The article deals with the actualization of the anthropological potential of future specialists in the process of their training. The article also reflects the anthropological potential of the educational process from the standpoint of the fundamental theory of the subject of pedagogy and ideas of humanistic psychology. The article identifies the leading conceptual direction of the subject of pedagogy in the training of modern specialists as well as in professional pedagogical activity of a modern teacher. Contradictions in terms of training, the solution of which lies in the paradigmatic space of the subject pedagogy are considered. An attempt to express the model of a specialist of the XXI century, with a system of required competencies, a sense of general social responsibility, ability to make correct non-trivial solutions, including in an extreme situation. The need of awareness of their own imperfections as a factor of transition to a new qualitative state of a free intentional subject is identified. The article presents the basic conditions for overcoming the dehumanization and objectification of a person, highlights the conditions necessary for the actualization of the creative beginning in the person and the subjective position of the future specialist, for his free and responsible self-development, as well as conditions that limit human freedom and development The necessity of the transition from the ideology of the formation of a modern specialist to the ideology of continuing professional education and development through internal intellectual and creative resources is substantiated. Based on the diagnostic analysis, the article presents factors that impede the formation and implementation of the subject-oriented activities of a modern teacher of higher education in the process of professional training.

Modern innovative teaching technologies are guided by the reflective processes of the subject. In the process of professional training, a person is formed as a professional, which becomes possible only taking into account personal factors, which subsequently determine the development of professional reflection. Reflection is defined as a necessary part of a cognitive procedure and an important characteristic of an individual. The development of reflection in future teachers-psychologists is one of the urgent problems in the modern educational process. This article presents an analysis of the results of a stating experiment on the development of reflection in future teachers-psychologists to identify their ability to analyze and introspection, professional and personal self-development. To achieve the goals of the desired problem, we have identified the applicable methodologies that allow us to determine the levels of reflection development in future teachers-psychologists by components. The methods given by us in the article allow us to further develop an educational and methodological complex for the development of reflection in future teachers-psychologists.

The article considers the problem of training an engineer-teacher of the food industry, in particular the peculiarities of the organization of independent work, which contributes to the formation of general and professional competences in the process of solving professional problems. Attention is paid to clarifying the role of independent work in the formation of general and professional competences, determining effective ways to implement it in the process of professional education of future specialists in the food industry. Types of tasks for independent work are characterized, attention is focused on their activity character.To optimize independent work, the use of educational, cognitive and practical tasks aimed at transmitting, organizing, transcoding information and related to the interpretation, analysis and generalization of information, which should be addressed in the process of working with textbooks and educational literature, in the process of independent observations, execution of graphic works are suggested.Independent work involves the implementation of various types of tasks (reproductive, as per the sample, reconstructive-variable, partial-search, educational-research), aimed at obtaining new knowledge, their systematization and generalization; formation of practical skills and abilities; control of student readiness for lectures, seminars, defense of laboratory and practical works, other control measures.The peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in higher education, which should be built so as to develop the ability to learn, to form in future engineers-teachers the ability for self-development, creative application of knowledge, ways to adapt to professional activities are considered. The author's approach to the empirical study of the peculiarities of self-development of a person has been  considered. The criteria of self-development as a subject activity have been characterized. Its indicators have been  given.  The  psychological  resources  of  personal  self-development  have  been  singled  out:  the  need  for  self- development as its source and determinant; conditions that ensure its success; mechanisms as functional means and  conditions  for  its  implementation.  Their  essence  has  been  revealed.  The  need  for  self-development  has  been  determined by the actualization of the characteristics of self-development (self-activity, vital activity, development of  self-consciousness) and has been occurred when the content structure of the individual consciousness and the  transformation of semantic entities changed. Conditions of self-development has been defined by mature I of  personality, openness, tolerance to the new, the presence of a conscious goal of self-realization and active life  strategy. Reflection, self-regulation and feedback have been considered as mechanisms of self-development. The  methodical approaches and means of studying the peculiarities and factors of the development of the subject of self- development in adolescence in the process of professional training have been offered, and the results of their  integrated empirical research have been highlighted. Particular attention has been paid to the analysis of the level  of actualization of self-development resources among students, discovered with the author's diagnostic method  "DCPSD" (Dispositional Characteristic of Personality of Self-development). It has been proved that psychological  resources as a set of possibilities of development already exist in the psychological reality of a person. It has been  shown that the dominance of the level of self-development resources’ actualization of the individual (and their  combination) can be correlated with the dimensions of the individual psychological space, indicating the individual  peculiarity of the personal self-development organization. It has been noted that, at the same time, actualization,  strengthening and harmonization of all psychological resources of a person self-development, enrichment of its  relations with the environment and other people, and increasing spirituality is necessary for the implementation of  progressive conscious personal self-development. У  статті  розглянуто  авторський  підхід  до  емпіричного  вивчення  особливостей  саморозвитку  особистості. Охарактеризовано критерії саморозвитку як суб’єктної діяльності, наведено його показники.  Виокремлено психологічні ресурси особистісного саморозвитку: потребу в саморозвитку як його джерело і  детермінант; умови, які забезпечують його успішність; механізми як  функціональні засоби і умови його  здійснення.    Розкрито    їх    сутність.    Потреба    в    саморозвитку    визначається    актуалізованістю  характеристик саморозвитку (самоактивність, життєдіяльність, розвиненість самосвідомості) і виникає  при зміні змістової  структури індивідуальної свідомості та трансформації смислових утворень. Умови  саморозвитку  окреслюють  зріле  Я  особистості,  відкритість,  толерантність  до  нового,  наявність  усвідомленої   мети   самоздійснення   та   активної   життєвої   стратегії.   Як   механізми   саморозвитку  розглядаються рефлексія, саморегуляція та зворотній зв'язок. Запропоновано методичні підходи і засоби  вивчення особливостей та чинників становлення суб’єкта саморозвитку в юнацькому віці в процесі фахової  підготовки, висвітлено результати їх комплексного емпіричного дослідження. Особливу увагу приділено  аналізу  рівня  актуалізації  ресурсів  саморозвитку  у  студентів,  виявленого  за  допомогою  авторської  діагностичної методики «ДХСО». Доведено, що психологічні ресурси  як сукупність можливостей розвитку  вже існують у психологічній реальності людини. Показано, що домінування рівня актуалізації ресурсів  саморозвитку особистості ( та їх поєднання) можна співвіднести з вимірами психологічного простору  особистості,   що   свідчить   про  індивідуальну   своєрідність   організації   особистісного  саморозвитку.  Зазначено,  що  в  той  же  час  для  здійснення  прогресивного  усвідомленого  особистісного  саморозвитку  необхідна   актуалізація,   взаємопосилення   і   гармонізація   всіх   психологічних   ресурсів   саморозвитку  особистості, збагачення її зв’язків із навколишнім середовищем та іншими людьми, підвищення духовності.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

