Abstrac - This study aims to create a mobile learning development using the Flipped Classroom model. This development research aims to facilitate learning activities so that they are more effective & efficient in accordance with learning principles and are goal-oriented to be achieved in the learning. Mobile Learning with the Flipped Classroom model is intended to be accessible by students in a more flexible manner without limited space and time, more effectively and is also expected to be more efficient in its implementation. The research method used is R & D, this development method uses the learning development model proposed by Borg and Gall, Dick & Carrey and J. Moonen. This is done because what will be developed in this study is a product of mobile learning media with a flipped classroom model. The stages in development for this product are: (1) needs analysis, (2) Production planning Development Design Learning test instruments, in this case using the development model of Borg and Gall, Dick & Carrey and J. Moonen (3) validation, evaluation and model revision, including: expert review and one to one evaluation (4) Model implementation, carried out using experimental designs.Keyword - Mobile Learning, Flipped Classroom, Learning Strategies Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah pengembangan mobile learning dengan model Flipped Classroom. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan kegatan pembelajaran agar lebih efektiv & efesien yang sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah pembelajaran dan berorientasi pada tujuan yang akan di capai dalam pembelajaran tersebut. Mobile Learning dengna model Flipped Classsrom ini bermaksud agar dapat di akses oleh peserta didik secara lebih fleksibel tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu, lebih efektif dan diharapkan juga dapat lebih efesien dalam penyelenggaraannya. Metode Peneitian yang digunakan adalah R & D, metode pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan pembelajaran yang dikemukakan oleh Borg and Gall, Dick & Carrey dan J. Moonen. Hal ini dilakukan karena yang akan dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk media pembelajaran mobile learning dengan model flipped classroom. Adapun tahapan dalam pengembangan untuk produk ini adalah : (1)analisis kebutuhan, (2) perencanaan Produksi Perancangan Pengembangan Instrumen tes Pembelajaran, dalam hal ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall, Dick & Carrey dan J. This study is entitled Development of a Chain Message Game for Children Concentration of A TK Kartika II-1 Palembang Group which aims to produce chain message games that meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is Research Development and was developed using a combination of the Rowntree development model and Tessmer evaluation. The Rowntree development model consists of three stages, namely the planning, development, and evaluation stages. In the evaluation phase consists of four stages, namely the stages of self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation, and small group evaluation. In the expert review stage using material experts and media experts. The technique of collecting data uses a walkthrough with a sheet of material and media expert validation test instruments and observation with an observation sheet instrument. The results showed that the validity of the material was 87 with a very valid category. The results also showed that the validity of the media was 92 with very valid categories. From the results of material validation and media validation, the product has a validity value of 89 with a very valid category. In the stage of one to one evaluation involving three children, the score was 92% with a very practical category. In the small group evaluation phase involving nine children the score was 93% with a very practical category because it met the practicality criteria. From all the steps that have been done, it can be concluded that the chain message game for the concentration of group A children is declared valid and practical.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena rendahnya prestasi belajar yang disebabkan oleh terbatasnya waktu belajar yang dimiliki disekolah terutama pada saat praktik. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini dikembangkan e-learning sebagai solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan rancang bangun pengembangan e-learning, 2) mendeskripsikan hasil validasi e-learning yang dikembangkan berdasarkan review para ahli dan uji coba produk, 3) menguji efektivitas e-learning yang dikembangkan terhadap hasil belajar simulasi digital siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Hanafin & Peck dengan strategi pembelajaran Flipped Classroom. Prosedur pengembangan mengacu pada model yang dipilih. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan tes. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, kuesioner/angket, dan tes objektif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) terdapat tiga fase rancang bangun konten Dynamic e-learning berstrategi Flipped Classroom a) fase analisis kebutuhan, mata pelajaran yang dipilih adalah mata pelajaran simulasi digital, masalah dapat diidentifikasi yaitu rendahnya prestasi belajar simulasi digital terutama dalam nilai praktik. b) fase desain, dokumen yang dihasilkan dalam tahap ini ialah dokumen flow chart dan story board c) fase pengembangan dan implementasi, penentuan konsep e-learning dan melakukan uji ahli dan uji coba pengguna; 2) validitas e-learning menurut review ahli isi mata pelajaran diperoleh 93% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, review ahli e-learning diperoleh 83% dengan kualifikasi baik, review ahli desain pembelajaran diperoleh 86% dengan kualifikasi baik, uji coba perorangan diperoleh 88,66% dengan kualifikasi baik, uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh 89,5% dengan kualifikasi baik, dan uji coba lapangan diperoleh 86,1% dengan kualifikasi baik; 3) efektivitas e-learning menunjukan nilai rata-rata skor pretest didapatkan sebesar 55,83 posttest sebesar 89,17 dan nilai sig=0,001. Dengan demikian nilai sig 0,001< 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa antara sebelum menggunakan konten Dynamic e-learning berstrategi Flipped Classroom dan setelah menggunakan konten Dynamic e-learning berstrategi Flipped Classroom pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital siswa kelas X di SMKN 2 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, e-learning, flipped classroom This research was conducted because of the low learning achievement caused by the limited time of study which is owned in school especially at the time of practice. Therefore, in this study developed e-learning as a solution to the problem. This research aimed to : 1. Describe the design of e-learning development, 2. Describe The results of e-learning validation developed based on expert reviews and product exsperiment, 3. Tested the effectiveness of e-learning developed against the digital student simulation learning result of class X SMKN Negeri 2 Singaraja. This type of research is a development research using the model of developing hanafin & peck with flipped classroom learning strategy. The development procedure refers to the selected model. The data were collected by interview method, questionnaire and test. The data collection instrument uses interview guides, questionnaires, and objective tests. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, descriptive quantitative, and inferential statistics. The results of this study are 1) there are three phases of dynamic e-learning content design with flipped classroom strategy a) Needs analysis phase, selected subjects are digital simulation subjects, the problem can be identified that is the low learning achievement of digital simulation especially in practice value, b) design phase, the documents generated in this phase are the flow chart and story board documents, c) the development and implementation phases, the determination of e-learning concepts and expert test and user trials; 2) the validity of e-learning according to expert review of the content of subjects obtained 93% with excellent qualification, review of e-learning expert obtained 83% with good qualification, review of learning design expert obtained 86% with good qualification, individual test obtained 88,66% with good qualification, small group trials obtained 89.5% with good qualifications, and field trials obtained 86.1% with good qualifications; 3) e-learning effectiveness shows the average score of pretest score is 55,83 posttest equal to 89,71 and value of sig = 0,001. Thus sig value 0.001

