Mountain Heritage Site Padang has a huge potential ranging from its functions, values, and history as a cultural heritage, but behind the potential site of Gunung Padang heritage sites still need to create an optimal development strategy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that whilst the description method, data collection is done by the interview methods of observation and documentation then analysis used in this study using a SWOT analysis so that it will eventually produce a strategy of the analysis results using the SWOT matrix. From the results of the research can be known that the right strategy that must be run on the site of Gunung Padang Cultural Reserve is a strategy that utilizes strengths through opportunities that exist so as to cover the various weaknesses that exist, the strategy can include the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, service system, preservation site of cultural conservation, and improve the media promotion

Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini pada Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang dilakukan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta dilakukan dalam empat langkah, yaitu menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari l okasi penelitian, objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Ketiga, menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor ekstenal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukan analisis data dengan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan matrik IE Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada posisi IV yaitu Stability Strategy. Tidak menambahnya program dan kurikulum pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan sanggar namun, diperjelas lagi dari materi pembelajaran, kurikulum yang ada dan standar kelulusan siswa. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada kua dran IV, yaitu retrenchment strategy, melepaskan diri dari KPB Purantara atau menentukan sekretariat yang tepat untuk dijadikan secretariat sanggar adalah strategi yang tepat dilakukan. Ketiga, berdasarkan analisis matrik SWOT strategi umum yang diperoleh yaitu menyelenggarakan kegiatan lomba tari Bali setiap semester untuk anak-anak tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA se-Yogyakarta. Bekerja sama dengan panitia upacara keagamaan Hindu (pangempon Pura) yang ada di Yogyakarta. Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian (ngayah) dan event yang mengatasnamakan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan rasa memiliki dari pengelola Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati, anggota KPB (Keluarga Putra Bali) Purantara dan Asrama Bali. Research on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio Yogyakarta aims to identify the strategy used at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. In addition, to analyze the internal and external factors and formulate the development of strategies conducted by Bali Saraswati Dance Studio in Yogyakarta. The research method on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is done in four steps, those are determining the scope of research consisting of research location, research object and research subject. The second step, perform data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collection and secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors, namely internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and extensions (opportunities and threats). The last step is to perform data analysis with qualitative method with SWOT analysis. The results of the first study, based on the matrix IE Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in the fourth position of Stability Strategy. Not adding to the program and learning curriculum that has been implemented by the studio but made clear from the learning materials, the existing curriculum and the students' graduation standard. Second, based on quadrant of SWOT analysis Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in quadrant IV, that is retrenchment strategy, breaking away from KPB Purantara or determining the right secretariat to be used as studio secretariat is the right strategy to do. Third, based on SWOT matrix analysis, the general strategy obtained is to hold Balinese dance activity every semester for elementary, junior and senior high school students in Yogyakarta. In cooperation with the committee of Hindu religious ceremonies (Pangempon Pura) in Yogyakarta. Provide opportunities for students to participate in the activities of devotion (ngayah) and the event on behalf of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. Need to increase awareness and sense of ownership of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio, member of KPB (Family of Putra Bali) Purantara and Bali Dormitory.

<em>The problem faced by micro business tempe customer of micro financial institution (LKM) of Sidoarjo Regency so that can improve competitiveness of Micro Business of Tempe for business sustainability is loan interest rate and unstable of soybean price as main raw material of tempe product. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine alternative micro business tempe competitiveness strategy that has obtained financing from MFIs so as to create sustainability of business in the era of MEA competition amid widespread imports of soybeans. The method of research used mix method (mixed method) object of this research is micro entrepreneur of tempe product in village area sepande subdistrict of Sidoarjo district which is not member of cooperative and have become customer of Micro Finance Institution amount 10 person. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT Analysis, SWOT matrix then continued with QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of the research shows that the right competitiveness strategy is product development strategy by developing the type and variant of tempe product, especially the change of form and packaging which is more interesting and hygienic so that it can give the added value of the product and increase the selling price, which in turn will increase the business profit and can overcome the weaknesses in the burden of interest costs on loans provided by microfinance institutions.</em>

