This research is a field research based on a case study of the relationship between tradition and Islamic law in the Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition in Sundanese traditional marriages. The data collection method used by the researcher is the interview method or interview and literature study, while the research data analysis technique uses inductive data analysis methods and descriptive analysis methods. The research approach used by the researcher is a case approach, a textual approach, and an analytical approach. After the data has been collected, it is compiled, described, and analyzed to obtain research findings. The results show that the marriage process related to Islamic law in the Ngeuyeuk Seureuh tradition in Sundanese traditional marriages is a tradition that has been preserved from generation to generation by the Sundanese people, which in its implementation does not conflict with Islamic law because there are Islamic principles in its implementation. Keywords: tradition, Islamic Law, Ngeuyeuk Seureuh   Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang didasarkan pada studi kasus mengenai relasi adat dan hukum Islam dalam tradisi Ngeuyeuk Seureuh dalam pernikahan adat Sunda. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah metode interview atau wawancara dan studi pustaka, sedangkan teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode analisis data induktif dan metode analisis deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kasus, pendekatan tekstual, dan pendekatan analisis. Setelah data-data tersebut terkumpul kemudian disusun, dijabarkan, dan dianalisis sehingga mendapatkan temuan penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pernikahan  yang berkaitan dengan hukum Islam dalam tradisi Ngeuyeuk Seureuh pada pernikahan adat Sunda merupakan adat yang dilestarikan dari turun temurun oleh masyarakat Sunda, yang dalam pelaksanaannya pun tidak bertentangan dengan syariat Islam karena terdapat kaidah-kaidah Islam didalam pelaksanaannya. AbstrakKajian terhadap bahasa Tonyooi sampai saat ini masih tergolong minim, khususnya kajian mikrolinguistiknya. Pada tataran sintaksis, termasuk di dalamnya relasi makna antarklausa belum banyak disentuh oleh para peneliti dan pemerhati bahasa Tonyooi.  Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan mengkaji atau mendeskripsikan relasi makna antarklausa dalam kalimat majemuk bahasa Tonyooi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari wacana tulis dan lisan yang menggunakan kalimat majemuk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi (studi pustaka) dan wawancara dengan teknik simak dan catat. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, diperoleh beberapa simpulan, yaitu Berdasarkan relasi antarklausanya, kalimat majemuk bahasa Tonyooi dibedakan atas kalimat majemuk setara dan kalimat majemuk bertingkat. Dalam kalimat majemuk setara ditemukan tiga relasi makna, yaitu makna penjumlahan,  pemilihan, dan pertentangan. Sementara itu, dalam kalimat majemuk bertingkat setidaknya memiliki sepuluh relasi makna antarklausa, yaitu makna kesyaratan, tujuan, penyebaban, hasil atau akibat, perbandingan, sangkalan, cara, alat, kewaktuan, dan atributif.  Konjungtor yang digunakan untuk menjalin hubungan antarklausa cukup variatif. Namun, jumlahnya tidak sebanyak dalam bahasa Melayu Kutai ataupun dalam bahasa Indonesia.Kata kunci: relasi makna, klausa, kalimat majemuk, bahasa Tonyooi AbstractThe study of the Tonyooi language is still relatively minimal, especially its microlinguistic studies. At the syntactic level, including the meaning relation between clauses, has not been touched by many researchers and observers of the Tonyooi language. Therefore, this paper will examine or describe the meaning relations between clauses in compound sentences in Tonyooi. This study uses a descriptive method. Sources of data come from written and oral discourses that use compound sentences. The data was collected using the documentation method (literature study) and interviews with the observation and note-taking technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions were obtained, namely based on the relation between the clauses, the Tonyooi language compound sentences are differentiated into equivalent compound sentences and multilevel compound sentences. In an equivalent compound sentence, three meaning relations are found, namely the meaning of addition, selection, and contradiction. Meanwhile, in multilevel compound sentences there are at least ten interlausal meaning relations, namely the meaning of requirements, goals, causes, results or consequences, comparisons, denials, means, tools, timing, and attributes. The conjunctor used to establish the relationship between clauses is quite varied. However, the numbers are not as high as in Kutai Malay or in Indonesian.Key words: meaning relation, clause, compound sentence, Tonyooi language

