. Introduction. The paper reveals the specifics of implementing the service and tourism programs in educational institutions of the Republic of Korea. The emphasis is laid on the adjustment of the programs in the process of their implementation, their main shortcomings and ways to eliminate them. Analysis makes it possible to comprehend the analogous processes in Russian education, to identify similar and different features, to understand the Russian educational context, and also to globally assess the level of training in Russia. Methods and materials. Analysis of legislative acts, curricula and programs of universities that implement hospitality and tourism programs, as well as reports on research conducted in this area, made it possible to identify the main trends in the design of the programs, and problems of their implementation, as well as make some recommendations for their elimination. Results. The paper presents examines the experience of implementing the tourism and service training programs in terms of providing a wide range of knowledge and practical skills. The main problems in the implementation of the programs were identified. These are insufficient collaboration between tourism/hospitality businesses and educational institutions, difficulties in finding partners in companies, insufficient coverage of the real state of affairs in the service and tourism industry in the educational process, a discrepancy between students’ expectations from work in the tourism and hospitality industry with the real situation. The research indicates the ways of solving some problems and makes recommendations for their elimination. It is emphasized that the current curricula and programs are not invariable and can be altered according to changing working conditions. Conclusion. Setting the objectives to improve the quality of tourism and hospitality training programs should take into account the experience of some advanced foreign countries in the educational process, which is in a state of searching for ways of improvement. Thus, the study and adaptation of the world experience will contribute to the development of the most effective training patterns in Russian educational institutions with a focus on the country-specific professional training of specialists in the regions of Russia. In the article, the author discusses the concept of professional development and staff training in the sphere of tourism, the basic form of professional development of staff and such forms of advanced training of employees of tourism enterprises as a short-term training, self-study, internship. The staff of enterprises of the tourism industry has a role in the conduct of competition, ensuring the existence and success of the enterprise. Therefore, they should pay so much attention to the level of professional training that is one of the most important factors in ensuring the competitiveness of the tourism enterprises in the market. Especially in the current context of rapid aging of theoretical knowledge, abilities and skills, they require the need for lifelong learning and continuous staff development. In addition, the article analyzes the practice and training of tourism in higher educational institutions of Tajikistan. The author examines the levels, models, some of the problems of the new program standards in various areas of tourist-excursion activity in the Republic of Tajikistan. The author substantiates the necessity of priority tourism development of education system in various areas of tourist and excursion activities, the increase of its role in the modernization of the tourism industry, the introduction of new areas of training “Tourism”, which requires the development of state standards of tourism education, theoretical justification approaches to the selection and structuring of its content and software and methodological support of educational process in higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation. The purpose of the article is to identify and disclose the content of the professional development of personnel of the enterprises of the tourism industry and to study the requests of tourism practices and problems of training specialists in various areas of tourist-excursion activity in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Aim. Based on the results of multi-year research into the flax gene pool, to form a flax training collection to provide breeding scientific organizations and educational institutions with collection samples as well as with information about the bast crop gene pool. Results and Discussion. The studies were conducted in the crop rotation fields for breeding and seed production of the Institute of Bast Crops of the NAAS (Hlukhiv, Sumska Oblast) in 1992-2018. The field measurements and laboratory analyses were carried out in accordance with conventional methods of field and laboratory studies of collection flax samples.The article presents the results on the formation of a training collection of flax at the Institute of Bast Crops of the NAAS, which has 117 accessions (11 botanical species and three varieties) from 22 countries. In addition to species diversity, the collection includes accessions with different levels of expression of valuable economic and biological characteristics. It also includes accessions selected by phenotypic variability of individual characters or their combinations. The multi-year research into the flax collection accessions resulted in identification of sources of highly-expressed valuable economic traits, which are of interest for the plant breeding course. The history of flax breeding in Ukraine is shown, where breeding varieties that are most widespread or were significant breeding achievements in solving certain problems, are presented. The collection can be used as a visual aid for the plant breeding course in educational programs; in addition, it can provide starting material for scientific and educational institutions. The collection is registered with the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine (certificate No. 00273 dated 04/11/2019). Conclusions. The studies of accessions from the national flax collection allowed us to build up a training collection and register it with the NCPGRU. The collection represents a wide range of biological and economic features of the gene pool of this crop. The collection can be used in the educational process of educational agricultural and biological institutions. The multi-year research into the national flax collection resulted in identification of sources of highly-expressed valuable economic traits, which are of interest to the plant breeding course. The history of flax breeding in Ukraine got covered, and breeding varieties that are most widespread or were significant breeding achievements in solving certain problems are presented.