The study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of vocal teachers is a topical issue in the context of improving the quality of professional music education in Ukraine, as well as in the world. The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of the stage image of the future vocal teacher in the process of his professional education. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis, classification method, comparative method). Also, in the context of this study, a theoretical analysis of scientific sources was conducted. The article highlights and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of a vocal teacher in the process of professional education: the creation of models of their own future based on the activation of “I-real” and “I-ideal”; providing motivation for performing and creative stage selfrealization of future specialists; application of personality-oriented models and learning technologies aimed at developing the student's individuality and providing conditions for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization in professional activities; diversification of practical forms of organization of the educational process It is emphasized that the basis of the stage image is a combination of personal and professional characteristics and psychological archetypes, which are the basis of image formation, which should correspond to the character of the vocalist the best human qualities and powerful informational-creative potential of the person. It is emphasized that according to the personality-oriented concept of education, priority is given to the development of personality, rather than the learning process, which is an important aspect in the process of forming the stage image of personality. The practical value of the work is that the results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of the educational process, as well as to improve the professional qualities of vocal teachers

The article deals with the problem of improving the quality of professional training of cadets of military educational institutions of higher professional education of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as military universities of the VNG RF), the solution of which determines the level of security of the Russian Federation. In connection with the changes that have occurred in the educational process on the basis of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++, as well as in the structure of the troops, the need to revise the content of military education, as well as the choice of more effective methods for its implementation, has been identified. After analyzing the current state of affairs, the possibilities of frame methods were studied, the main advantage of which is the intensification of the educational process through the structuring of educational information. The authors have developed frame schemes, the effectiveness of which has been tested experimentally. All this made it possible for the teacher to devote more time to explaining the educational material of a lesson, eliminating the excessive amount of information, and for the cadets - to study the subject in more detail, to comprehend the information received, and then apply these methods in their future professional activities when training the personnel of their unit in the army.

