Indonesia is currently facing the Covid-19 pandemic situation, where we are entering the New Normal stage. This New Normal stage changes the process of educational activities, conventional education is changed to New Normal era education. New Normal era education in the implementation of learning involves the use of technology, technology in delivering material to students in their respective educational units. The Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia officially conveys on the official website kemdikbud.go.id about Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning in the Academic Year and the New Academic Year in the New Normal Period. yellow, orange, and red zones are prohibited from conducting face-to-face learning in education units. Education units in these zones continue to learn by learning from home. This community service for SD Negeri 170 Palembang teachers aims to introduce the Google Classroom application as a means of supporting learning activities. The method in this service activity is training. The results obtained from this training activity on the use of Google Classroom are that it can increase teachers' understanding of technology that can be utilized optimally in conducting teaching and learning activities.

In this pandemic era, face-to-face learning cannot be done because the transmission of the virus is very dangerous and after all learning activities must continue, to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, therefore in this sophisticated era we must make the best use of technology for the wrong teaching and learning activities. the only way is by holding it online, but not all schools carry out learning activities with technology, there are still many who do conventional learning such as learning activities in school. The benefit of implementing online learning methods is to make it easier for teachers and students in terms of learning activities. The analysis method used is literature study. design methods that do use the concept of software engineering.

The pandemic outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 19 (covid-19) which not only shocked the national sphere, but the international sphere was preoccupied with the presence of the covid-19 virus outbreak, this incident inhibited all activities of various human lives from various sectors, especially in the field of education, namely with teaching and learning activities both schools and college level. The policy issued by the government to get to the new normal can have a big influence in various aspects, especially in the field of education which can influence the management of schools and students towards new normal. Applications that can support the process of learning activities, such as applications: zoom, google classroom, whatsapp, and other applications. During learning in the network (DARING). Corona virus is a large part of the virus that can cause disease in humans and animals. Online learning is abbreviated as Online learning, online learning by utilizing the internet network. Students or students are one component of education that is the subject of learning. Educational staff are all members of the community who are dedicated and appointed to support the implementation of education. The school and the surrounding community have a give and take relationship. This new normal is meant to coexist with Covid-19. The Ministry of Education and Culture issues Circular No. 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Conducting Learning from Home in an Emergency Spread Covid-19. the decree was very influential for the continuity of education in Indonesia by implementing new normal. Keywords: Covid-19, school management, students, online, new normal, government policy. Corona virus ini adalah bagian besar virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia maupun hewan. Corona Virus pertama kali muncul di daerah Wuhan Tiongkok. Kejadian pandemi wabah Corona Virus Disease 19 (covid-19 ) ini mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia tidak hanya lingkup nasional saja, namun ranah internasional disibukkan dengan kehadiran wabah virus covid-19. Kejadian ini menghambat berbagai segala aktvitas kehidupan manusia dari berbagai sektor bidang, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan yaitu dengan aktivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar baik sekolah-sekolah maupun tingkat perguruan tinggi. Kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah untuk menuju new normal tersebut dapat berpengaruh besar dalam berbagai aspek, terutama pada bidang pendidikan yang dapat pengaruhnya dalam pengelolahan sekolah dan peserta didik menuju new normal. Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan diterbitkannya Surat Edaran No. 15 Tahun 2020 oleh Kemendikbud tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar dari Rumah Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Covid-19. surat keputusan tersebut sangat berpengaruh bagi kelangsungan pendidikan di Indonesia ini dengan melaksanakan new normal. The spread of Covid-19 virus has suddenly forced face-to-face learning into online learning. These sudden changes give impacts to professional teaching and learning practices of teacher, teacher not only gives the material but also use technology maximally during this pandemic. The role of teachers and their professional self-understanding has become increasingly complex. This current study led to know about the teacher’s self-understanding in the use of technology during the pandemic. Based on the purpose of the study, this study adopted a small-scale case study with one participant who is an EFL teacher from one of private senior high school in Surakarta, Indonesia. This case study used semi-structure interviews and classroom observations for collecting data techniques. To collect the data, researcher used teacher’s self-understanding theory from Kelchtermans (1993). These teacher’s self-understanding has five components, (1) self-image; (2) self-esteem; (3) task-perception; (4) job motivation; and (5) future perspective. After collecting the data, researcher applied an interactive model analysis. The results showed that (1) teacher’s self-understanding in the use of technology becomes more positive. This understanding brings teacher to become part of booster teaches conducted by The Ministry of Education and Culture, and (2) the inclusion of informal, self-initiated, and self-regulated procedures has supported the modifications of these components of teacher’s self-understanding when she used technology.