This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) by implementing contextual learning strategies and learning unit modules in the Education Technology Study Program at the State University of Jakarta. In this research development refers to the Dick & Carey model which consists of: identifying Instructional Goal (s), Conduct Instructional Analysis, Analyze Learners and Context, Write Performance Objective, Develop Instrument Assessment, Develop Instructional Strategy, Develop and Select Instructional Materials, Design and Conduct Formative Materials Evaluation of Instruction, and Revise Instruction. This development research product has gone through the formative evaluation stage, namely expert review and one to one. The results of the Expert Review from the learning design expert obtained a value of 3.75 (very good). material expert of 2.9 (good), and from media expert got a score of 3.85 (very good). Then the user evaluation (one to one) was conducted to users namely lecturers and students. One to one evaluation by lecturers received a score of 3.57 (very good) and evaluations conducted by students get a value of 3.7 (very good) .Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Rencana Perkuliahan Semester product in Education photography courses and learning unit modules is very good.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik M-learning yang efektif untuk mendukung flipped classroom pada pembelajaran kimia SMA menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan kelayakan M-learning yang dikembangkan dilihat dari validitas isi, media, dan desain pembelajaran, serta keterbacaan oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pembuatan prototipe  M-learning pada topik kimia SMA kelas X dan prototipe pembelajaran M-Learning untuk satu topik kimia yang telah memenuhi kelayakan konten, pedagogi, desain media, uji coba teknis dan individual.  M-learning dapat diakses oleh pengguna yang dapat diposisikan sebagai guru atau siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik M-learning adalah menyajikan materi ikatan ion dan kovalen, strategi yang digunakan adalah felipped classroom, pembelajaran diarahkan untuk mengikuti langkah-langkah pendekatan saintifik mulai dari mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengomunikasikan, serta setiap pertemuan M-learning berisi materi, video, lembar kerja siswa, dan chatting, (2) produk M-learning menurut ahli isi berkriteria cukup baik dengan nilai 72,31, ahli media pembelajaran dan ahli desain pembelajaran memberikan nilai masing-masing 96,92 dan 95,00 dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan uji coba individu dari tiga orang siswa yang berkemampuan rendah, sedang, dan tinggi menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan rerata penilaian 82,86. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa M-Learning dengan strategi flipped classroom dapat mendukung pendekatan ilmiah dalam pembelajaran kimia.

