Higher educational institutions in search of effective ways of formation of competence of the future specialist using individualization of its activity use possibilities of innovative educational technologies. The purpose of the article: to consider the experience of implementation of educational technologies in the individualization of educational activities of students. The article presents an overview of the essence and importance of educational technologies used in the modern educational process, the features of their implementation and their role in the individualization of student activity. We considered the experience of implementation of educational technologies in the individualization of educational activities of students. Innovative technologies have a powerful potential in shaping the competence of future specialists. Individualization of training takes place in comfortable conditions for the teacher and the student. The teacher has the opportunity to constantly monitor the level of knowledge of the student and make timely adjustments, directing it in the right direction. When students perform tasks, the teacher carried out periodic consultations, where he covered for students the questions that appeared to them. The teacher conducted small surveys and tests, with the help of which the test of assimilation of the material was determined. The study presented in the article allowed to determine the impact of individualization of education on the level of student performance. Based on the data obtained in the course of our research, we can conclude that educational technologies provide ample opportunities for individualization of the learning process and contribute to the formation of professional competence of a specialist.

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of a systematic approach to the formation of professional competence of students in higher educational institutions. The study was conducted in the S. Seifullin Ka-zakh Agro Technical University with the participation of 126 master students (2 groups) of the specialty “Vocational Education”. Using a complex of theoretical, empirical and statistical methods, it was possible to show the ways to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. The basic principles for the training of students were formulated as: 1) systematic approach to the formation of profes-sional competence, organization and implementation of the educational process; 2) program-targeted formation of the indicative basis of the upcoming profes-sional activity, and 3) creating a competency model of the corresponding special-ist as a hierarchy of the student’s professional competency system, its subsys-tems, and supersystems. It is recommended that Kazakhstan universities should improve tools and procedures for assessing and monitoring students’ level of knowledge, as well as create new programs for developing students’ professional competencies to ensure their successful employment. The further research on the matter may be the systematic comparative study of contemporary teaching meth-ods and techniques to determine the most productive ways to prepare future pro-fessionals.

Digital education is actually a product of recent years, although it existed before in various forms. Obviously, modern devices and means of transmitting infor-mation are necessary for its development. Modern “virtual lectures”, e-learning courses, online testing, educational resources portals, as well as digital school registers and educational process monitoring systems have become everyday real-ity. However, the digitalization of the educational system has both positive and negative side. The purpose of the article is to consider the impact of digital educa-tional technologies on learning, from a university teacher’s view point, and to consider their positive aspects and problems. The study was conducted at the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) and University at the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of EurAsEC. The study in-volved 89 teachers who have teaching experience at the university (11.9% - 1-7 years, 28.1% - 8-10 years; 30.8% - 11-15 years; 29.2% - 16-25 years). The main results show that, respondents overly have a good opinion towards learning in virtual environments. The advantages of e-learning are complex for a particular measurement, but it has been found that some identifying variables as “age” shows statistically significant differences, while “gender” and “teaching experi-ence” are not important for evaluating the four provided variables. The study re-sults can be used to improve the perception of new educational technologies by teachers, to organize approaches for introducing innovative educational technolo-gies that expand the possibilities of progressive education on the part of admin-istrations of higher educational institutions and educational departments.

Turning to the new educational paradigm, the research paper considers the conditions for ensuring the effective-ness of authentic assessment of students ' achievements within the competence approach and the transition from traditional knowledge control to tests developed on the basis of the theory of pedagogical measurements. Special attention is paid to independent assessment as a tool for stimulating learning activities, as well as to the justifica-tion of the pattern design method used in the develop-ment of measurement tools. The experimental basis of the study is based on the results of an independent assess-ment of educational achievements of students of the sen-ior level of secondary vocational education in social studies in several educational organizations. As a result of the survey of participants in independent testing, the formation of a stable positive learning motivation is not-ed. The relationship with the assessment of the impact on educational motivation is confirmed by the respondents ' attitude to the authentic assessment procedure on the part of participants in the assessment process: school-children, teachers, and parents. As a result, it was re-vealed that all subjects of the educational process evalu-ate the impact of the proposed method of assessment on educational motivation from a positive side.

Students' motivation is studied quite regularly, but most often it occurs from psychological and pedagogical positions [1; 6; 7; 9]. However, students do not just go to university, they work to acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for the development of their future profession, so the learning process must be viewed through the prism of work motivation. The peculiarity of this research is the reliance on research methods that allow us to study this aspect of students’ activity, in particular, the V.I. Gerchikov’s method with some changes that are inevitable due to the specifics of an educational process. The purpose of the study is to determine the factors that affect the motivation of educational activities. The theoretical part of the study describes the main approaches to motivating students' learning activities, as well as the specifics of relationships in the process of studying at the university, which does not allow direct use of methods and practices that have appeared in the framework of theories of labor motivation. As a result of the research conducted in 2019 on the main massif of the 1st and 4th years of full-time education in the Izhevsk State Agricultural Academy by questionnaire (n=781), significant differences in the motivation of students of different groups and faculties were revealed, which allowed us to assume that there are problems in the educational process, which we have not previously recorded. To determine the causes of significant differences in the motivation of individual groups, focus group studies were conducted (n=92) in 6 study groups, where 2 with low average motivation, 2 with middle average motivation, 2 with high average motivation. The authors analyzed the reasons for failure and non-attendance of classes, the organization of the educational process, the specifics of relationships in groups, the impact of the division into subcultures on the learning process and relationships in a group, leisure-time of students, their ideas about the desired changes in the educational process.

The aim of our work was to highlight the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in the study of pediatric surgical dentistry. The introduction of the Standard of Higher Education in Specialty 221 “Dentistry” Field of Knowledge 22 “Health Care” for the second (master’s) level of higher education has allowed us to revise and improve a number of provisions regarding the study of pediatric surgical dentistry. First of all, the updated educational-professional program 221- “Dentistry” outlines the list of competencies and learning outcomes in the discipline “Pediatric Surgical Dentistry” and clearly defines the prerequisites on which the study of pediatric surgical dentistry is based. In the study of pediatric surgical dentistry, namely issues related to inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial area, attention should be paid to the etiology and pathogenesis of acute and chronic inflammatory odontogenic processes directly in the age aspect. At the same time, it is important to emphasize the need for preventive dental measures, timely therapeutic intervention, especially during the eruption of permanent teeth and urgent radical treatment to prevent complications. In addition, an important component in the study of this topic are issues related to the age of the formation of organs and systems of the child, the tendency to hyperergic reactions and generalization of the inflammatory process, the factor of minimal anti-inflammatory potential. The presented methodological approach in terms of practical application of interdisciplinary links in the study of pediatric surgical dentistry, according to our observations allowed to increase the level of knowledge within the professional competence of students with a score of “5” from 20% in IV year to 68% V year. Thus, the list of components of the educational process analyzed in this paper creates a promising direction for further improvement of teaching methods at the Department of Pediatric Surgical Dentistry.