The main direction of the educational process is to develop the education system in accordance with the strategic directions of social and economic development of the republic, integrating it into the world educational space, preserving its national essence through the use of national customs and traditions, as well as cultural values, creating conditions for the formation of a personality in the national spirit, development of a high level of outlook and creative potential of the personality, cognitive competences. The implementation of these tasks requires a review of the content of the educational process in the country's schools from a new methodological standpoint, based on the use of elements of national customs and traditions. Such a new methodological system shows the need for radical changes in the traditional educational process, the development of a creative approach to teaching, and the updating of the content of education on a national basis.In the modern period of the development of society in the educational process of educational institutions the principle of education is implemented, taking into account the comprehensive development of students, such a system of education and upbringing provides an opportunity for the formation of cultural and ethnic identity, it is aimed at an in-depth study of the spiritual culture of the people and the ability to connect it with modern values. This system of education and training is based on the link between national customs and traditions (customs and traditions related to children's upbringing, household customs and traditions, social customs and traditions) and the educational process.

The article is devoted to the increasing role and prospects for the development of e-learning in modern transformation of higher polytechnic education. In the context of preventing the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 and the transition of universities to various forms of distance education, this issue is of particular relevance. The aim of the study is to assess the process of introducing e-learning into the educational process of higher technical educational institutions in Russia. The methodological basis of the work was the analytical and systematic approach to the study of the object of research using methods of data systematization, evaluative analysis and forecasting, as well as logical generalization. The authors come to the conclusion that the introduction of e-learning in technical universities in Russia until recently played a supporting role in the reorganization and optimization of the processes of training engineering personnel. The development of e-learning helped to reduce the costs of the educational process, reduce the number of employees, as well as solve the problem of the classroom fund. An important role in the development of e-learning was played by the desire to increase the rating indicators. The desire to expand non-budgetary sources of funding for modern technical universities and the possibility of implementing new learning models were only additional incentives for expanding the e-learning system. The results of this study can be used in further studying the digitalization of higher education and assessing the prospects for the development of professional training in Russia.

This article proposes a research vision of the problem of using CLIL training in the context of distance education in schools and universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relevance of the study is due to the lack of the research devoted to the content analysis of the integration of CLIL learning and distance learning technologies, as well as the need to identify the features and universal problems, characteristic of the practice of CLIL learning in distance learning format. The diagnosis of this problem was carried out through an online survey of school teachers and university teachers acting as experts on the implementation of CLIL training in educational institutions of the Republic. To develop a methodology and tools for online survey of teachers scientific works in the field of CLIL training and distance education technologies on the creation of educational resources and a virtual learning environment and on the sociology of education were studied. When processing the results of the survey, we used statistical and descriptive research methods. The results of the online survey confirmed the hypothesis of the study that the main problem of using CLIL technology is the problem of resource provision of the CLIL training program in the context of distance education, as well as the level of methodological and IT-training of school teachers and university teachers. Other features of using CLIL technology in a distance format are as follows: the school teachers and university teachers have an appropriate set of basic competencies of a teacher practicing CLIL training, and, at the same time, their insufficiency for the implementation of the educational process in the context of distance education and, accordingly, the need to acquire additional competencies required by the teacher for the application of CLIL technology in a distance format

The article presents the results of a study of the possibilities to improve approaches to generating a report on financial results as an information base for making strategic decisions. It critically analyses the significance of the changes in this report, stipulated by the draft federal accounting standard for the non-state sector “Financial statements of the organization” (FAS FS), which should come into force from 2021. The authors identify and systematize the main changes planned by the FAS FS draft in report on financial results formation, including not only adjusting certain articles, but also improving the approaches to the presentation of a number of indicators. The importance of each of these changes, their positive and negative significance for the persons making strategic decisions is determined; the main problematic and debatable issues to improve the formation of the report on financial results from the perspective of users of the reporting are identified. An example of the form of the report on financial results is provided, aimed at presenting the reliable and understandable information necessary for decision-making users. The results of the study can be useful to a wide range of readers interested in the problems of forming a report on financial results, and can also be applied in the practical work of the accounting departments of organizations, in the educational process of higher educational institutions and in the creation and improvement of relevant regulatory documents on accounting.

