The problem that has occurred so far is that many students have difficulty in determining the direction of interest in the 14th high school in Padang. Since the 2013 curriculum was treated, this rule has been applied to the interests, talents, abilities and expectations with specialization chosen to be aligned and directly proportional, so that students' abilities can be improved. But the results are still not optimal. The principle is to run optimally and the problems that have occurred so far can be overcome. Then a system is needed to facilitate the BK teacher in determining the direction of interest of the student's majors by using the AHP method. So that the problems faced by the teacher can be overcome. In the AHP method all values are given the weight of each criterion such as report cards, UN scores and interest test scores for majors that are suitable for these students and the work of the BK teacher can also be helped. The results of the study from student data Givania Pembega name with a report card value of 0.1554, the average score of UN 0.0449 and the value of interest 0.0729 can be a total value of 0.2732 with interest majors classified in the Science Department With the existence of a decision support system for determining direction This student interest can be used as a tool in making decisions for students in determining the direction of their interests, and can also help BK teachers in determining the direction of their students' interests. In conducting this research, the research method uses the SDLC method and tools for system design using UML and programming languages using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: SPK, Specialization, Students, AHP, UML, Mysql

Raren Batuah 1 High School is a senior high school education level located at Unsum Village, Raren Batuah District, East Barito Regency, at Raren Batuah 1 High School, assistance is provided in the form of subsidies for Poor Student Assistance for the smooth teaching and learning process for students less fortunate. To help the selection process for recipients of Poor Student Assistance, a decision support system has been designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method by prioritizing the criteria of parental income, the number of dependents of parents, and the value of student report cards that will be used for a reference decision making for the right recipient of Poor Student Assistance. Decision Support System Application (DSS) for Poor Student Assistance Recipients was designed using Flowchart and implemented using the Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010 programming language.

<p>The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the effectiveness of the use of learning media based on android Arithmetic Digital with discovery-based learning model to learning achievement of computer system grade X of multimedia class at vocational high school 6 Surakarta, (2) the differences in students’ achievement between the control class and experimental class were given the action of using Android learning media with discovery-based learning model. The population of this research is students of grade X of Multimedia class at Vocational high school 6 Surakarta. This study uses an experimental quasi-approach. The techniques of data collection in this study using the test method to determine the results of pretest and post-test. The observation method is to know the difference of student activity of control class and experiment class. Data analysis used was non-parametric test by using Mann Whitney test and Wilcoxon rank test.</p><p>Based on the research, it can be concluded that the Android-based learning media with discovery-based learning model more effective in improving learning achievement compared with the conventional model. This is evidenced by the Wilcoxon sign rank test which gives a result of the significance of 0.000 &lt; 0.005, which means there is a difference in mean values between the two classes. The experimental class got a higher average score that is 84.14 and the control class is 67.59. The result of this research is also reinforced by student gain index analysis, with gain of experimental class that is 0,70 which mean inclination category of high learning achievement while the gain’s improvement of control class is equal to 0,40 which means inclusive category of improvement in learning achievement, this matter because in the model of discovery-based learning able to improve student activeness in learning as well as to develop student's way of learning by finding their own, and self-investigate. And combined with the right learning media such as Android, will increasingly foster student interest in learning.</p>

This research which is entitled as a grade X of Senior High School by applying variations of cooperative learning model on each presented material. The research method used is a research development method which is used to produce a developed module and to test the effectiveness.  The validity of module in this research is based on the feasibility of the standard of the media and material. The media feasibility standard of the module consists of aspects of both in graphs and language. The module eligibility standart includes the feasibility aspects of the contents, presentation and contextual assessment. The average score for the aspect of feasibility in graph value is 3.95, the language value is 3.93, the content value aspect is 3.99, and the aspect of valuation of contextual is 4. Thus, the mathematics module for grade X of Senior High School which is developed in this research is valid.