This requires an organization to be able to compete by always paying attention to the user's condition. Development strategy is one way to find out competitiveness in each of its power lines. To deal with user competition, especially in the face of global users, an organization must be able to establish a method as the basic foundation for the formulation of development strategies by increasing the value of competitiveness for its output or services. This strategy needs to be involved using the SWOT method as the main method to increase output, internal and external factors become the initial steps to carry out strategies to optimize business to achieve success. The use of an effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining the development strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the survival and continuity of the organization. The problem that the answer in this research is looking for is whether the SWOT analysis is the right strategy to increase output in the organization and how the development strategy applied by the organization in overcoming global friendships. In connection with these problems the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that using a SWOT analysis can increase output so that the organization experiences a profit (surplus). This study uses primary data by providing questionnaires and secondary data to obtain archives or documents. In line with the problem and the research hypothesis, this study was conducted using the IFAS analysis method to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors, then, included in the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show that, using IFAS and EFAS analysis and using SWOT analysis shows the position of the organization in cell 2, the strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the organization is ST strategy.Keywords: SWOT, Strategy, Product Marketing, Business.

Tujuan pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi daerah Desa Gubugklakah. Tujuan kedua adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Desa Gubugklakah yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Tujuan terkahir dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gubugklakah sebagai desa wisata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi Desa Gubugklakah dan mengidentifikasi faktor utama pada faktor internal (IFE) dan eksternal (EFE) sedangkan dalam analisis kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT yang berupa matriks IE dan matriks SWOT. Untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Desa Gubugklakah menggunakan analisis QSPM. Kata kunci: evaluasi faktor internal , evaluasi faktor eksternal, matriks SWOT, matriks QSPM. The first objective of this research is to identify and analyze potential areas Gubugklakah Village. The second objective is to identify and analyze the internal and external environment Gubugklakah Village of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The last destination of this research is to determine the right strategy to be applied in the development of tourism Gubugklakah Village as a tourist village. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the potential of the Gubugklakah Village and identify the main factors on internal factors (IFE) and external (EFE) whereas in qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis in the form of a matrix IE and SWOT matrix. This study aims to: 1) To identify and inventory the distribution of religious sites in Banyuwangi Regency; 2) Developing religious tourism models in Banyuwangi Regency; 3) Determine the right development strategy for religious tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. The data obtained was validated by using triangulation of data, researchers, theory and methodology. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing verification. And the SWOT analysis which includes the preparation of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) matrix and the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) matrix which is followed by the preparation of the SWOT matrix. This research is very important to be carried out on the basis of analysis, namely: 1) Banyuwangi stores many religious sites that have the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction; 2) Many religious sites are damaged and not maintained and the history of the document is not documented; 3) Religious sites in Banyuwangi Regency starting from the classical Hindu-Buda period to the Islamic period; 4) The existence of the phenomenon of Indonesian people has a unique motivation to travel that is to package a tour in the form of religious travel. The results showed that Banyuwangi has many religious sites that have the potential to be developed into religious tourism objects, including: 1) the Lingga and Yoni relics in Jambewangi; 2) Alaspurwo; 3) Rowu Bayu Site; 4) Ompak Songo; 5) Aningpatih Site; 6) Kawitan Sites; 7) Goa Site at Alaspurwo; 8) Image Worship Site; 9) Goa Maria; 10) Tomb of Sayid Yusuf; 11) Tomb of Mbah Dowo; 12) Tombs of the Regent of Banyuwangi; 13) Konco Hoo Tong Bio; 14) Tomb of Jogopati Rempeg; 15) Sri Tanjung Well; 16) Mbah Kopek's Grave; 17) Giri Salaka Temple.

