The basis of the modern student's training is the idea of individualization of his educational activities since the modern educational paradigm has designated the personality of the student and his needs as the most important link in this system. Higher educational institutions in search of effective ways of formation of competence of the future specialist using individualization of its activity use possibilities of innovative educational technologies. The purpose of the article: to consider the experience of implementation of educational technologies in the individualization of educational activities of students. The article presents an overview of the essence and importance of educational technologies used in the modern educational process, the features of their implementation and their role in the individualization of student activity. We considered the experience of implementation of educational technologies in the individualization of educational activities of students. Innovative technologies have a powerful potential in shaping the competence of future specialists. Individualization of training takes place in comfortable conditions for the teacher and the student. The teacher has the opportunity to constantly monitor the level of knowledge of the student and make timely adjustments, directing it in the right direction. When students perform tasks, the teacher carried out periodic consultations, where he covered for students the questions that appeared to them. The teacher conducted small surveys and tests, with the help of which the test of assimilation of the material was determined. The study presented in the article allowed to determine the impact of individualization of education on the level of student performance. Based on the data obtained in the course of our research, we can conclude that educational technologies provide ample opportunities for individualization of the learning process and contribute to the formation of professional competence of a specialist.

Although the World Scientific Society of Educators does not yet have sufficient evidence to measure the impact of school attendance on the risk of disease transmission, the harmful effects of a full transition to distance education are indisputable and affect the safety, well-being and education of children / students. and documents of many states. The purpose of the article is to determine the risks of the absence of a traditional educational process in educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic using the materials of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. The study was based on the following theoretical methods: analytical and descriptive methods of developing theoretical and critical sources and resources related to the implementation of the educational process, in order to determine the risks associated with providing distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Analysis of contextual benefits and risks allows to determine the priority of educational institutions (or their components) to resume their work; priority of measures to reduce the risk of infection in educational institutions and communities; and focus areas for distance learning. Direct funding for education institutions most affected by the crisis, for example through formula-based funding, which gives priority to the most marginalized groups of pupils / students. From the point of view of mechanisms, scholarships for certain blocks and remittances (conditional or unconditional) to pupils / students should be considered. Tuition and other costs (school uniforms, etc.) should be waived where possible and other barriers to entry should be removed to maximize re-enrollment. We see prospects for further research in the analysis of ensuring the availability of educational materials / platforms, information, services and learning tools for people with disabilities in the process of obtaining education.

The methodological framework relies upon proceedings on remote learning and the impact of the digitalization on the educational process. The study involves methods of generalization, comparative analysis, sociological survey. Results. As the sociological survey reveals, students tend to new formats of learning during the pandemic. This is due to a lack of personal communication with teachers and their classmates. Conclusions and Relevance. Referring to most of the respondents, we conclude that the new form of learning proved to be rather effective in the current situation when people have to work and learn remotely during the coronavirus pandemic.

Introduction. The article for the first time structures the types of additional responsibilities of teachers, not underpinned by local regulations. The proposals for debureaucratization of the educational process in secondary schools are generalized. The aim of the study is to reveal the impact of bureaucratic burden on the social feeling of teachers of general secondary education facilities, the quality of their professional activities and to develop proposals for debureaucratization of teachers’ work. Materials and Methods. A survey of managers and teachers of educational institutions covered more than 3,000 respondents. As additional sources for the interpretation of the data, we used the methods of group interviews (two focus groups conducted among rural teachers), as well as a secondary analysis of data from the international study of the educational environment and working conditions of secondary school teachers (TALIS), conducted in 48 countries, including Russia. Results. The study broadened the idea of the impact of bureaucratization of the education system on the quality of professional activity and the social well-being of teachers. Intensification of bureaucratization of teacher work is attributed, on the one hand, to the extensive growth of additional types of work, and on the other, to the low legal awareness of teachers of educational institutions. Working with reporting documentation takes up to 90 % of the working time free from paid teaching ho urs, which practically does not leave time for the implementation of part of the pedagogical load associated with methodological, organizational and consulting activities. The study identifies activities that, according to respondents, contribute to the debureaucratization of teachers’ work. Discussion and Conclusion. The article is of interest to teachers and heads of educational organizations, regional educational authorities, and scientists, researching i nto educational problems.

The results of a study conducted within the framework of an interactive approach to the task formation, which is an actual branch of computer methods in education, are presented. The author notes that the branch is currently not used for teaching information technologies practice in higher educational institutions due to the labor cost of forming, implementing and taking into account the impact of interactive tasks on the success of the educational process participants. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the introduction of relevant information technologies into the educational process, as well as approaches to the verification and formation of knowledge. It tested the main hypothesis: tasks aimed at interactive activity better help students in mastering the material, based on their own perception, than static tasks based on traditional approaches in the educational process with information technologies application. An intraindividual scheme of the experiment is used on the basis of traditional and interactive tasks, different types of tasks are presented to the same group of students. The sample for the participants of the experiment is recruited among the most capable students of the Information Technologies Faculty, bachelors, 2-4 year of experience according to the criterion of academic performance in the framework of specialized disciplines (28 people participated). The variables are empirically selected characteristics that reflect the useful qualities of the task in the context of the educational process. Methods of descriptive statistics are used to test hypotheses. It is noted that the results of the study make it possible to determine and formulate conditions that allow maximum use of the advantages of each of the studied types of tasks. The research confirms the demand for the development of teaching tools for students using interactive tasks, indicating the boundary conditions under which, according to the author, an interactive approach to the construction and implementation of tasks can demonstrate its effectiveness.

The aim of this paper is the proposal considering the importance of school sport as a measure of prevention of violence among students in schools. In the introduction the authoresses discuss the basic definitions of violence, numerous forms of violence in sport, violence in schools, youth violence and juvenile delinquency as the forms of violence which are studied in sociology, psychology, pedagogy and other humanities. The authoresses present the results of the research of prevalence and forms of violence in schools in Serbia according to the report from 2011. Despite the implementation of certain strategic documents (Special Protocol for the Protection of Children and Students from Violence, Abuse and Neglect in Educational Institutions, 2007, Rule book on the Protocol for Treatment in the Institution in the Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect, 2010) which specify measures for the prevention of violence in schools, the level of violence has remained unchanged compared to the previous researches. These strategic documents do not recognize the importance of the possibility of school sport as the measure of prevention of violence. The authoresses suggest the possibility of designing programmes within the system of school sport as the measure of prevention of violence in schools and the way of improving sport culture and physical culture in the broadest sense.