Islam regulates the resolution of nusyuz (disobedience) for husbands and wives in the Qur'an Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 and an-Nisa’ verse 128. Within the Islamic law, the resolution of nusyuz does not promote any violence against wives. Beatings to wives as stated in Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 should be interpreted as actions to give lessons. However, some cases of domestic violence, relate to the understanding of nusyuz developed within the community. People generally understand nusyuz as an act of a wife's disobedience towards her husband. This inaccurate understanding of nusyuz may lead to domestic violence by the husband, under the pretext of a disobedient wife, while most often it is the husband who is disobedient. In this present study, the field research approach was used. The data collection techniques included interviews and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the qualitative descriptive analysis by interpreting and describing the data. The results of the study revealed that there were three groups of people that understood the concept of nusyuz differently at Ingin Jaya Subdistrict of Aceh Besar District. The first group perceived that nusyuz could be present both in the wife and in the husband. The second group argued that the nusyuz attitude only existed within the wife, whereas the third group had no idea of the concept of nusyuz at all even though they might have done it. The public understanding of nusyuz is very likely obtained from their educational background. Those studying in Islamic boarding schools have had more knowledge of religion and vice versa. Here, most of the interviewees stated that the concept of nusyuz was closely related to domestic violence because public perception had been highly influenced by Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 concerning the beating of a nusyuz wife. This perception has then given the husband a valid reason to physically beat the wife who has been considered nusyuz. Thus, it is difficult to separate the Islamic doctrine that has long developed within the lives of today’s Muslim communities.

This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal. Human resources are a very important part for every company to achieve the goals to be achieved. Company goals can be achieved through high employee performance. The management of the company must be able to increase employee performance by paying attention to factors such as discipline and compensation. Results of research on company performance, PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu in the 2013-2018 period experienced a decline in performance. This study aims to determine the effect of: work discipline on employee performance; compensation for employee performance; and the influence of work discipline and compensation together on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this study is associative, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques by means of field research, literature study, data analysis and a population of 30 people and the determination of the sample using total sampling. The data analysis follows descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Work discipline and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 while the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 91.9%. The remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors. Employee performance can be increased if discipline and compensation are considered by the company management. The enactment of regulations that are accompanied by appropriate sanctions will encourage high work discipline and the management of the company to try to meet the needs of employees through appropriate compensation

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi internet semakin hari semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satu dampaknya yaitu timbul kebiasaan baru dalam peralihan bertransaksi tunai menjadi non tunai. Perusahaan Fintech berlomba-lomba menciptakan aplikasi dengan fitur-fitur menarik diantaranya E-Wallet. Saat ini mahasiswa menjadi target baru perusahaan dalam menawarkan fitur tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penggunaan E-Wallet dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian bagi mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data sekunder yang diperoleh masing-masing website/aplikasi penyedia jasa E-Wallet, yakni: www.ovo.id.   dan www.gojek.com/gopay/ serta menggunakan studi kepustakaan dari jurnal-jurnal untuk relevan dengan pokok masalah. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu mengambil simpulan dari pernyataan atau fakta-fakta khusus menjadi persoalan yang spesifik dan dibuat simpulan umum sesuaidengan teori-teori yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga alasan yang mendasar yaitu penawaran promo dan fitur menarik, kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan E-Wallet itu sendiri yang menjadikan penggunaan E-Wallet cukup efektif dalam proses menentukan keputusan pembelian di kalangan mahasiswa.Kata kunci: efektifitas, E-Wallet, mahasiswa, pembelian, teknologi AbstractThe development of internet technology is increasingly growing rapidly. One of the impacts is the new habit of switching from cash to non-cash transactions. Fintech companies are competing to create applications with interesting features, including E-Wallet. Currently, students are the company's new target in offering these features. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using E-Wallet in determining student purchasing decisions. The data technique in this study used secondary data analysis obtained by each E-Wallet service provider site/application, namely: www.ovo.id. and www.gojek.com/gopay/ and uses literature study from journals relevant to the subject matter. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique which takes statements or specific facts into specific problems and makes general conclusions according to the available theories. The results of this study are three basic reasons, namely promo offers and attractive features, convenience and the use of E-Wallet itself which uses the use of E-Wallet which is quite effective in the process of determining purchasing decisions among students..Keywords: efectivity, E-Wallet, student, purchase, technology