The purpose of this study was making valid and practical essay questions on prism and pyramid for students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. The method used was Research and Development with the Tessmer development model consisting of preliminary stages, self-evaluation, expert review and one-to-one stages. The results of this study were in the form valid and practical (legible) essay questions on prism and pyramid for the ability to understand mathematical concepts. the validity of the questions was seen from the validators' comments on the questions and the practicality (legibility) of the questions is seen from the readability of the questions when given to students. There were 10 valid and practical (legible) questions obtained in the end of this research.

This research aims to produce a fairy tale in a form of animated video. Development of this fairy tale in a form of animated video uses a combination of ADDIE development model and Tessmer evaluation. The ADDIE development model consists of five phases namely the analysis phase, the design phase, the development phase, the implementation phase and the evaluation phase. At the evaluation phase, the formative is proposed by Tessmer consisting of four stages namely self-evaluation stage, expert review stage, one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation. The data is collected by using an observation technique. The result of the expert review with the suggestion given by the experts in the story content has been appropriate for the children aged 5-6 years as well as the theme and the language with a good average assesment score with a valid average result of 3.75 (very valid category) and any suggestions given by the experts are the cover of that animation, interesting design, a very good music for the video and the illustration of the story in that aninated video is giving a good time for the children, and it is not borung at all which the average score of 4,00% (very valid catagory). An average for the experts validation for the development of a fairy tale in a form of animated video is 3,87% (very valid category). At the stage of one to one evaluation using a 3 child samples viewing a tale in form of animated video with an average of 91.7% (very practical category). The small group evaluation stage of this fairy tale in form of animated video obtained an average yield of 88.3% in average (very practical category). From all stages that have been done can be concluded that the fairy tale in a form of animated video is valid and practical for children.

The study aims to develop a learning model through mobile learning in the Social Sciences Department of Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This research is a developmental research. This research is aimed at developing a mobile learning model that is expected to be able to produce a product in the future. The product produced is in the learning development model through mobile learning in the Social Sciences Department of Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the development of learning models through mobile learning in the Social Sciences Department of History of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang was effective in increasing students' interest in Social Sciences Department History and Development of practical learning models through mobile learning developed in Social Studies Department History of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching UIN Imam Bonjol Padang deserves to be developed in order to improve the quality and interest of students in the learning process.

Abstract The purpose of this article is to develop a learning module for the Evaluation of Teaching Indonesian at the Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta using the Dick and Carey development model. The implementation of this instruction includes how a prospective teacher is good at evaluating teaching materials so that the lecturer feels the need to develop teaching materials to improve the quality of teaching materials using formative evaluation consisting of One-to-one evaluation by experts, One-to-one evaluation by Learners, Small Group Evaluation, and Field Trial by making a blue print of each formative evaluation activity. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan, media cetak berupa buku panduan pengurusan SIUP dan TDP PT di PTSP Jakarta. Sasaran pengguna buku ini ialah para pelaku usaha pemula. Penelitian dikembangkan berdasarkan model ADDIE yang memiliki 5 tahapan yaitu; analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui expert review dan one to one tryouts, evaluasi tersebut melibatkan 1 orang ahli materi, 1 orang ahli media, dan 4 orang pengguna. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli materi ialah 3.53 dan menunjukan kategori sangat baik. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli media ialah 3.12 dan menunjukan kategori baik. Pada tahap one to one tryouts, diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3.53 yang menandakan secara keseluruhan buku panduan ini sangat baik dan dapat digunakan untuk memandu pelaku usaha pemula dalam mengurus izin SIUP dan TDP secara online di website PTSP Jakarta dengan baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi e-book berupa Panduan Komposisi Dasar Tari Kreasi berbasis Flip HTML5 terintegrasi platform video online yang valid dan praktis pada pembelajaran seni budaya di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (development of research) dengan model Rowntree yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan,pengembangan,dan tahap evaluasi.Untuk tahap evaluasi penelitian ini mengadopsi model evaluasi Tessmer yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: (1) expert review; (2) one to one; (3) small group evaluation; dan (4) field trial. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar review ahli dan angket tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa uji kelayakan produk rata-rata memperoleh nilai 86,92%  dan hasil uji coba kepraktisan produk memperoleh nilai 87,75%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-book berupa Panduan Komposisi Dasar Tari Kreasi berbasis Flip HTML5 terintegrasi platform video online sangat layak dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran Seni Budaya di SMA.
