Perineal wound cause many problems, likea as many as 70% of postpartum mothers have difficulty defecating, 60% of postpartum mothers have difficulty with mictie, 30% of postpartum mothers complain of UTI signs, 60% of breast milk is substandard so that formula milk is added and 10% of mothers with subinvolution uteri. Perineal wound can heal immediately if the postpartum mother has a good hemoglobin level, to get enough hemoglobin, one of them is by consuming Fe tablets and vitamin C. It was found that as many as 60% of postpartum women with perineal wound healing 8 to 14 days. The goals of this research is to find factors that affecting perineal wound healing. This type of research is correlational analytic with cross sectional time approach. The population is postpartum mothers in the working area of Kedu Public Health Center, Temanggung Regency, from September to November 2018. The samples were obtained using quota sampling sampling with 40 postpartum mothers. Spearman rank test showed results of haemoglobin level and perineal wound care related to the speed of healing of perineal wounds (pvalue of hb level 0.00 and pvalue perineal wound care 0.027), multivariat test using linear regression where there is influence of hemoglobin level and perineal care to the speed of perineal wound healing (pvalue 0,021).Midwives are expected to screen haemoglobin levels and monitor perineal wound care performed by the mother to prevent delays in healing perineal wounds Keywords: BMI, age, hemoglobin level, perineal care, perineal wound healing

ABSTRACTThe incidence of perineal tears in postpartum mothers during childbirth is increasing every year and has a long wound healing. This is influenced by several factors, one of which is vulva hygiene. Based on the initial survey conducted at BPM Yuliani S.ST conducted by interview and observation of 10 (100%) puerperal mothers found 7 (70%) puerperal mothers who healing perineal wounds more than 7 days, further interviews known to mothers who did not do vulva hygiene correctly for fear of touching the suture wound and afraid that if it is too often exposed to water the stitches will heal for longer.Correlational Analytic research design with the Cohort method. The population of all postpartum mothers who suffered perineal suture injuries in BPM Yuliani S.ST was 35 postpartum mothers. The sampling method uses consecutive sampling. Valuable independent variables are hygiene and the dependent variable is the speed of perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers. The research data were obtained through a closed questionnaire and perineum wound observation sheet. Data were tabulated and analyzed using the Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed p = 0,000, α = 0.05 p <α where H1 was accepted meaning there was a relationship of vulva hygiene with the speed of healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers there was a significant relationship. It is hoped that this research will increase the role of health workers in providing IEC about vulva hygiene so that the healing of puerperal perineal wounds.

Wound healing is a long time in there covery process because of damage to the skin or skin tissue disintegritas. According to Rustam Mochtar(1998), the injured in the birth canal when not accompanied by infection will heal within6-7days. Based on the results of a survey on BPS Ny. Arifin S. Surabaya, from as many as7 of 10 respondents (70%) found the wound is still wet. The purpose of this study was to determine age and cultural picture of incontinence on postpartum mother's perineal wound healing on the seventh day in the BPS Ny. Arifin S. Surabaya. In this research using descriptive method with the study population was all mothers with post natal on the seventh day stit chesin the perineum which controls BPS Ny. Arifin S. Surabaya period from July to August 2008 as many as 49 people. Sampling of non-probability sampling with a sampling technique is saturated. By using questionnaires and observation sheets as research instruments. Data created frequency tables and cross tabulations and then summed. Based on the results of research on maternal postnatal day 9 to 7, obtained the majority of postnatal mother saged <35 years of the perineal wound healed as many as 24 people (66.66%) and in postpartum mothers who do not abstain from the majority of the perineal wound healed as many as17 people (77.27%). By looking at these result it can be concluded that the perineal wound healing can be influenced byculture age and abstinence from food. Therefore, the provision of good information and right by the health officer of the perineal wound care will affect the success of the perineal wound healing process.

One of the main causes of maternal death in developing countries is puerperal infection. Midwifery care, body immunity, postnatal care, nutrition, anemia and genetalia hygiene are factors that trigger puerperal infections. The perineal rupture if not treated properly will cause an infection in the suture wound in the perineum. Wound care is important because germs can enter through the suture marks on the perineum and cause infection. Non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to accelerate wound healing are Anredera cordifolia. The research design was quasi experimental with posttest approach Only Control Group Design, namely data collection was done after treatment. The total sample was 32 postpartum mothers according to inclusion criteria. The data observed in this study were the degree of healing of perineal wounds using the REEDA scale perineal wound healing observation sheet instrument (Redness, Edema, Ecchymosis, Discharge and Approximation). Based on the results of the Mann Whitney test, the mean rank of the results in the treatment group was 11.83 lower than the control group, namely 21.8 (p-value = 0.001). Effect of giving Anredera cordifolia leaves on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers significantly. Care with giving Anredera cordifolia leaves can accelerate the healing of perineal wounds compared to 10% iodine povidone. Anredera cordifolia leaves can be used as a complementary therapy for postpartum mothers who experience perineal torn wounds.

Postpartum mothers with an indication of episiotomy will experience a higher level of pain. This birth canal trauma is acute and is expected to recover in a short period of time, can be measured, and without serious complications. The aim of this study was to identify the healing process of postpartum maternal perineal wounds. The intervention was carried out on 31 postpartum mothers with the selection using purposive sampling technique. Maternity cool gel pad (MCGP) which was applied to the perineal wound care intervention on the 2nd and 3rd day after delivery showed the wound healing process was observed using the REEDA measuring instrument and analyzed using the T one sample test. The repair of the wound repair scale from the mean REEDA score (10.81 ± 2.98) occurred in all wounds of the study respondents at post intervention (5.32 ± 1.73). Maternity cool gel pad intervention assisted the wound healing process in post intervention data (P <0.005). The results of this study can be indicative of an inflammatory response locally in perineal wounds, but further research is needed to observe the impact of perineal wound healing with a combination of methods that can help evaluate the perineal wound repair process that can be done by mothers independently at home.