This article describes the improvement of students' creativity in learning to write drama script with Problem-Based Learning model (PBM). The research method used is Classroom Action Research. The results showed that students 'creativity, learning effectiveness, and students' interest experienced improvement in each cycle. The average value of student creativity cycle I 75,95, cycle II 86,59, and at cycle III 95,45. Based on the KKM determined that 75, cycles I, 19 students (43.18%) is not complete and 25 students (56.82%) thorough, cycle II, 36 students (81.82%) complete and 8 students (18.18%) is incomplete, and cycle III of all students is complete. Then, the effectiveness of learning also increases. The average value of teacher activity cycle I 2.05 (enough), cycle II 3.27 (good), and in cycle III 3.82 (very good). The average value of student activity in cycle I 2.05 (enough), on cycle II 3 (good), and on cycle III 3.68 (very good). In addition, student interest in learning also increased. The average score of student interest in cycle I 78.92 began to grow (MB), the average value of student interest questionnaire in cycle II 85.91 MB, and the average value of student interest questionnaire in cycle III 92.39 with the information already entrust (SM). The purpose of this study was to increase students' interest and learning outcomes in the concept of global warming symptoms through the application of science comics.. This research method used classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles and carried out in SMA Negeri 10 Bandung by taking a sample of 30 students of class XI IPA. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The data from the research results were obtained through the pre-test and post-test in the first cycle with an average of 64.93 and 66.83 with the incomplete category, while in the second cycle the average score for the pre-test was 74.37 and the post-test was 88.66 with the complete category. . The results of data analysis showed that learning outcomes increased, while the results of the student interest questionnaire showed 92.59% of students were very interested and 7.41% of students were interested. The collected data were also analyzed by calculating the N-gain and t-test resulting in the N-gain in Cycle I = 0.05 in the low category, while Ngain in the second cycle = 0.56 in the moderate category. The results of the t-test calculation show that t_hit = 9.69 while t_tab = 2.05 so that t_ (hit>) t_tab. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that science comics can increase students' interest and learning outcomes in the concept of global warming symptoms.

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process and increase students' vocabulary skills in learning English using flashcard media in Class VII SMP An-Nurmaniyah. The research method used is classroom action research with the following stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study are: (1) tests, (2) interviews, (3) observation. The results obtained from this study are that the implementation of the first action learning has not achieved maximum results, it appears that there are still students who are less involved in the use of flashcard media and there are still students who feel confused about what the teacher bothered so that the average score obtained by students in the first cycle was 68, with learning completeness around 72%. By looking at the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that has been set at SMP An-Nurmaniyah, namely 65, there are 13 people who reach the completeness criteria, meaning only 72%, while according to the KTSP a learning is said to be complete if the completeness score obtained by students is 75% of the total the number of students. Meanwhile, the second cycle has increased with the average score obtained by students in the second cycle is 84, with learning completeness around 100%.

SMA Negeri 13 Palembang is one of the state schools that aims to produce graduates who are competent in accordance with their fields, talents and interests. In the process of choosing a study program to enter the university invitation path at high school N 13 Palembang, the value of the report card and achievements obtained is a requirement to enter the college invitation path. The students are faced with a variety of considerations and choices are quite complicated. Considerations from the students themselves such as the field of study is mastered, student interests, ideals, achievements, values, academic and social environment while considerations that come from the parents such as education costs and expectations of parents against their children. Various considerations that make students who make decisions in choosing college feelings, invitation of friends and ambitions of parents only, but it can not be used as a proper reply ukaut. Based on these problems then made a decision support system using the method of profile matching that can help students and the school in choosing a study program in accordance with the desired criteria. The design of this decision support system using prototype as a method of developing the system and PHP and MySQL as programming languages.

