The success of an organization cannot be separated from the quality of a leader. Leaders have an important role in achieving the success of an organization. For this reason, a competent leader is needed, so that he is able and proficient in managing the system applied in an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on leadership competencies of leaders within the scope of government agencies. Subjects in this study, leaders within the scope of government totaling 300 leaders in the Makassar City Government Authority. The measuring instrument used is based on the Emmons and Swiderski theory. The statistical analysis method applied is the ordinal regression analysis. Hypothesis test results showed that spiritual intelligence affects leadership competence (p = 0.000), with a contribution of 6.9%. This research implies that it becomes the input for leaders to increase the level of spiritual intelligence so that they can become competent leaders in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, and can implement systems and manage human resources to achieve maximum results from organizational goals.

This study aims to explain how Human Resources Competencies, Utilization of Information Technology and The Application of Internal Control System determine of the Quality of Financial Reports of Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were 33 OPD in Pekanbaru City Government. The sample determination technique uses a purposive sampling method, where questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents were determined to the Head of Department, Head of Division/Sub-Division/Financial Staff and PPTK of each OPD. The hypothesis test used in this study uses t-Test. The statistical test aids used in this study were the SPSS program ver. 20 for Windows and Ms. Excel 2013. The results show that the Competencies of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and the Application of Internal Control System partially affected the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports

PT. X Provides paid internet services known as Indihome. The problem that occurs in Indihome Internet service is that there are 42.36% complaints from consumers to the service process provided by PT. X and there is a 7.46% complaint about the amount of the bill. The purpose of this study is to model and know what variables affect the quality of the Indihome Internet service. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square (PLS) is one of the multivariate statistical analysis techniques that can handle multiple response variables and an explanatory variable. The variables used are tangible, empathy, assurance, reliability and responsiveness. The results of the research are the increase of R square value after the implementation of the A5 indicator that does not meet the model PLS. All five variables affect the quality of indihome Internet service is 76,1%. Based on the hypothesis test results on the outer model It is said that the variable indicator is valid with p-value = 0 < 0,05. In testing the inner model obtained that the variable tangible and responsiveness has no significant effect on the quality of Internet service Indihome, while the variable empathy, assurance, reliability significantly affect the quality of service Indihome Internet.

The role of education is to improve the quality of education, especially in producing high-quality students. High-quality students are those who are able to think critically, creatively, logically and take initiatives in responding to issues in society caused by the impact of the development of science and technology. This study aims to determine the effect of a scientific approach to students' critical thinking skills. This study is an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study consisted of one class (28 students), which was treated using a scientific approach. Critical thinking skills are measured using a test instrument and then analyzed statistically (t test). Hypothesis test results indicate that there is an effect of using a scientific approach toward students' critical thinking skills.

The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Quality of service, price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is good. 2. There is influence of service quality and price to customer satisfaction in prove ŶZ  = 5,885 + 0,523X1 + 0,661X2. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is proved Ŷ = 6,197 + 0,663Z. 3. Quality of service and price have high and positive correlation with customer satisfaction in prove with value r = 0,858, and determination value equal to 26,4%. Customer satisfaction has high moderately and positive correlation with customer loyalty in the prove with the value of r = 0.763, and the value of determination of 41,7%. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected means the quality of service and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable.             The suggestions of this research are: 1. To improve the quality of service, A&A Copier Pematangsiantar shop employees should be able to handle customer complaints optimally, friendly to customers and able to communicate and serve customers well. 2. To optimize prices, to provide discounts to customers who have been copying more than one ream of paper and providing credit cards as a means of payment transactions. 3. For customer satisfaction, improve the results of photocopy so as not to blurred and bilge a more tidy. 4. To improve customer loyalty, pay attention to customer needs, help operate the computer, provide information about the products to be purchased by customers, and give the gift evenly.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction using GrabBike online transportation services to students of the Sam Ratulangi University Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The relationship between quality of service and costumer satisfactions assists the costumer in revising its perception of service quality. Data Validity Test Results obtained all statement items declared valid. Data reliability test results of data obtained are stated that the data is reliable. The results of simple linear regression cost value more then the regression coefficient so that the regression coefficient is positive. The results of hypothesis test based on the significance value of the Coefficients table obtained significance, so that it can be concluded that the service quality variable affects the variable customer satisfaction. The test results of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square value which states the variable customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality variables, while the remaining is influenced by other variables that are not in this study. hence the correlation coefficient, which is included in the strong category so that there is a strong relationship between the quality of service to customer satisfaction and online GrabBike transportation to students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sam Ratulangi University.