The industrial 4.0 era requires an educator to increase competence or expertise in the use of information technology in education. The use of technology in education is extensive, including learning media and learning evaluation media. This goal is to develop the skills of SD Menteng Atas 01 teachers, especially in the IT field, and the ultimate goal of this community service activity is to encourage teachers to share learning media, especially smartphone media, in order to make learning evaluations. In the form of online crossword puzzles, especially during the pandemic, teaching and learning activities are now being carried out boldly. The service partners are all teachers at Menteng Atas Elementary School. Community service was held on April 13, 2020, at SDN Menteng Atas 01, followed by 15 participants online via zoom. The method used is demonstration and lecture. As a result of this community service activity, the teachers of SDN Menteng Atas 01 Setiabudi, South Jakarta, were able to create online crossword puzzles independently with a smartphone.

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

Physical education is basically an integral part of the education system as a whole which aims to develop aspects of health, physical fitness, critical thinking skills, emotional stability, social skills, reasoning and moral action through physical activities and sports. The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes for grade V SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency through the assistance of peer tutors. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year, from March 2019 to April 2019. The subjects of this study were GRADE V SD Negeri Balongwono, Mojokerto Regency in the 2018/2019 academic year, namely 26 people who above: 16 boys and 10 girls. Sources of data used in Graderoom Action Research (PTK) are as follows: 1. Data on learning outcomes above, obtained from students; 2. Teacher activity data, obtained from events during the teaching and learning activities in progress; 3. Student activity data, obtained from events during the teaching and learning activities; 4. Data on the implementation of teaching and learning activities with the help of peer tutors, obtained from events during the teaching and learning activities. The data analyzed included quantitative data (by presenting numbers as a measure of achievement), and qualitative data (presenting numbers as a comparison). Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive comparative manner which aims to compare the conditions before and after the learning corrective action was taken. The stages in the action of analyzing data include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis of the basic technique of passing on mini volleyball for Grade V students of SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, 2018/2019 academic year, the following results can be obtained: 1. In the pre-action of 26 students, there were 11 students (42%) who completed learning. 2. At the end of the first cycle of 26 students, there were 19 students (73%) who had finished learning. 3. At the end of the second cycle of 26 students, 23 students (88%) have completed learning. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the peer tutor assistance method can improve the basic techniques of fitting for the V-grade mini volleyball of the V-grade students of SD Negeri Balongwono, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency, 2018/2019 Academic Year.

The formation of initial knowledge on learning will greatly affect the educational process, especially in understanding students. Students in the process of learning physics are required to have the correct concepts and concepts in order to reduce fatal mistakes in the future. Technology today is also developing very rapidly. If the technology is misused, things will not appear. In order to reduce misconceptions in learning physics, especially in terms of temperature and heat, it is necessary to have appropriate models and methods and the use of technology is also needed so that the process of teaching and learning activities can be adjusted to the times. This journal aims to 1) explain misconceptions among students using the POE2WE model 2) reduce misconceptions that occur in students of temperature and heat material 3) Become a reference for educators in teaching and learning so that misconceptions can be minimized 4) Utilization of technology in the learning process so that the concept of material temperature and heat can be conveyed properly. The method used is the literature study method.

Advancements in educational technology and improvements in the internet’s connectivity has increased the interest of universities in e-learning worldwide. Unlike many institutions around the world, the traditional form of teaching in Albania before the Covid-19 pandemic was face-to-face where both lectures and seminars were attended physically in the classroom. However, the Covid-19 pandemic imposed on them the necessity to move from auditoriums to e-learning immediately without any preparation. This paper aims to investigate the Albanian learners’ attitudes and perceptions of synchronous e-learning during the second semester of the 2019 – 2020 academic year. A survey consisting of 15 questions was distributed to a total of 168 undergraduate and graduate learners in 2 public universities in Albania. Results from the study showed that the learners preferred face-to-face learning over synchronous learning. The lack of motivation, low level of interaction with their instructors and peers, and the feeling of isolation were their main concerns. Meanwhile, the learners appreciated the fact that e-learning helped them to improve their computer and internet skills. It is also less expensive and more comfortable than the traditional mode of teaching and learning.

The use of technology as a learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic is an alternative solution to be able to continue to carry out long-distance learning activities. Existing technologies such as Google Meet, Google Classroom and Google Drive strongly support students and teachers and other academics in teaching and learning activities. The use of the facilities provided by Google can be useful for academics. Teaching and learning activities synchronously (synchronous) using video conferencing is an effective way. Not only that, asynchronous learning media using existing Google Classroom facilities such as discussion and chat features are one of the media to support distance learning to keep it running smoothly. The activity was carried out at Majlis Ta'lim Hidayatul Mubtadiin, which consisted of teenagers aged 12-17 years. Based on the questionnaires distributed during the activity, that as many as 96% were able to absorb the material with this distance learning media. So that learning can still be carried out effectively and conducively in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