This study aims to find other meanings for the novel Ranah 3 Warna. Researchers use deconstruction theory to uncover and see the other side of the character Alif who is described as a character who is persistent, tough and unyielding. This research uses literature study method to collect and provide data to be analyzed. The data source in this research is the text of the novel Ranah 3 Warna by Ahmad Fuadi, first printed in January 2011 by PT Gramedia Jakarta. The data was collected by using the method of reading repeatedly carefully against the manuscripts that were the object of the research. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis technique by describing the data which is then followed by the analysis. Based on the text analysis and other meanings carried out on the novel Ranah 3 Warna, it is revealed the figures of people who have had a big influence in Alif's life. Among them, Kyai Rais, Ayah, Bang Togar and Randai. Other analysis results reveal that Alif is easily offended, is less grateful and forgets the services of his little friend Randai who has sacrificed a lot for his survival overseas. In addition, Alif also has a character that does not accept reality and is ambitious in achieving what he wants.

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. This study aims to: (1) obtain an overview of the effectiveness of the formation of independent learning through Independent Learning Activity Training in improving the ability of Scientific Writing at the PGSD-UT S1 Pokjar Pamekasan 2017-2018.2; (2) obtain an overview of the effectiveness of the formation of independent learning through designing tutorials in improving the ability of Scientific Writing at S1 PGSD-UT Pokjar Pamekasan 2017-2018.2. Based on these objectives, this research was carried out using a descriptive-qualitative research approach. The process of data analysis begins with examining all data, reducing data, arranging it in units, and analyzing it with percentages. The data analysis of the research was carried out by quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage calculations. This step is the first step towards the whole process of qualitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative descriptive data analysis in the form of a percentage will be the basis for determining the effectiveness of qualitative descriptive analysis of the variables studied. Analysis activities include: data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification. Data reduction activities include classification of data, coding of data according to the type of data. Data is presented in the form of a description. Followed by meaning and conclusion. Through the steps of the research, the research findings are as follows. First, research findings on the formation of independent learning through Independent Learning Activity Training in improving the ability of Scientific Writing at the PGSD-UT S1 Pokjar Pamekasan 2017-2018.2 achieve good quality scores and very effective mastery acquisition. Second, the research findings about the effectiveness of the formation of independent learning through designing tutorials in improving the ability of Scientific Writing at S1 PGSD-UT Pokjar Pamekasan 2017-2018.2 achieve good scores and effective acquisition of mastery. Third, students' scientific work achieves sufficient quality scores and effective mastery.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Nahwu learning by using the Qiyasi method in XI grade class of MA Ibnu Qoyyim Putra as well as students' responses regarding the Qiyasi method in nahwu learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with field research, the research subjects used are the students of XI grade, amounting to 42. While the data collection technique is observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The data obtained are sourced from nahwu teachers, XI grade students and other parties concerned. The result in this research shows that the Qiyasi method is suitable for the intermediate level because this method is practical and understanable for recognizing “Nahwu” but this method also has to be supported by the interaction of teachers and active students. Factors that influence learning are the enthusiasm of the teacher and his motivation in conveying. The inhibiting factor is inadequate facilities, especially the absence of an education manual and only relies on material from teachers.
