This study aims to: 1) To identify and inventory the distribution of religious sites in Banyuwangi Regency; 2) Developing religious tourism models in Banyuwangi Regency; 3) Determine the right development strategy for religious tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. The data obtained was validated by using triangulation of data, researchers, theory and methodology. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing verification. And the SWOT analysis which includes the preparation of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix and the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) matrix which is followed by the preparation of the SWOT matrix. This research is very important to be carried out on the basis of analysis, namely: 1) Banyuwangi stores many religious sites that have the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction; 2) Many religious sites are damaged and not maintained and the history of the document is not documented; 3) Religious sites in Banyuwangi Regency starting from the classical Hindu-Buda period to the Islamic period; 4) The existence of the phenomenon of Indonesian people has a unique motivation to travel that is to package a tour in the form of religious travel. The results showed that Banyuwangi has many religious sites that have the potential to be developed into religious tourism objects, including: 1) the Lingga and Yoni relics in Jambewangi; 2) Alaspurwo; 3) Rowu Bayu Site; 4) Ompak Songo; 5) Aningpatih Site; 6) Kawitan Sites; 7) Goa Site at Alaspurwo; 8) Image Worship Site; 9) Goa Maria; 10) Tomb of Sayid Yusuf; 11) Tomb of Mbah Dowo; 12) Tombs of the Regent of Banyuwangi; 13) Konco Hoo Tong Bio; 14) Tomb of Jogopati Rempeg; 15) Sri Tanjung Well; 16) Mbah Kopek's Grave; 17) Giri Salaka Temple.

Village Government Strategies to Increase Community Participation in the Framework of Rural Development. Community participation in Desa Kemamang appears in the implementation of the policy that is related to the development of the village, but in general the participation of people in Kemamang Village is less than the maximum. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the strategy of village government to increase community participation in the framework of village development in Kemamang Village Balen District Bojonegoro District. Data analysis in this research is done qualitative descriptive data analysis technique and to determine strategy done with SWOT analysis. The results show that based on SWOT matrix and SWOT analysis in Diagram, it is known that the right strategy to be applied by Kemamang Village Government of Balen District Bojonegoro Regency in increasing community participation in rural development is S-O strategy. The strategy is to build a shared commitment with the community and utilize the funds so that the realization of village infrastructure development can be completed soon. Keyword :Strategy of Village Government, Community Participation, Rural Development

Many travel agents facilitate the interest of tourists, especially Balinese people to do Tirtayatra to India. One of them is Melati Tours as a travel agent providing package tours of Tirtayatra to India. This study was conducted to find out the right marketing strategy of Tirtayatra tour packages to India at Melati Tours. The data analysis technique used are internal environment/IFAS using Marketing Mix 7P analysis as an internal factors and external environment/EFAS using market analysis, competitor analysis, government analysis, technology analysis, economic analysis, social-cultural analysis, environmental analysis and SWOT analysis. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, study of literature, documentation and distribution of external internal questionnaires to 100 tourist who bought Tirtayatra tour packages at Melati Tours and to Melati Tours owners and Tourism Academics. Data analysis technique used is mix methods. This study used 18 internal sub-indicators and 8 external sub-indicators and obtained 11 strength factors, 7 weakness factors, 5 opportunity factors and 3 threat factors. Based on the results of data processing on external internal factors/IFAS EFAS, the total value of IFAS is 2,65 and EFAS is 2,20, this indicating the position of the Tirtayatra tour package on Melati Tours in this study is in cell VIII, namely Growth Strategy and Conglomerate Diversification. Melati Tours in marketing Tirtayatra tour packages to India requires a growth strategy through more strategic pressure on financial synergy rather than product marketing strategy for products and prices balance.

<em>The problem faced by micro business tempe customer of micro financial institution (LKM) of Sidoarjo Regency so that can improve competitiveness of Micro Business of Tempe for business sustainability is loan interest rate and unstable of soybean price as main raw material of tempe product. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine alternative micro business tempe competitiveness strategy that has obtained financing from MFIs so as to create sustainability of business in the era of MEA competition amid widespread imports of soybeans. The method of research used mix method (mixed method) object of this research is micro entrepreneur of tempe product in village area sepande subdistrict of Sidoarjo district which is not member of cooperative and have become customer of Micro Finance Institution amount 10 person. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT Analysis, SWOT matrix then continued with QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of the research shows that the right competitiveness strategy is product development strategy by developing the type and variant of tempe product, especially the change of form and packaging which is more interesting and hygienic so that it can give the added value of the product and increase the selling price, which in turn will increase the business profit and can overcome the weaknesses in the burden of interest costs on loans provided by microfinance institutions.</em>

Religious tourism has spread to several areas in Gresik, East Java, and has potentially increased local revenue. Religious tourist objects include wali tourism and some other religious objects. Sunan Giri and Maulana Malik Ibrahim tourist sites are two religious objects frequently visited by many tourists and make the city of Gresik known as Wali Tourist City. Surowiti Hill site is one of the attractions in Gresik which consists of religious sites in the form of tombs and stopover Islamic religious leaders, as well as natural attraction in the form of caves. This research aims to determine the potential of Surowiti Hill Tourism and further formulate the development strategy as religious tourism. This research used exploratory method with SWOT analysis technique. The analysis reveals that the strengths and opportunities of the site lies on its natural destinations, such as Jamur Hill and Dalegan Beach, and the existence of religious sites already well known as Sunan Giri and Maulana Malik Ibrahim. The site’s weakness includes sanitary conditions, provision of clean water, and access to the destination. Threat factor includes the lack of support from community and government and the rapid development of other industries that might contaminate the nature. In sum, the development of Surowiti Hill site has not been optimal in terms of management and promotion.

