Human resources are a very important part for every company to achieve the goals to be achieved. Company goals can be achieved through high employee performance. The management of the company must be able to increase employee performance by paying attention to factors such as discipline and compensation. Results of research on company performance, PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu in the 2013-2018 period experienced a decline in performance. This study aims to determine the effect of: work discipline on employee performance; compensation for employee performance; and the influence of work discipline and compensation together on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this study is associative, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques by means of field research, literature study, data analysis and a population of 30 people and the determination of the sample using total sampling. The data analysis follows descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Work discipline and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 while the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 91.9%. The remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors. Employee performance can be increased if discipline and compensation are considered by the company management. The enactment of regulations that are accompanied by appropriate sanctions will encourage high work discipline and the management of the company to try to meet the needs of employees through appropriate compensation

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of variable communication on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung. (2) To determine the influence of motivation variables on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung. (3) To determine the effect of the variable of work discipline on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung. (4) To determine the effect of variable communication, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance in CV. Denov Son Of The Brilliant Tulungagung.This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method using the sampling method saturated. The sample in this study amounted to 63 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that (1) Communication has positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 2,130 with significance level 0,037< 0,05. (2) Motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 4,469 with significance level of 0,000< 0,05. (3) the employee's Performance has positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test count 2.935 per with the level of significance 0,005< 0,05. (4) Communication, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously influence on the performance of employees with the results of the test F count 68,848 with a significance level of 0,000< 0,05.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel komunikasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Denov Putra Brilian Tulungagung.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t hitung 2,130 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,037< 0,05. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t hitung 4,469 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,000< 0,05. (3) Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji t hitung 2,935 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,005< 0,05. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion on fast food purchasing decisions at KFC Bukittingi Branch. The population of this study were 194 students of STIE HAS Bukittinggi in 2016 and obtained a sample of 66 respondents. This data processing used SPSS 16.0 assistance. The data analysis method used in this research is the Instrument Test, namely the Validity Test and the Reliability Test, and the Variable Descriptive Analysis. The analytical tool used is the classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, normality test and heteroscedasticity test. Multiple Linear Analysis, and Hypothesis Test, namely T test, F test and coefficient D. The results of data analysis show that: (X1) Product, (X2) Price, (X3) Location, (X4) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on fast food purchasing decisions at KFC Bukittinggi Branch both partially and simultaneously. , In the test the coefficient of determination of the independent variable has a strong contribution to the influence of the Bukittinggi Branch. Then the rest is influenced by other variables on the decision to buy fast food at KFC which is not included in this study.

Social media on the one hand brings a positive impact for students. But, on the other hand, it’s brings a negative impact if users are not selective and wise in use it. Abuse of the use of social media causes the decline of morals on the students. This study aims to see the influence of social media on morality students in Metro City. This research is field research, conducted at State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Metro, Ma'arif Institute of Islam (IAIM) Nahdatul Ulama Metro and Muhamadiyah Metro University. Primary data source is done by interview to student and secondary data source obtained by conducting literature study. Data analysis is done from the beginning to the end of the research with triangulation of data. Furthermore, data analysis results are described in the discussion. The result show that the high intensity of social media users (social networking) on students in Metro City affect the morals of students, both the influence of negative and negative. Therefore, students must be selective and wise in order to utilize social media only for positive things.

Az-Zarnuji's educational concept in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim uses an Islamic education curriculum, Az-Zarnuji provides a simple but meaningful concept, that one must first achieve intellectual intelligence. The results of the study found that Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book Ta'limul muta'allim emphasized that in studying, he prioritized morals in learning and respected science, teachers, books, and society. Az-Zarnuji prioritizes morals in education to achieve goals, so as to achieve that goal, namely the success of the world and the hereafter. The type of research used is a qualitative research with a character study approach. The method of data collection is through literature study. Data analysis techniques by means of Descriptive Analysis and Content Analysis. Data analysis seeks to try to provide meaning that explains the form of explanation in the conclusion.

This research is a field research based on a case study of the relationship between tradition and Islamic law in the Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition in Sundanese traditional marriages. The data collection method used by the researcher is the interview method or interview and literature study, while the research data analysis technique uses inductive data analysis methods and descriptive analysis methods. The research approach used by the researcher is a case approach, a textual approach, and an analytical approach. After the data has been collected, it is compiled, described, and analyzed to obtain research findings. The results show that the marriage process related to Islamic law in the Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition in Sundanese traditional marriages is a tradition that has been preserved from generation to generation by the Sundanese people, which in its implementation does not conflict with Islamic law because there are Islamic principles in its implementation. Keywords: tradition, Islamic Law, Ngeuyeuk Seureuh   Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang didasarkan pada studi kasus mengenai relasi adat dan hukum Islam dalam tradisi Ngeuyeuk Seureuh dalam pernikahan adat Sunda. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah metode interview atau wawancara dan studi pustaka, sedangkan teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode analisis data induktif dan metode analisis deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kasus, pendekatan tekstual, dan pendekatan analisis. Setelah data-data tersebut terkumpul kemudian disusun, dijabarkan, dan dianalisis sehingga mendapatkan temuan penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pernikahan  yang berkaitan dengan hukum Islam dalam tradisi Ngeuyeuk Seureuh pada pernikahan adat Sunda merupakan adat yang dilestarikan dari turun temurun oleh masyarakat Sunda, yang dalam pelaksanaannya pun tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam karena terdapat kaidah-kaidah Islam didalam pelaksanaannya. This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Keywords: Working Culture, Leadership, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak: Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. The purpose of this research to 1 ) analyze the influence of motivation of the performance of officers from Tegal city 2 ) analyze the influence of discipline work on performance officers from Tegal city 3 ) analyze the influence of motivation and discipline work on performance officers from Tegal .Respondents in this research as many as 84 people .These respondents is officers from tegal city .The necessary data collected to technique the questionnaire , literature study , observation and interview .Data analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis , test the assumption classical , regression analysis multiple , the testing of hypotheses and analysis the coefficients determination .The research can be concluded that is the positive and significant motivation to the performance of officers from tegal city . This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,011 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant discipline work of the performance of the officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant of the incentives and discipline work together to the performance of officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis simultaneously obtained value significance ( test anova f ) of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 .