The Effect of Auditor Independence on Inspectorate Audit Quality in Regional Financial Oversight with Spiritual Intelligence as a Moderation Variable: Empirical Study of South Sulawesi Regency / City Government. This study aims to study the effect of independence on audit quality with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was 96 authorized officials in the district / city government of South Sulawesi province. The research data was taken from a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents for data collection. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that the independence of the auditor can determine the audit quality of the district / city government of South Sulawesi province. through spiritual intelligence can improve audit quality.   Pengaruh Independensi Auditor terhadap Kualitas Audit inspektorat dalam Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah dengan  Kecerdasan Spiritual sebagai Variabel Moderasi: Studi Empiris pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Independensi terhadap kualitas audit dengan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 96 aparat inspektorat pemerintah kabupaten/kota provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data penelitian diambil dari kuesioner  yang dibagikan kepada responden untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa independensi auditor dapat menentukan kualitas audit inspektorat pemerintah kabupaten/kota provinsi Sulawesi selatan. melalui kecerdasan spiritual dapat meningkatkan kualitas audit.

The results showed that there was a significant effect of variables religiosity andsocial support on quality of life. The test results were minor hypothesis test thesignificance of each dimension of the independent variable on quality of life, thereare three significant regression coefficients, including experience, conviction andconsequences. The results showed the proportion of the variance of quality of lifefor all the independent variables explained 31.6% and 68.4% is influenced byother variables outside the research.

This research aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Customer Value at the Visitor Satisfaction  at Hairos Waterpark Medan. Based on the results of pre-study to do an interview to Manager Hairos Waterpark Medan, the population in this study is that consumers who visit with the average number of 3,468 per month. Accindental sampling using sampling with a sample of 97 people visitors .The test used is the test data quality and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, f test and t test. Validity of test results obtained t> t table for each item reliability test questions and questionnaires obtained a Cronbach alpha of each variable is 0.792 for the variable X1, 0.698 for X2 and 0.605 for the variable Y. This value is greater than the level that is significantly rtabel 0.361. The data analysis of each variable regression equation Y = 9.618 + 0.256 X1 + 0.216 X2 + e. Retrieved R2 of 0.234, which means the X1 and X2 explain the effect on variable Y by 23.4% while the remaining 76.6% is explained variables outside the company. The resulting partial test each independent variables affect the dependent variable with research significance less than 0.05, and the results of the test-simultaneous calculation of 14.369 with Ftable 3.09 which means Fresult> F table with a level of significant (α) 0,000 <0, 05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted that the quality of service and customer value together significant effect on visitor satisfaction hairos waterpark attractions terrain. Keyword : Service Quality, Customer Value, Visitor Satisfaction

The purpose of this study is that this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership figures mediating the influence of the quality of administrative services on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The location of this research is the Village Office in Sragen Regency. While the object of research is the community who use the administration service of the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The population in this study were all people who sought Village Office services in Sragen Regency in January 2020 as many as 1300 people. Researchers took 10% of the population as a sample, ie 130 people who use the services of the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The sampling technique uses convenience or accidental sampling, namely sampling that consists of individuals who are easily found and designed to see the character of the population easily. Hypothesis test results include the quality of administrative services and a significant positive effect on the leadership of the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The quality of administrative services has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. Simultaneous test results (F test) can be concluded together that the independent variables have a significant effect on community satisfaction in the Village Office in Sragen Regency. The results of the total R2 value of 0.506 can be interpreted as variations in community satisfaction of the Village Office in Sragen Regency explained by the variable quality of administrative services, and leadership as an intervening variable of 50.6% and the remaining 49.4% explained by other variables outside the research model.

Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol.
