AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang mempengaruhi keputusan anggota koperasi mengambil pembiayaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh lokasi, pelayanan, dan prosedur pencairan pembiayaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan anggota koperasi mengambil pembiayaan di KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah. Dan juga pengaruh lokasi, pelayanan, dan prosedur pencairan pembiayaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan anggota koperasi mengambil pembiayaan di KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah.            Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan ialah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara terhadap manajer KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah dan anggota koperasi sebagai responden dengan mengisi kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota koperasi yang mengambil pembiayaan di KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah yang berjumlah 68 orang atau anggota dengan bantuan software SPSS untuk menganisis data dan pengujian hipotesis.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan anggota koperasi mengambil pembiayaan. Namun untuk faktor pelayanan dan prosedur pencairan pembiayaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan anggota koperasi mengambil pembiayaan di KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah. Kata kunci:  pelayanan, prosedur pencairan pembiayaan, dan keputusan anggota. AbstractThis study aims to determine the things that affect the results of cooperatives. The problem formulation in this research is the influence of location, service, and process to develop in KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah. And also affect the location, service, and process to develop in KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah.This research methodology uses quantitative. The method used to test and multiple regression analysis. Data processing techniques used by interviewing KSPS manager KUM3 Al Istiqomah and members of the cooperative as respondents by filling out the questionnaire. Respondents in this study are members of KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah faced by 68 people or members with the help of SPSS software to analyze data and payment of hypothesis.The result of the research shows that the location factor has no significant effect on the member decision of the cooperative to take the financing. However, for the factors and the liquefaction process is one of the most influential on the results of KSPS KUM3 Al Istiqomah. Keywords: service, financing disbursement, and member decisions.

Seeing the great potential of the plant seed industry in the Lubuk Minturun area in Padang City, this research aims to identifying and analyzing the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Location, Promotion) on the Purchase Decision of Plant Seeds in the Lubuk Minturun Region of Padang City. The sample in this study was 53 buyers of plant seeds in the lower-lying areas of Padang City. This study uses regression analysis through SPSS software to analyze data, by testing the validity, reliability, classic assumption tests and hypothesis testing in the form of t-test and F-test. The test is carried out in order to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the results of this study found that the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Location, Promotion) has partially different results and can be explained as follows: Product (X1) has a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Plant Seeds with a significant level amounted to 0.014. Price (X2) does not significantly influence the Decision to Purchase Plant Seeds with a significant level of 0.830. Location (X3) has no significant effect on the Decision to Purchase Plant Seeds with a significant level of 0.803. Promotion (X4) has a significant effect on the Decision to Purchase Plant Seeds with a significant level of 0,000. While the results of this study found that Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Location, Promotion) has a significant effect on the Decision to Purchase Plant Seeds with a significant level of 0,000

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on student learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes, (3) the effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative causal. The population in this study were class X Office Administration students at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung with 133 students. The total sample was determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 100 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Corrected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Learning facilities and learning disciplines had a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (2) Learning facilities had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in Office X Class Office Administration SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung (3) Learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Class X Office Technology Office Administration at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung Keyword: Fasilitas Belajar, Disiplin Belajar, Hasil Belajar

The Global Positioning System is extensively used in the various context and location service-based applications. Any kind of abnormalities requires an efficient and suitable pre-processing algorithm to be implemented on the data which provides accurate results when used in the application synchronizations. This paper illustrates a framework for various pre-processing techniques applied to the real-time GPS data and its effect on trajectory mapping. The technique used includes Prioritized pattern-based, Savitzky-Golay filtering, outlier elimination, de-trending, and coefficient correlation. The performance assessment of methods discussed in this study is calculated in terms of accuracy with the original and re-created trajectory after the pre-processing and found that the best result is given by moving window method.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic status, learning motivation, and learning disipline on student achievement at SMK Barunawati Surabaya. This study quantitative methods as a research methodology descriptive design. Population in this study are tenth grades students in SMK Barunawati Surabaya who are 103 students. Sampel was 82 students, selected by using Proporsional Random Sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline has partially significant impact on student achievement. Socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline have a significant impact on student achievement

Purpose of the study: This research examines the emerging tendency of brands utilization and its impacts on the life satisfaction of university students. Methodology: It is a quantitative study where a survey research method has been used, and for data collection, the questionnaire has been prepared. Demographic variables like area, age, gender, qualification, and location are also included. A sample of 385 students was selected by using the proportional allocation method. Statistical analysis for data was done through SPSS software. Researchers used a linear regression analysis test to find out the impacts of brand utilization on the life satisfaction of university students. Principal Findings: The findings of the study show that life satisfaction has a significantly negative correlation with brand utilization. Research also indicates that most purchased items were branded clothing and cosmetic products. Application of the study: This paper will be helpful to understand brand utilization and its impacts on youth’s life satisfaction. Novelty/Originality of this study: To analyze the growing tendency of luxury and brands products, researchers determined to check the impacts of branded products on life satisfaction levels. To examine the impacts of brand utilization, this research focused on four Pakistani universities and the life satisfaction level of students has bees examined.

Money managers clearly have a fiduciary duty to investigate before they invest client funds. The purpose of this per stock is, Income and Total cash flow the value of change both simultaneously and partial. This study employes a method of casual testing or case. Financial base was taken from a financial report of entities affiliated with the industrial facilities of the industrial food and a wide variety of industry in 2015-2016. The analysis data used a double regression analysis the result of a partial research directed that the income and total cash flow have an effect on the vale of the company. But the profit per share has no influence on the value of the company. This study aims to examine financial targets, financial stability, external pressure, personal financial needs, effective monitoring, nature of industry, total accruals, change of directors, and CEO duality in detecting fraudulent financial statements with the audit committee as the moderating variable. The population of this research is 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. Sampling using saturated sampling technique and obtained a final sample of 100 units of analysis. Data collection using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that external pressure and the nature of industry have a significant positive effect on the detection of fraudulent financial statements. The audit committee is able to moderate the influence of financial targets, external pressure, nature of industry, and change of directors on the detection of fraudulent financial statements

This study aims to determine how much influence the debt, working capital turnover has on the profitability of PT Sekar Bumi Tbk. Debt is proxied by DER, working capital turnover is proxied by WCT, while profitability is proxied by ROA. Based on the nature of the data used in this study is a type of quantitative research. Samples were taken, namely PT Sekar Bumi Tbk with the objectof research of 2013-2018 financial statements. Linear regression analysis was used in this study, with the help of SPSS software for Windows 20.0. The results of this study explain that partially DER has a significant effect on ROA, and has a very strong relationship of 83.9%. WCT has no significant effect on ROA, and has a very weak relationship of 18.4%. However, simultaneously DER and WCT has a significant effect with a contribution of 70.8% to ROA. So companies need to pay attention and consider how much effective the use of debt as a source of funding for the company.

This research aims to classify the female consumer demographic segments linked by impulsive buying, to determine the effect of visual merchandising on impulsive buying, and to determine the effect of visual merchandising on impulsive buying with impulsive buying tendency as moderating variable on customers of Gaudi in Taman Anggrek Mall. This research is quantitative research with a total sample of 100 people. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by cross sectional. Research used Cluster Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. Data processing was performed using SPSS software for Windows version 20. Research found that customers of Gaudi were divided into three groups: the way of the world, sufficient money, and promotions. Then, research found that visual merchandising affected impulsive buying. In addition, there visual merchandising had also an effect on impulsive buying with impulsive buying tendency as moderating variable. As a conclusion, moderating variable strengthens the effect of visual merchandising on impulse buying.
