Pod borer (Maruca testulatis) which attacks the planting of mung beans in the generative phase is one of the plant pests (OPT) which is very detrimental and can pose a threat of crop failure. The Study on Development of Peach Borer Forecasting Forecast Model for Green Bean Plants aims to obtain a model of forecasting pod borer on green beans carried out in May to December 2019 on 20 stretches spread in Cirebon Regency which are spread in 2 sub-districts (Susukan and Ciwaringin) respectively 10 (ten) overlays. In each sample field, 30 (thirty) sample plants were divided into 3 natural plots of 10 sample plants each, which were determined systematically at random. Observations were made visually by counting the number of pods and the number of symptomatic pods in each sample plant. To get the pod borer attack forecasting model, an analysis using linear regression analysis method was performed. The intensity of pod borer attack during the second harvest (9 MST) was significantly affected by the intensity of the attack at the beginning of pod formation (7 MST) and the attack forecasting model was as follows: Y = 10.98 X + 2.36 (r² = 0.65 ; Sig F = 5.79E-06), where Y = Intensity of Pod Borer attack at the age of 9 MST; X = Intensity of Pod Borer attack at the age of 7 MST. The model of forecasting the intensity of pod borer attack and the number of larvae is as follows: Y = 2.4146x + 2.7987; R2 = 0.7639; N = 13; Sig = 9.38E-05; where (X) is the number of larvae populations at week 7 and (Y) is the intensity of pod attack pests at the age of 9 MST.

Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) experience problems every year due to difficulties in filling out SPT. The Directorate General of Taxes issued a new policy in providing easy Notification Services (SPT) using online systems namely e-Filling and e-SPT. The policy taken by the government turned out that there were still many obstacles faced by the KPP Pratama Ponorogo Tax Office regarding ponorogo's lack of understanding related to filling out SPT manually or online using e-SPT and e-Felling. So that this certainly can make taxpayers object to the submission of Annual Tax Returns, especially in terms of calculating the tax payable which must be calculated on its own. Data collection is done by using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The samples processed in this study were 100 respondents who were distributed to individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ponorogo. Data analysis method uses validity test and reliability test, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the awareness of taxpayers, taxpayer intentions, taxpayer attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and ease of tax return filling process affect Tax Compliance (tax compliance) submission of Annual Tax Returns. This is because taxpayers know, understand and implement taxation provisions correctly and voluntarily so as to increase taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations and are willing to report taxes with their own awareness.

Purpose Modeling represents the art of translating problems from an application area into tractable mathematical formulations whose theoretical and numerical analysis provides insight, answers and guidance useful for the originating application. The purpose of this paper is to determine the causal causes of schedule overrun and cost escalation of highway projects in Egypt in order to be used as independents variables in mathematical models for predicting the percentages of schedule overrun and cost escalation of such projects in Egypt. Design/methodology/approach A survey of a randomly selected samples yielded responses from 40 owners, 15 consultants and 56 contractors. The survey includes 38 schedule overrun factors and 26 cost escalation factors. The effectiveness degree of the identified factors has been identified by the triangle fuzzy approach. Findings The results of the survey show that “contractor’s technical staff is insufficient and ineligible to accomplish the project” is the most important cause of schedule overrun, while the major cause of cost escalation is inadequate preparation of the project concerning planning and execution. Originality/value The main contribution of this study is predicting the percentages of schedule overrun and cost escalation of highway projects in Egypt. Through the application of the linear regression analysis method and statistical fuzzy theory, four predictive models have been developed and it has been noted that the linear regression-based model shows prediction accuracy better than statistical fuzzy-based model in predicting percentages of schedule overrun and cost escalation.

Green beans are legume plants that are in great demand because of their high nutrition content and include plants that require boron to support growth from the vegetative to generative phase. The study aims to assess the growth and production of green beans due to influence of the dose and time of boron application. The research was carried out using completely randomized design with factorial pattern 3×3 with 3 replications. The first factor was the treatment of boron doses of 1, 1.5, and 2 kg/ha was given once at 7 Day After Planting (DAP), fertilizer application twice at 7 and 28 DAP, and once given at 28 DAP. The results showed that dose of boron at a dose of 1 kg/ha was able to produce the number of affective root nodules and the best pod weight. The treatment of boron once at 7 DAP can increase plant height, flowering age, pod weight, and seed weight per pod. The interaction between dose and time of boron application affects the number of affective root nodules and seed weight per pod.