AbstractThis research aimed to knowing the feasibility of the module and student’s response. This research method was Research & Development with model 4D consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. In order to know the feasibility of the module, it was validated by materials validator, language validator, media validator, reviewer, and peer review. The result of experts’ validation shows that this module was feasible to be implemented. This module was tried out to twelve students, and the result of try out shows that this module was categorized into “very good”. Then it was tried out in a bigger scale to the eleventh grade students at Senior High School level. The result of this research reveals that this module belongs to “feasible”. It was calculated by using Cut Off Score method with the result showed average score of 87,32%. This module was supported by the responses of students with good results.Keywords: module, feasibility, Learning Cycle Kelayakan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Learning Cycle Pada Materi Fluida AbstrakLatar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya media pembelajaran yang layak dan menarik bagi siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis Learning Cycle pada pokok bahasan fluida. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development model 4D, dengan tahapan: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Materi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah materi fluida. Modul yang dikembangkan telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli, media, ahli bahasa, reviewer, dan peer reviewer. Hasil validasi menyatakan bahwa modul layak untuk diujicobakan. Selanjutnya modul diujicobakan dalam kelas kecil terhadap dua belas orang siswa dan selanjutnya modul diujicobakan dalam kelas besar terhadap siswa kelas XI MIA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan simpulan bahwa: modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis Learning Cycle yang dikembangkan dikatakan layak karena memenuhi kriteria penilaian kelayakan, dengan cut off score sebesar 87,32%, respon guru dalam tahap penyebaran sebesar 84,00% dalam kategori sangat baik, dan hasil angket respon modul oleh siswa sebesar 80,62% dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci: modul, kelayakan, Learning Cycle

This study presents a new model for Evaluating employees’ performance  by considering their job criteria so that employees are evaluated not only on the basis of their individual criteria but also on the job criteria they are working on. This is the most important feature of this research compared to previous cases. Based on the presented model, the relevant criteria with discrete coefficients are determined for the two individual criteria and job criteria. Individual criteria were obtained through library studies and partial selection into three managerial, social, and technical groups. Occupational criteria were selected based on the results of one of the studies. To determine the coefficients of the principal and sub-individual criteria, the simple and fuzzy AHP method is used to determine occupational criteria, respectively, and the simple and fuzzy AHP paired scales To determine the coefficients of job criteria. Finally, each employee is given scores (maximum 5) on each of the occupational and individual criteria. Employee rankings are based on the coefficients of individual and occupational criteria as well as the points earned, using TOPSIS algorithm. The final score of each employee is calculated based on the average score of two points obtained by the TOPSIS method. All of the above steps are designed in the TOPSIS format of an Excel spreadsheet decision support system with VB programming language and at Qaladze Bank level, which consists of 75 employees and 10 departments. In order to execute the model more accurately, it is recommended that a person or group be consulted on all the jobs of the organization to comment on all the coefficients of the available jobs in the organization to make assertions about the business coefficients that underlie the proposed model. Also add a 360-degree evaluation method to measure people from different perspectives.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai matematika terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X IIS SMA Negaeri 17 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan-hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya. Variabel tersebut adalah variabel nilai matematika dan variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel nilai matematika terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif . Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X IPS SMA Negari 17 Surabaya. Karena data yang akan diambil adalah Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai rapor matematika dan nilai ulangan dan rapor mata pelajaran ekonomi pada smester ganjil 2017-2018.Dari penelitian ini diharapkan mendapatkan gambaran tentang ada tidaknya pengaruh nilai matematika terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi.Dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana diketahui bahwa nilai matematika mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil belajr ekonomi siswa Kelas Xiis 1,2,dan 3. Dengan demikian berarti apabila nilai matematika siswa itu baik, maka hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik akan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik, begitu juga sebaliknya apabila nilai matematika kurang baik maka akan mendapatkan hasil belajar ekonomi yang kurang baik. ABSTRACT The study aims to determine the effect of mathematical values on the value of economic subjects in class X of the IIS SMA Negaeri 17 Surabaya. This research is a type of explanatory research that aims to analyze the relationships between one variable with other variables or how a variable affects other variables. These variables are mathematical value variables and learning outcomes of economic subjects.To find out the mathematical value variable on the results of learning economic subjects. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population used is all students of class X IPS Negari 17 Surabaya High School. Retrieval of data in this study are math report scores and test scores and report cards on economic subjects in the odd semester 2017-2018.From this research, it is expected to get a picture of the influence of mathematical values on the results of learning economic subjects.
