Development is a focal point of human existence from the moment of birth. A magnitude of options is offered in which to choose a path of growth and expansion as we progress. The following is a review of one such choice, the integral theory; included are both an explanation of theory and ideology of human development. This understanding is applied to my personal experience as I participated in P.L. Lattuada’s experiential process of organismic constellation. Through a gradual evolution of meditative processes Lattuada’s organismic constellation method offers a chance to explore one’s egoic translations. The second portion of this paper explores my personal process, revealing some of my personal egoic translations of traumas, fixations, complexes, and shadows. KEYWORDS Integral Theory, Organismic Constellations, Consciousness as Such Building, Human Development, First Attention Epistemology, Second Attention Epistemology

With a conscious attempt to contribute to contemporary discussions in mad/trans/queer/monster studies, the monograph approaches complex postmodern theories and contextualizes them from an autoethnographic methodological perspective. As the self-explanatory subtitle reads, the book introduces several topics as revelatory fields for the author’s self-exploration at the moment of an intense epistemological and ontological crisis. Reflexively written, it does not solely focus on a personal experience, as it also aims at bridging the gap between the individual and the collective in times of global uncertainty. There are no solid outcomes defined; nevertheless, the narrative points to a certain—more fluid—way out. Through introducing alternative ways of hermeneutics and meaning-making, the book offers a synthesis of postmodern philosophy and therapy, evolutionary astrology as a symbolic language, embodied inquiry, and Buddhist thought that together represent a critical attempt to challenge the pathologizing discursive practices of modern disciplines during the neoliberal capitalist era.

This article discusses several enduring features of the digital world in relation to the dramatically changing global context and visibility of the human condition. Based on the author’s experience as an educator and researcher, she explains that interactivity, multi-modality, and information storage are ripe for advancing students’ creative and critical interactions with diverse others and themselves. With the digital world as a focal point, although by no means the only communication medium, educators are in unique positions to guide contemporary human development, which is increasingly an interdependent individual-societal process, thereby requiring knowledge of realities beyond one’s own.

Abstract: Human activities always produce trash. The amount of trash continues to grow in line with population growth and technological developments. Trash has become an environmental crisis due to a lack of awareness and in Indonesia little serious effort has been made to process trash properly. The importance of a serious effort of trash management and self-development as a real human being is nothing other than a struggle to restore harmony between Creator, human beings, and the whole of creation. This paper reflects on the reality of trash as well as taking up the views and habits of people who are little concerned about handling trash although they already feel the adverse impact of trash on the environment. This study analyses data and the information obtained through observation of the trash problem, supported by data from written sources . Keywords: Trash, environment, human development, ecological repentance Abstrak: Kegiatan manusia selalu menghasilkan sampah. Peningkatan jumlah sampah terus bertambah seiring dengan pertambahan penduduk dan perkembangan teknologi. The conclusion is an alternate, and somewhat more original, account of the book’s aims—more “readable” in many ways and synthetic in its incorporation of others’ valuable insights. There would be no conclusion such as the one presented here without the “hard work” of the first three chapters. Its focal point is accordingly to be found in the development of a “material spirituality” lodged within the potentiality of the human being—something that is never severed from the possibility of encounter with an O/other, even if such an encounter continuously fails to be recorded in words—examined here through the concrete dynamics found in the practices of writing and publishing. Though the conclusion could certainly “stand alone” from the rest of the work, it achieves its “fuller” sense in light of what came before it, and, in this sense, points beyond the merely theoretical and toward that creative and spiritual dimension of human existence we have been pining for all along, which pushes the boundaries of both philosophy and theology more than just a little bit, and which may only be graspable through the failures of our representations.

In recent decades, effective leadership theorising, perceptions and studies have shifted attention to interpersonal skills and the leader’s capacity to inspire, encourage and motivate subordinates as well as create and maintain a sense of positive contribution to the whole of the organisation. This conceptualisation is in sharp contrast to prior studies and conceptualisations resonating with controlling, planning and target-oriented leadership. Consequently, this article takes as its premise the relationship between emotional intelligence (leading with the heart) and transformational leadership within the purview of COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic challenges. It is thus argued here that in times of crisis that humanity (and the organisation specifically) is faced with at the moment unleashed by COVID-19 pandemic challenges, a style of leadership that takes as its focal point emotional intelligence mediated by transformational leadership can be instrumental in leading business organisation through this epoch. The methodology used here is steeped in cursory look at prior, relevant literature on these phenomena and how it helps to inform a conceptual framework that could help in shedding new light on how to confront the challenges of Covid-19 through effective leadership. This paper concludes that in times of crisis – particularly the one ushered in by Covid-19 – a medley of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership is necessary to drive effective change for organisation, which would help them to bounce back and operate profitably and sustainably.

