This research aim to examine principal’s role as an educator, supervisor and motivator. Based on problem identification, the researcher will research about principal’s role in improving teacher’s professionalism in SMK Curahdami. Empower teacher’s competencies, conduct training, special coaching program such as sertifikasi. In this case, sertifikasi can be used as teacher’s skill measurement to be a professional teacher. The existence of this program will spur the spirit of teachers to improve themselves, improve the quality of knowledge, and professionalism in education.             Improving teacher’s knowledge by delegating teacher in education activities such as workshop, improving teacher’s creativity by motivate and support them in increasing their teaching ability. The quality of education is really determined by various factors, but the most dominant and important is a teacher's professionalism. Almost all effort on curriculum reform and teaching method implementation, is depends on the teachers ultimately. Any teachers lack of ability of the teaching material, teaching strategy, motivate the students to achieve high perpformance, will not improve the quality of education. The teacher acts as one crucial component in educational system. Therefore, since at the very the beginning, the ability of micro teaching practice at a college should be prepared well in order to be a professional teacher in the future. In the modern education system, teacher candidates are required to have professional skills that include the ability to plan learning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. Without mastering all these aspects, the teacher will not be able to achieve the learning objectives optimally.

<p>A good society can be seen by the positive characteristics displayed by its people. A person with positive characteristic is a product of a good quality of education. It is said that education quality is influenced by the quality of teachers. Low-qualified teachers are mostly related with the system of teacher development and the low-qualified institutions whose aim is to educate the future teachers. This article discusses the orientation of teacher education that has been programmed by government for several years. It is listed in 10 basic competences of professional teacher. The program of certification as the professional guarantee is also one of parts of this article. It can be assumed that to solve any kinds of educational problems, the renewal of orientation in developing education paradigm is highly needed.</p><p> </p><p>Masyarakat yang baik hanya dapat dibentuk dengan menampilkan individu-individu dengan karakter baik. Individu yang berkarakter baik dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas. Sedangkan, kualitas pendidikan banyak dipengaruhi oleh kualitas guru. Rendahnya kualitas guru banyak berkaitan dengan pola pengembangan guru dan banyaknya lembaga pendidikan berkualitas rendah yang menghasilkan guru. Artikel ini membahas orientasi pendidikan guru yang dicanangkan pemerintah beberapa tahun ini. Program-program tersebut tercakup dalam 10 kompetensi dasar untuk profesionalisme guru. Program sertifikasi sebagai penjamin juga menjadi salah satu bahasan di sini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah pendidikan, pembaharuan orientasi dalam pengembangan paradigma pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan.</p><p> </p>

Quality education is always desired by the community, the quality of education in Indonesia is characterized by the achievement of the National Education Standards (SNP) or exceeding the SNP. One factor that determines the quality of education is the implementation of quality learning as well, quality learning is only produced by qualified teachers. The competency standards that must be possessed by teachers are pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies. Teacher competency improvement needs to be improved along with the rapid development of science and technology, so that through quality learning can prepare graduates who are ready to face life in their day. To prepare qualified teachers cannot be separated from the principal's role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. In Permendikbud 15 of 2018 the Principal's Workload is entirely to carry out tasks: managerial, entrepreneurship development and supervision to Teachers and education staff. One of the principal tasks of the principal is to supervise teachers in order to prepare quality learning. Basically in conducting a study there are problems that can be used as a means toachieve a goal or goal in the study. Everyone who conducts research must have their ownmethod, concept, or method in formulating the problem that is the object of the research. In thispaper will explain the techniques or ways that can be done in relation to formulating problems inresearch including determining a topic to be discussed in research, making backgroundproblems, explaining problem identification, limiting the scope of research, determiningproblems that are worthy of research, making questions in research, and determine the goals,benefits, and uses of the research. This present study comes to investigate teachers' views on what constitutes teacher professionalism and whether these views are influenced by gender, age, educational level and teaching experience. Both a qualitative and a quantitative research approach were chosen. Three teachers were interviewed, whereas 83 teachers completed the questionnaire. According to the findings, professionalism is related to the teacher's knowledge, personal and interpersonal skills. In addition, a large proportion of participants associate professionalism with mastering basic communication skills, developing problem-solving strategies and utilizing appropriate teaching methods. Finally, emphasis is put on developing a culture of collaboration between colleagues and between teachers and parents.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) brings change in all lines of life. 21st century Learners live in a digital environment full of information flows. Teachers roles are to generate learning activity, however, they face problems in executing their tasks, community perceptions on teachers, and teachers prosperity. The purpose of this study was to measure Islamic university mathematics and science lecturers (IU-MSLs) perception of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) in 21st-century learning. This research utilized a quantitative method derived from a descriptive survey collected from 48 lecturers at a single university. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and alpha Cronbach methods were applied to determine the quality of the instruments used in this study. Furthermore, descriptive statistics and ANOVA were used to analyze the data obtained, while correlations were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed no relationship between teaching experience (TE) and teaching ability (TA) with TPACK. In addition, there were no differences in lecturers' perceptions of TPACK based on the material being taught. This study concluded that TPACK is an essential competency for mathematics and science lecturers in an Islamic university.

We all know that ensuring the quality of foreign language teaching of the younger generation, radically improving the system of training specialists fluent in foreign languages, the development of foreign languages ​​that meet international educational standards.  Training is one of the goals of the ongoing educational reform in our country.  In order to identify and identify opportunities for language teaching, the teacher's knowledge, creativity, ability to arouse students' love for their subject, to establish a cooperative relationship with the student requires modern requirements.  The decision is aimed at further development of foreign language teaching, implementation of measures to improve the level and quality of training of highly qualified teachers of foreign languages ​​for secondary schools, vocational colleges and academic lyceums, higher education institutions in accordance with international standards.   At the same time, it should be noted that each language studied has its own rules and secrets.  In order to become a professional who meets international standards, the learner is required to ignore the most delicate layers of language.

Community Service Activities carried out by the Service Team are intended to achieve the output target of reducing the spread of covid-19 in the people of Laut Dendang Village. The community service team conducts outreach regarding improving the quality of health and education in this village, in this case the Village Head, Hamlet Head, and PKK women become participants in this outreach, so that further all participants can socialize the issue of the importance of preventing Covid-19 and how to do it. prevention. It is hoped that the improvement of the quality of health in this village can be a lesson for the village community to understand and implement all knowledge or rules in reducing or stopping the spread of this deadly virus. This service is aimed at Community Service for the 2020 USU Lecturer Service Scheme is to solve problems together with the community through observation, problem identification, problem formulation, preparation of alternative solutions and evaluation of their implementation.