This study aimed to identify the common teaching methods of vocational education teachers in Al- Mafraq Governorate in Jordan through application to a sample of (180) male and female teachers. And a tool for the study was developed consisting of (20) paragraphs, and after making sure of the tool's sincerity and its stability. The study reached the following results: that professional education teachers use a variety of teaching methods, some of which are traditional and others are modern, noting that (practical presentation style, project method, problem solving method, and method of dialogue and discussion) is the most common among professional education teachers, and that justifications Usage is mainly due to the appropriate occasion of the content of the subject of vocational education, the importance of the appropriate method to develop student discovery skills, and employing the method that makes the student the focus of educational process, and there were no statistically significant differences attributable to gender variations or the educational qualification in Yen differences appeared statistically significant Tazly variable experience on common teaching methods of professional education teachers in favor of the experience category 5-10 years. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which were: holding training courses for vocational education teachers in order to train them on how to choose appropriate teaching methods for the vocational education course, and the need to prepare evidence that shows the steps for teaching the content of the vocational education curriculum for professional education teachers to use when employing modern teaching methods.

The article deals with the problem of using electronic library resources in higher educational establishments, discloses the main directions of application of the relevant digital resources and provides methodological recommendations. The actuality of using electronic libraries with the purpose of raising the qualitative level of professional education of students of philology and their scientific activity is substantiated. The essence of the concept "electronic library" is specified. On the basis of analysis of scientific works, synthesis of educational and methodological ideas, generalization of own experience of pedagogical work, the state of use of electronic libraries in the professionally oriented preparation of future language teachers is clarified, conditions of effective use of resources of electronic libraries in the professional training of future language teachers are determined. The analysis of the use of resources of electronic libraries for support of studies and researches of students of philology has been analyzed. In this context the results of the survey and questioning of students of philology about the activity and efficiency of using the resources of electronic libraries in the educational process are described. It is empirically confirmed that the integration of digital resources of electronic libraries into the traditional system of education of philologists contributes to the increase of internal motivation for learning, activation of independent informative and cognitive activity of students, formation of key and professional competencies. It is emphasized that the efficiency of working out of the resources of electronic libraries in the professional training of future language teachers depends on the level of ICT competence of students and teachers. The prospects for studying the problem of using the resources of electronic libraries as a necessary tool for updating the content and technologies of professional training of students of philology have been determined.

Statement of the problem. The purpose of professional education is to provide managers with professional qualities which form the competence of an individual. In this context, much attention is paid to the formation of reflexive skills of future managers that contribute to understanding, awareness, analysis, and evaluation of large amount of information. The lack of universal understanding in Pedagogy of the features of the process of forming reflexive skills among future managers proves the relevance of this study. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the process of formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the system of secondary vocational education and to analyze the results of experimental work on the implementation of the developed organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process. Review of the scientific literature on the problem. The analysis and synthesis of professional and educational standards, normative legal documents of secondary vocational education is carried out. The analysis of scientific works of philosophers who have studied human reflection and thinking is carried out. The works on psychology devoted to the problem of understanding the essence of the process of reflection and the formation of reflexive competence of the individual’s personality in modern society are considered. In the field of pedagogical science and practice, the analysis of scientific works devoted to the competence approach and the study of the essence of the process of forming reflexive skills is carried out. The elements of the methodology of pedagogy and the theory of pedagogical research are systematized, in particular, the concept of humanization of the educational process, the methodology of personality-oriented learning, the competence approach, the theory of reflexive activity, on the basis of which systematization of an educational process is carried out within the framework of modern tendencies and trends. Methodology (materials and methods). Based on the research of scientific works of Russian and foreign authors devoted to the development of pedagogical theory and practice in the field of vocational education and arrangement of an educational process in vocational education institutions. The analysis and synthesis of practical methods and techniques that contribute to systematization of the process of formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the Secondary Professional Education (SPE) system is carried out. The analysis of scientific literature, a survey among teachers and heads of institutions in the SPE system, allowed us to identify and justify the features of the formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system and to develop organizational conditions for the process of developing these skills. The article shows the content, features, and results of the implementation of these conditions. Research results. The article deals with current methods and techniques that provide effective professional training of management students in the system of secondary vocational education, who are able to detect and formulate professional tasks and find ways to solve them. On the basis of the philosophical understanding of reflection, the content of reflexive skills aimed at discovering meanings in their own activities and in the “teacher – student” interaction is determined. The conditions for the formation of reflexive skills in the pedagogical process are revealed: creation and implementation of the typology of reflexive tasks; creation of a dialogic context in educational activities based on construction of the process of solving educational tasks; ensuring personal acceptance of the subject of a reflexive task; filling an educational process with a reflexive component; creation and implementation of the mechanism for development of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system. The results of the formation of reflexive skills in the system of secondary vocational education are presented. Conclusion. As a result of the conducted research, the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of reflexive skills among future managers in the SPE system were developed providing a qualitative increase in the level of formation of reflexive skills among students. Consequently, the reconstruction of the educational process in the SPE system, based on the implementation of the presented organizational and pedagogical conditions, significantly optimizes the process of forming the reflexive skills among future managers.
