The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Price, Individual Personality Differences on Environmental Friendliness of Isotonik Drink “Isoplus”. The population used in this research are runners who practice at GOR Soemantri. Sampling method in this research was conducted by questionnaire and by used probability sampling method. The sample in this study used the theory of Hair et al. (2008), who recommend samples to be taken in this research based on the number of items of statements multiplied by 5-10, namely 29 x5 = 145, then rounded up to 150 respondents. Data analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using Lisrel. The results showed that Product Price had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, whereas Individual Personality Differenceand Environmental Friendliness had no significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of emotional intelligence, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at PT XYZ. The population in this study was 50 people. The sample used was 50 respondents. The sampling method used saturated samples. Data collection Methods used survey, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of corporate governance on profitability and its impact on company value. To measure the level of implementation of corporate governance, an index that has been developed based on relevant regulations and previous research is used. This study uses a purposive sampling method from the constituents of the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) in 2017. There are 50 companies that meet the criteria for the study sample. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the GeSCA Version 1.5 Web analyzer. The results of this study indicate that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on profitability, while corporate governance does not affect the value of the company. Profitability affects the value of the company. Corporate governance affect the value of the company mediated by profitability.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of customer brand identification (CBI), customer satisfaction (SAT), customer brand trust (CBT), and customer commitment (CM) to customer loyalty (CL) on Yamaha Vixion motor sport consumers in DKI Jakarta. The form of research conducted in this study are causal and descriptive. Sampling using pusposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 281 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with AMOS tools. The result of this study indicates that CBI, SAT, CBT, and CM had effect to CL. CBT had effect to CLmediating through SAT, CBT, and CM. Then, SAT had effect to CM mediating through CBT. CBI had effect to CBT mediating through SAT, and CBI had effect to CM mediating through SAT.

This study aims to knowing the influence of marketing mix in Bali convection business on cunsomer satisfaction and loyalty in PT. Bangsawan Indonesia Tekstil. This study is explanatory research. Population is all all employees CSR of PT. Petro Kimia Gresik who ordered work uniforms in outlet PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. The sampling method for this study was doing with accidental sampling technique and it got 125 respondents. Data analysis method is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research are marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have affected significantly towards customer's satisfaction. It indicated that selling product same as customer's needs and wants, the giving price is reached by consumers, location of buying product is strategic, and promotion same as consumer's hope. Marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have not affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that the selling product, the giving price, strategic location, and completed promotion could not change consumer to become loyalty at PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. Customer's satisfaction have affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that loyal customer is always feels satisfy with anything they received.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on empowerment in employees of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo analyzing the influence of transformational leadership on employee work behavior of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo; The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on the empowerment of employees at Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on work behavior of Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had no significant and influential effect on positively on the performance of employees of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child Clinic, empowerment has no significant effect and positively influences on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child employees, work behavior has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo.

This study empirically tested the acceptance of electronic ticketing study on airplanepassengers in Lampung Province, using model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Theproblems formulated to investigate in this research is how is the influence perception of youthand perception of benefit to attitude of using electronic ticketing to airplane passengers inLampung.The data were collected through survey method, by submitting questionnaires to respondents.The samples were taken by purposive / judgment sampling method to the user population thatis airplane passengers who have used electronic ticketing at least twice. The data wereprocessed from 100 respondents with structural equation model analysis technique (SEM)using software analysis of moment structure (AMOS) 18.The result of the data analysis indicates that exogenous construct variables perception of easeand perception of benefit have no significant effect on attitude of electronic ticketing usage onpassenger plane in Lampung.

The purpose of this research is to examine three factors that affect audit decision such as goal commitment, litigation environment and trust on auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred methods. Data were collected through questionaires using purposive sampling method. Samples were selected from accounting firms which were listed on Directory of Ikatan Akuntan Publik Indonesia for 2013 period in Jakarta. Out of the 150 questionnaires sent, the final analysis was based on the response from 109 auditors (72.67%). Moreover, data analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) version 21.0. The results of this research reveal that (1) goal commitment is positively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method, (2) litigation environment is negatively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method, and (3) trust is negatively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method

This research aims to prove and analyze the increase in muzaki loyalty through muzaki trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research was the zakat, infaq, and shadaqah Muhammadiyah institutions (LAZISMU) with the analysis unit of Muzaki in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey with a minimum sample of 200 respondents, with the data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the quality of service directly had a positive and significant effect on the trust and loyalty of muzaki; muzaki trust has a positive and significant effect on muzaki loyalty; service quality indirectly through muzaki trust has a positive and significant effect on muzaki loyalty; and service quality and muzaki trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on muzaki loyalty with a contribution (R2) of 65%. Other findings from this study indicate that muzaki trust is a partial intervening variable on the effect of service quality on muzaki loyalty

This study aims to determine how the determinant factor model of competence of graduates of private Islamic tertiary institutions in the city of Medan. The population in this study are all Private Islamic College Students in Medan. The respondents will be taken 135 respondents. Data collection in this research was conducted by means of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model. The results showed that Foundation Management affected Governance, Foundation Management affected Lecturer Performance, Foundation Management affected graduate Competence, University Governance affected Lecturer Performance, University Governance affected Graduates' Competence, and Lecturer Performance influenced Graduates Competence. Private Islamic College in the City of Medan. Foundation Management influences Lecturer Performance and Foundation Management influences graduate Competence through governance and University Governance influences graduate Competency through lecturers' performance in Private Islamic Universities in Medan.
