"In any market, quality is an important competitive advantage that contributes to attracting and retaining customers. The cafe market in Romania is dominated by several international names and a number of local entrepreneurial businesses. To attract and satisfy customers, cafes apply various quality strategies. The study analyses the quality strategies applied on the Romanian cafe market and how customers perceive the quality of products and services on this market. A quantitative marketing research was carried out in order to achieve the objective of the paper."

In a sustainable society, the integration into the activity of entities of the actions from the sphere of social responsibility becomes more and more evident. The study analyzes the textile industry in Romania in terms of social responsibility, the involvement of companies in this industry in asserting the values of this level. Thus, a quantitative marketing research is carried out at the level of the population in Romania, a piece of research which is aimed at identifying the opinions and attitudes of the citizens regarding the social responsibility adopted by the Romanian companies, with emphasis on the companies in the textile industry. In this research, particular attention was given to the comprehension of the reality of the aspects in which consumers perceive the requirements of social responsibility and of the way in which they function in practice. The results of this research can be used by the companies in the textile industry as well as by all the companies interested in this aspect in order to improve the quality of the services and of their implications in the social life and in order to respond to the needs of the citizens as well as possible.

The article considers topical issues regarding the impact of products (goods) quality on the formation of a sufficient level of competitiveness of enterprise. Views on the conceptual and categorical apparatus related to "competitiveness", "product competitiveness" and "quality" are generalized, including foreign experience. The purpose of this article is consideration and analysis of the impact of product quality on the formation of the competitiveness of enterprise and the achievement of its appropriate level in modern market economy. The essence of the concept of "product quality" from the point of view of the manufacturer is highlighted. The interdependence between product quality and ensuring the appropriate level of enterprise competitiveness is shown. The main advantages of improving product quality as a factor of competitiveness of products and the enterprise as a whole are given. The main attention is paid to quality as a factor in the formation of consumer confidence, technology "word of mouth", the importance of aesthetic indicators of products (goods). It is determined that the high quality of products (goods) provides greater return on investment and insufficient level of quality at the initial stage is a positive factor in the development of an enterprise. The main ways to improve product quality and product competitiveness are proposed. It is determined that the quality of products (goods) is influenced by a number of different factors, both internal and external (production technology, pricing policy, efficiency of product quality management system, the level of competition in the market, consumer requirements, etc.). Product competitiveness and enterprise competitiveness are correlated as part and whole. The main measures to improve the quality of products (goods), we see: the formation of consumer confidence and communication, the use of technology "word of mouth", the importance of aesthetic indicators in product or goods development, and development of competitive strategy based on marketing research of competitors, consumers, and the market as a whole.

Strategy is an organization’s action plan to achieve the mission. Each strategy provides an opportunity for operations managers to achieve Competitive Advantage (CA). CA implies the creation of a system that has a unique advantage over competitors. Improving researches, economic prosperity and quality of products can be considered as CA abilities through each company. CA is used for acquiring superior position in the world from different angles of science, economics and technologies. Generally, CA considered as strategic management or paradigm management. Hence, the performances of organizations or manufactures are pertained to the relevant theories from CA that is crucial points to compete and take advantage from the new technology. Since competitiveness is accounted as a fundamental role in industrial activities for achieving goals. Moreover, successfully growing a business is often dependent upon a strong competitive edge. The aim of this study is to collect information from the literature to seek the best strategy as CA for reducing cost, differentiating company and increasing efficiency.

The object of research is the market for Ukrainian table eggs. Having analysed the domestic market for table eggs, the main trends are found there. The dynamics of the consumption of table eggs in our country over the last few years and the factors that have the greatest impact are studied. The aim of the article. The research is to analyse and assess the condition of the table eggs market. Methodology. The study was conducted using a systematic approach, using methods of economic-statistical, logical, and functional analysis. The factors that influence the level of competition of domestic enterprises in the market for eating eggs are determined. Established market concentration indicators and calculated the concentration coefficients and the Herfindahl-Hirschman index, which indicate a significant degree of concentration in the market of the four largest egg production companies and the tendency to reduce the share of giant companies in this market. Value/originality. It is established that the domestic market for table eggs is oligopoly with undeveloped competition, which negatively affects its development, updating of assortment and consumer prices. One of the leaders in the market of food eggs is AVANGARDCO IPL, which offers the market its rather diverse branded products. The peculiarities of the activity of the agroindustrial company “AVANGARDCO IPL” as the leading producer of eating eggs in the market for poultry products with a high technological level, quality of products, and supply stability are investigated. In the future, such enterprises will gradually eliminate products produced at enterprises with less technological production, and therefore, more expensive and less qualitative. The features that are inherent in organic products and have their specifics in the context of the poultry product subcomplex are determined. On the basis of the conducted researches, the peculiarities of the demand for organic eggs produced by AVANGARDCO IPL were determined, which allowed substantiating the priority of the development of organic production for this enterprise in the market of our state and the EU countries.

Not only animal welfare but also the state of the environment and human health depend on the quality and harmlessness of the products produced by the veterinary medicine enterprises. Practice, foreign and domestic experience confirm that the competence of the personnel of the enterprise, the ability to organize production and qualified, professional decision making are the leading in ensuring the quality of products produced for veterinary medicine. The point is that every employee, regardless of their position, should see the results of their professional contribution to the quality of veterinary medicine products, their competitiveness in the market. This is undoubtedly justified in the use of marketing opportunities, which will help the managers of enterprises to find those decisions in the selection of personnel, evaluation of their professional competence, which will be the most favorable for the enterprise and will guarantee the stability of the personnel, which will ensure the qualitative and effective execution of the production program of the enterprise, regardless of forms of his property. The study of the objective necessity of using marketing in the selection and evaluation of the personnel of the enterprise shows that marketing in solving this problem will be effective under the conditions: understanding of marketing by all employees in the enterprise, its necessity in solving specific tasks, providing management and specialists of the enterprise with the tasks defined by marketing . In such circumstances, marketing studies of the personnel problem will help to obtain objective information about the compliance of the company staff with the positions held, the attitude of the employees to fulfill their duties, the ability of the staff to find priorities in improving the activity of the company as a whole and its authority in the market of veterinary medicine and consumers respectively. The winners are those businesses that use marketing research results in their work. Although, it should be noted that not all domestic veterinary medicine companies use the principles of marketing, while in developed countries, marketing research is a priority, they are catalysts for achieving the desired economic results. Analysis of the activity of veterinary medicine enterprises shows the need to intensify the organizational work on the introduction of marketing at domestic enterprises and provide the necessary methodological assistance as a whole.

The article analyses the situation on the food market of the Krasnoyarsk region in Russia, in order to identify the factors that have the most significant impact on the behaviour of buyers. The results of marketing research conducted on the food market are also presented. The study analyses such indicators as people’s attitude to certain food products, what place in their budget is occupied by the purchase of food products, how they are satisfied with the range of products presented, what forms of trade people are preferred and why. It was also necessary to identify their assessment of the quality of products, find out how their financial situation changes and how it affects the purchase of food products, whether they feel protected in the food market, how they relate to certain producers, on what grounds they give their preference, what they think about the service and convenience of purchasing products in the food market. The analysis of these factors allows us to identify trends in the development of the food market and make timely recommendations for its further development.