In the discipline of Islamic law research, strong proofing and clear Istinbat method are key pillars in the construction of Islamic law based on the application of the science of usul al-fiqh and maqasid al-shari'ah. However, what happens at the state of Johor’s fatwa institution is the opposite. The fatwa research methods applied by the Fatwa Committee of Johor in resolving current fatwa issues is not based on the right and true discipline of Islamic law research. In fact, current inputs related to fatwa issues are not explicitly stated in the method of determining the law either in the form of reality or scientifically verified. Therefore, this paper will discuss the fatwa procedures undertaken by the Fatwa Committee of Johor based on the methods applied in resolving current issues. The research methodology adopted is library and interview methods. This study shows that fatwa management and production in the state of Johor is placed under the jurisdiction of the Mufti of Johor’s Department. The methods adopted by the Fatwa Committee of Johor covers two methods, namely: internal research methods including literature review through the application of original source and proofs based on syarak. Second: field research method that includes an external review or going to the location of study such as conducting observation, questionnaires and interviews including referrals to specialists of different fields. Maslahah and mafsdah consideration are also implemented by the Fatwa Committee in every fatwa decision based on the standard that meets the interests of maqasid al-shari'ah. Keywords: Metode, fatwa, istinbat, usul al-fiqh, maqasid al-shari’ah ABSTRAK Dalam disiplin penyelidikan hukum Islam, kekuatan pendalilan dan kaedah istinbat yang jelas merupakan tunggak utama dalam pembinaan hukum Islam berasaskan kepada aplikasi ilmu usul al-fiqh dan maqasid al-shari’ah. Namun begitu, apa yang berlaku di institusi fatwa negeri Johor adalah sebaliknya. Kaedah penyelidikan fatwa yang diaplikasi oleh Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor dalam menyelesaikan isu fatwa semasa tidak berasaskan kepada disiplin penyelidikan hukum Islam yang tepat dan sebenar. Malahan input-input semasa yang berkaitan dengan isu fatwa juga tidak dinyatakan secara jelas dalam kaedah penentuan hukum sama ada dalam bentuk realiti yang berlaku atau pembuktian secara saintifik. Justeru, kertas kerja ini akan membincangkan prosedur fatwa Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor berdasarkan metode-metode yang diaplikasi dalam menyelesaikan isu-isu yang bersifat semasa. Metodologi kajian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah melalui metode perpustakaan dan metode lapangan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa pengurusan dan pengeluaran fatwa di negeri Johor hanya terletak di bawah bidang kuasa Jabatan Mufti Johor. Metode fatwa yang diamalkan oleh Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Johor merangkumi dua metode iaitu pertama, kaedah penyelidikan dalaman yang merangkumi kajian kepustakaan menerusi pengaplikasian dari sumber asas dan dalil-dalil syarak. Kedua, kaedah penyelidikan lapangan yang meliputi kajian luaran atau turun ke lokasi kajian seperti observasi, soal selidik dan temubual dan rujukan kepada pakar dalam bidang yang berlainan. Pertimbangan maslahah dan mafsdah juga dimplementasikan oleh Jawatankuasa Fatwa dalam setiap keputusan fatwanya berasaskan standard yang menepati kepentingan maqasid al-shari’ah. The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

he development of increasing tourist arrivals to Bali led to the development of business and tourism in the world of business, one business trip in Bali. PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is the one of the travel agents in Bali in this to win the competition with other companies, the need for proper marketing strategy and correct. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy Full Day tour packages PT. Tour East Indonesia and what strategies can be implemented in the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel to boost sales of tour packages to tourists as well as winning the competition with other companies. In this study using Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques combined with a SWOT analysis to figure out what the right strategy is used to market tour packages Full Day of PT. Tour East Indonesia. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis obtained a marketing strategy that can be applied to PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is a strategy creation and development of tourism products, increased promotion strategies, human resource development strategy, market segmentation strategy development, and strategies for improving the quality of products and services. From the results of this study can be given advice to the PT. Tour East Tours and Travel is improving service process management and define market segments and maintain the image of the internal and external environment, while maintaining a cooperative relationship, and held training to staff meetings.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. To be able to survive in a continuously growing competitive environment, the right business strategy is needed. Aim of this research is to formulate a set of marketing communication mix strategies to increase room sales and hotel profits for The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. The methods used in this research are SWOT analysis and IFE-EFE matrix. The findings  suggested that the Hotel must hold and maintain strategy whereas it can be elaborated into four aspects 1) horizontal integration strategy by seeking ownership or increased control over competitors; 2) market penetration strategy; by seeking increased market share for present products or services in present markets through greater marketing efforts; 3) market development strategy by  introducing present products or services into the new geographic area, and 4) product development strategy; by seeking increased sales through improving present products or services or developing new ones.