The author of article analyzes the peculiarities of the professional training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature on the base of interdisciplinary integration. Lilik O. O. explores the problem of the definition of integration in scientific literature, she describes different levels and ways of interdisciplinary integration in vocation training. The author of the article considers interdisciplinary integration within the framework of professional training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature at three levels, namely: as integration of content (level of separate disciplines (historical-literary and theoretical-literary, as well as pedagogical and methodical) and educational material); as an integration of methods of activity (ability and skills to operate with material during training, as well as further professional activity); as an integration of values ​​and worldviews (the level of personal and professional worldview of students), the result of which are formed general and professional competencies. The first way is interdisciplinary integration within the classroom (lectures, practical, and laboratory). The second way is integration within the independent work of students. The third way for interdisciplinary integration is the research activities of students, including the writing of term papers and qualifications, which can be performed at the intersection of several scientific and educational disciplines. The fourth way of implementing interdisciplinary integration is the students’ participation in additional forms of organization of the educational process - special seminars, trainings, workshops, master classes, round tables, which can be held within grant activities or be a form of self-education of future vocabulary teachers. The fifth way is educational work at the faculty or the university in general, which involves the organization of various activities. On the basis of the conducted researches Lilik O. О. comes to the conclusion that interdisciplinary integration can be a catalyst for the educational process in higher education, provide comprehensive and thorough training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature for professional activities, as it covers a wide range of issues: from theoretical knowledge and practical skills to their personal and professional worldview.

The scientific article is devoted to the study of a complex but relevant problem for the period of creating the preconditions for sustainable development - the definition of approaches to providing the economy with strong human resources. It is noted that its formation is always faced with the issues of reproduction of the labor force, the effectiveness of which implies the achievement in total, at the same time high levels of quality of life and vocational training of people. Particular attention is paid to the emergence of new problems that increase the severity of personnel issues in Ukraine: there is a significant increase in labor migration of Ukrainians abroad, reducing the population and working age. However, despite the difficulties of the transition economy, the country has gradual, progressive changes in the entire system of educational infrastructure, attempts are being made to reform the organization of education in educational institutions of all levels: higher education, secondary school, vocational education. In addition to traditional vocational schools in the educational, already competitive environment, there are new educational institutions - technical lyceums, technical schools, colleges. However, a significant part of vocational schools has shortcomings related to the quality of their material and technical base, the level of training of teachers in terms of their mastery of the latest technological concepts and methods of teaching educational material. Improving the system of vocational training should be based on the understanding that innovative development has already become an integral part of the domestic economy and has led to new requirements for personal factors of production. Now there is a need to closely link professional training to specific production conditions of future activities, the entire educational process should be built taking into account changes in the state of production processes, target settings for obtaining the final results of enterprises. Under modern market conditions, the first priority is not the production of more goods and services of one type, but their differentiation and new quality characteristics within one product group. Relevant changes occur in the assessment of the personal factor of production. This is not just about the quantitative certainty of staff, but about the level of training of each employee, his ability to adapt to technical and technological changes. In the process of professional training it is important to form in future employees an awareness of their role and importance in the overall efficiency of enterprises, to bring to their understanding the high probability of losses associated with their possible errors in the production functions. The issue of greening of professional activity should be important in the educational processes of all educational institutions

Informatization of postmodern society is a promising path to economic, social and educational development. The informatization of education is aimed at the formation and development of the intellectual potential of the nation, the improvement of the forms and content of the educational process, the introduction of computer teaching and testing methods, allows solving problems at the highest level, taking into account world requirements. One of the important directions in the development of informatization of education in the context of a pandemic is new computer technologies. Interactivity, intensification of the learning process, feedback - are the real advantages of these technologies, which necessitated their application in various fields of human activity, primarily in those related to education and professional training. Now, in a pandemic, the number of studies has noticeably increased, the subject of which was the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article deals with the problem of psychological and didactic aspects of the introduction of information communication technologies in the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions. An analysis of the problems and prospects of using information communication technologies in higher educational institutions was carried out, as a guarantee of building an intensive process of assimilating knowledge, skills, and abilities of students of higher educational institutions.