The purpose of this research is to identify the right development strategy in Tondei Village 1, Sub-district of West Motoling, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in September until November 2017, using primary and secondary data with 10 respondents. Data primary collection through interviews using questionnaires. Secondary data collected from the office of Tondei 1 Village. Research data in the analysis using SWOT analysis. The result of the research shows that the result of internal strategic factor analysis shows that the total score of internal analysis result is 3.16 indicating that it is in a "moderate" position in harnessing the strength to face the weakness faced in the development of sugar palm agroindustry in Tondei Village 1. Result of external strategic factor analysis through opportunity and threatened to get a total score of its external analysis is 3.26 which indicates that the development of sugar palm agro-industry is in a strong external position in exploiting the opportunity to overcome the threats faced.*jnkd*

This requires an organization to be able to compete by always paying attention to the user's condition. Development strategy is one way to find out competitiveness in each of its power lines. To deal with user competition, especially in the face of global users, an organization must be able to establish a method as the basic foundation for the formulation of development strategies by increasing the value of competitiveness for its output or services. This strategy needs to be involved using the SWOT method as the main method to increase output, internal and external factors become the initial steps to carry out strategies to optimize business to achieve success. The use of an effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining the development strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the survival and continuity of the organization. The problem that the answer in this research is looking for is whether the SWOT analysis is the right strategy to increase output in the organization and how the development strategy applied by the organization in overcoming global friendships. In connection with these problems the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that using a SWOT analysis can increase output so that the organization experiences a profit (surplus). This study uses primary data by providing questionnaires and secondary data to obtain archives or documents. In line with the problem and the research hypothesis, this study was conducted using the IFAS analysis method to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors, then, included in the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that, using IFAS and EFAS analysis and using SWOT analysis shows the position of the organization in cell 2, the strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the organization is ST strategy.Keywords: SWOT, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business.

     UD. Warna Sari is agroindustry of various kinds of food, namely jackfruit lunkhead, soursop lunkhead, pineapple dodol, sticky rice lunkhead, banana chips, sweet potato chips, and others. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of jackfruit dodol at UD. Warna Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency. This research is a descriptive study. The data analysis tool used in this study is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) has a value of -1.692 while the External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) is 0.04 so that it forms a cartesian coordinate point in Quadrant III (Turn Around Strategy). It can be concluded that the right strategy to be implemented by UD. Warna Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency, namely the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) Strategy

Mountain Heritage Site Padang has a huge potential ranging from its functions, values, and history as a cultural heritage, but behind the potential site of Gunung Padang heritage sites still need to create an optimal development strategy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that whilst the description method, data collection is done by the interview methods of observation and documentation then analysis used in this study using a SWOT analysis so that it will eventually produce a strategy of the analysis results using the SWOT matrix. From the results of the research can be known that the right strategy that must be run on the site of Gunung Padang Cultural Reserve is a strategy that utilizes strengths through opportunities that exist so as to cover the various weaknesses that exist, the strategy can include the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, service system, preservation site of cultural conservation, and improve the media promotion

Indonesia has many areas with the various tourism potentials but faces obstacles in the management, one of them is Suranadi Tourism Village in Narmada District, West Lombok Regency. This research aimed to analyze 1) the potential and tourism management system in Suranadi Tourism Village; 2) internal and external factors affecting the development of Suranadi Tourism Village; 3) the development strategy of Suranadi Tourism Village. This research applies some theories such as tourism destination development theory by Cooper (1993), irridex theory by Doxey (1976), and tripartite attraction design theory by Gunn (1972). This research used qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data obtained through interviews and observation. The method of data analysis in this research is by qualitative data analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the potential of Suranadi Village as a cultural tourism village that is the potential of nature and culture. The various of potentials in the Suranadi Tourism Village as a whole has not managed professionally and optimally so that economic benefits are not fully felt for local community. The results of SWOT matrix analysis showed that there are four alternative strategies generated such as SO strategy (Strengths-Opportunities), ST strategy (Strengths-Threats), WO strategy (Weaknesses-Opportunities), WT strategy (Weaknesses-Threats).   Keywords: tourism potential, development strategy, Suranadi Tourism Village, SWOT

Tujuan pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi daerah Desa Gubugklakah. Tujuan kedua adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Desa Gubugklakah yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Tujuan terkahir dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gubugklakah sebagai desa wisata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi Desa Gubugklakah dan mengidentifikasi faktor utama pada faktor internal (IFE) dan eksternal (EFE) sedangkan dalam analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT yang berupa matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Desa Gubugklakah menggunakan analisis QSPM. Kata kunci: evaluasi faktor internal , evaluasi faktor eksternal, matriks SWOT, matriks QSPM. The first objective of this research is to identify and analyze potential areas Gubugklakah Village. The second objective is to identify and analyze the internal and external environment Gubugklakah Village of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The last destination of this research is to determine the right strategy to be applied in the development of tourism Gubugklakah Village as a tourist village. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of the Gubugklakah Village and identify the main factors on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE) whereas in qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis in the form of a matrix IE and SWOT matrix.