Introduction. The article presents a philosophical and methodological substantiation of personal experience as a subject of development in the educational process and personal culture as the goal of developmental education. Such a justification is the content of philosophy of developmental education in that part, which can be attributed to philosophical anthropology, to the philosophy of culture and social philosophy. This content is made up of knowledge about the laws governing the development of a personal experience and the formation of the main types of personal culture. It allows us to determine the invariant structure of educational goals, which can be correlated with the requirements for educational outcomes described through competences. On the basis of the invariant system of developmental education goals, variable ways of achieving these goals, both for general and for vocational education, can be determined, reflecting the particular and individual levels of human existence. The aim of the present article is to philosophically substantiate the understanding of personal culture as the goal of education, focused on the development of a person as a whole, on the development of the personality.Methodology and research methods. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical approach: the dialectic of the essence and existence of a person, the principle of unity of diversity, the relationship of general, particular and individual. Research methods were determined in accordance with philosophical and psychological knowledge about a person, obtained on the basis of applying systematic, subject-active and cultural-historical approach.Results. The result of the study was the conclusion that the laws of acquisition, reproduction and development of a personal experience are the objective basis for determining the system of goals of developmental education, its content and the complex of ways to organise it. Personal experience is the subject of development in the process of education. The qualitative state of experience, which characterises the completion of the stages of the social and cultural development of a person, is defined by the authors as personal culture. It acts as a complete product of the educational process, and therefore the overall goal of education. Knowledge of the laws of existence and development of the basic elements of personal social and cultural experience becomes the rationale for determining the goals, content and methods of organising education and training in a holistic educational process.Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time in the philosophy of education, the authors consider the formation of personal culture in conjunction with the development by individuals of groups of cultural means corresponding to the main stages of human cultural development.Practical significance. The developed approach allows for the determination of the invariant structure of pedagogical technologies of continuing developmental education, as well as this approach involves the creation of a variable component of technology, ensuring the unity and originality of the levels of human existence in the educational process.

The article investigates some issues connected with comprehending the specific features of human existence. The author uses genetic and cross-cultural studies to show that human development is affected by both genetic and sociocultural factors. The author believes that the conception of human existence that takes into account mutual influence and complementarity of genetic and cultural origins in human beings is justified not only in theory, but also in practice, since it responds to the need for harmonization of relations between people and their environment.

Systemic or integral frameworks are needed not only in our projects of creating knowledge and understanding, but also in our attempts to change the world, to make better futures. Transcending the flatland of one-dimensional materiality is pivotal in business, politics and everyday life. Therefore it is understandable that Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory has inspired not only those who wish to cultivate understanding, but also those who have the agenda of creating better futures for human organizations, societies or workplaces. In this article we will first look at the contribution of the futurist Richard Slaughter, who has utilized Wilber’s insights on spirituality in his foresight concepts and practice. Secondly we will focus on leadership development, utilizing Slaughter’s notion of wisdom culture. Thirdly we will present Wilberian integral coaching as a tool for creating wisdom cultures in business. Finally we will discuss how spirituality and wisdom culture are founded on our ontological concepts of human development and reality.

"Destiny, Free Will and Astrology". The relation between destiny and free will has, since Augustine, been crucial in the theological and philosophical approach to astrology and has led to the accusation that astrology represents pure fatalism. This article concentrates on two mainstreams in modern, Western astrology; esoteric astrology and humanistic astrology. The two different astrological schools solve the conflict between destiny and free will differently, yet stand together in rejecting the accusation of pure fatalism: Astrology is only fatalistic to the primitive unspiritual being. On higher levels of human development, will is introduced. The esoteric astrology claims that the ultimate aim of human existence through continuing incarnations is to become one with the divine. The Jungian inspired humanistic astrology emphasizes the capability of the inviduating individual to fill a structural emptiness set out be the horoscope. This is not achieved by becoming one with the divine, but by becoming one with oneself.
