). Subjek penelitian adalah guru BK SMK Negeri di se-Kota Yogyakarta yang telah bersertifikat (purposive sampling), sejumlah 25 orang. Instrumen terdiri dari lembar pengamatan dan tes pemahaman yang divalidasi oleh ahli (expert judgement). Untuk uji ahli materi dan media menggunakan instrumen lembar pengamatan ahli. Sedangkan uji coba produk instrument lembar penilaian pengguna produk. Untuk menguji efektivitas produk, maka diberikan tes pemahaman materi. Hasil uji ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 73,44 dengan kategori “Baik”. Hasil uji ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 86,85 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Sedangkan hasil uji coba lapangan (uji keterbacaan modul) memperoleh skor 80 dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil uji efektifitas modul menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru sebesar 1,52. Hasil konsultasi dengan tabel distribusi t diperoleh perbandingan t0,05<t0,01<t, yaitu 2,08<2,80<5,60. Perbandingan ini memiliki arti bahwa penggunaan modul memiliki pengaruh positif (signifikan) baik pada taraf signifikansi t0,05 maupun taraf signifikansi t0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul telah terlaksana dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman guru BK dalam menyusun program BK komprehensif di SMK.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan dan Konseling, Komprehensif, SMK AbstractThis research aims to develop modules drafting a comprehensive guidance and counseling program in Vocational High School. This type of research is the research and development. The subjects were guidance and counseling teachers at SMK as the city of Yogyakarta that has been certified (purposive sampling), some 25 people. The instruments used consist of sheets of observation and comprehension tests were validated by an expert (expert judgment). To test the material and media experts using expert observation sheet instruments. While testing instrument products sheet product user ratings. To test the effectiveness of the product, then given a comprehension test material. Media expert test results given a score of 73.44 in the category of "Good". The test results matter experts given a score of 86.85 with the category of "Very Good". While the results of field trials (legibility test module) received a score of 80 in the category of "Very Good". The effectiveness of the module test results showed an increase teacher understanding of 1.52. result consultation with the t distribution table for the comparison of t 0.05 <t 0.01 <t, namely 2.08 <2.80 <5.60. This comparison has meant that the use of the modules has a positive influence (significant) whether or 0.05 significance level t t 0.01 significance level. This suggests that the development of the module has been accomplished and effective in improving the understanding of guidance and counseling teachers in drafting a comprehensive guidance and counseling program at VHS.Keywords: Guidance and Counseling, Comprehensive, Vocational High School

Autonomy Profile of Senior High School Student Based on Birth Order and Implication from Guidance and Counseling. The research was motivated by the lack of autonomy of students, where they so many factor influence which is birth order is among them. Autonomy is the readinnes of individuals to regulate, control, and manage themselves without depend on adult person and responnsibility for decision. The purpose of research to describe autonomy of students based on birth order. The research approach using a quantitative approach with descriptive method. The population in this reseacrh is a class XII student of SMA Al Muttaqin Fullday School Tasikmalaya Academic Year 2015/2016. The results showed a picture of autonomy of students based on birth order in higher category. Recommendations research showed to teachers Guidance and Counseling and further research.

The aim of this study was to develop curriculum of “Jadi Pendamping Adik” subject in class X of Sint Peter Catholic Senior High School in Ende. This study was research and development which used Dick and Carrey model as the procedur of curriculum development. The steps of the curriculum development were: identify instructional goal, conduct instructional analysis, analyze learnes and contexts, write specific learning objectives, develop assesment instrumen, develop instructional strategy, develop and select instructional materials, design and conduct formative evaluation of instruction, and revise. Data feasiblity analysis from the experts used qualitatif and quantitatif descriptive data analysis. The result of the feasibility analysis from the instructional design expert, the percentage of achievment level was 92.5% with a very good qualifications and feasible to be used with revisions as needed. The result of the feasibility analysis from each material experts was 90% and 92.5% with a very good qualifications and feasible to be used with revisions as needed. The curriculum development of “Jadi Pendamping Adik” subject in class X was feasible to be used as a guide in learning.

The objective of the study was to find an appropriate Balanced Scorecard model to be implemented in the vocational education management and to test the effectiveness of balanced scorecard internal model for the vocational high school education. The method that the researchers implemented in the study was the research and development designed by Borg & Gall. The data in the study were gathered by means of in-depth interview, observation and documentary analysis in the five prominent vocational high schools from the Province of Southeast Sulawesi. The informants in the study were selected by means of snowball sampling. The data validity was tested by the triangulation technique. The First Stage and the Second Stage of model validation/ experiment was implemented by means of Delphi technique and the validation/experiment of both stages involved 50 leaders from the state and the private vocational high schools in the Province of Southeast Sulawesi. The study showed that the appropriate Balanced Scorecard model for the vocational high school educational management has been a system that might be implemented for identifying and for measuring the main performance of vocational high schools through four perspectives namely the financial perspective, the customer perspective, the internal process perspective and the learning and growth perspective. Balanced Scorecard model for the vocational high school education has met the criteria of quite high internal effectiveness model and has belonged to the good criteria. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) rancangan Borg & Gall. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen pada lima SMK Unggul di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Informan penelitian ditetapkan dengan snowball sampling. Keabsahan data diuji dengan teknik trianggulasi. Uji coba/validasi model Tahap 1 dan Tahap 2 menggunakan teknik Delphi dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 50 orang pimpinan SMK dari 15 SMK Negeri dan SMK Swasta di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Balanced Scorecard yang cocok untuk mengelola manajemen SMK adalah suatu sistem yang digunakan untuk mengenali dan mengukur kinerja utama SMK melalui empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard meliputi perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Model Balanced Scorecard yang dikembangkan untuk pendidikan SMK yang diajukan telah memenuhi kriteria keefektifan internal model yang tinggi dan termasuk kategori sangat baik, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai model pelaksanaan manajemen SMK.Kata kunci: balanced scorecard, SMK, dan kinerja SMK

The purpose of this research are to determine the influence between (1) achievement subject package of expertise (C3) toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice (2) learning motivation toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice multimedia (3) industrial guidance toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice (4) the achievement subject package of expertise (C3), learning motivation, industrial guidance toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. The population was a multimedia student of class XII at State Vocational High School 3 Surakarta. The research was using quantitative approach ex-post facto methods. Data were collected by questionnaire methods and documentation. Those data were analyzed with multiple regression. The result of this research have shown that: First, the achievement subject package of expertise (C3) variable positively and significantly influence toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Second, learning motivation variable positively and significantly influence toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Third, industrial guidance variable positively and significantly influences toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Fourth, the achievement subject package of expertise (C3), learning motivation, and industrial guidance found to have significant (Fcalculation=10,735> Ftable= 2,77) and positive (rx1x2x3y=0,654; R2=0,428) toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice.
