The purpose of the article is to systematize the scientific achievements of Ukrainian researchers in the field of modern hotel and restaurant complexes with an emphasis on the socio-cultural component of their service. The methodology is based on general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and the principles of objective analysis of facts and reliability. Content analysis of the scientific literature made it possible to solve the main research problem. Structural-system method - to systematize the obtained results. The interdisciplinary of scientific methodology has prompted the use of methods integrated from a number of disciplines - economics, culturology, art history, and others. The scientific novelty lies in the identification, analysis and systematization of dissertation research of Ukrainian scientists in the field of modern hotel and restaurant complexes with an emphasis on cultural and leisure and recreational and relaxation component of their service. Conclusions. In Ukrainian science, attempts to study the cultural and leisure and recreational and relaxation component of the service of hotel and restaurant complexes are embodied only in some publications. At the same time, science only affirms the complex concept of "hotel and restaurant" complex. The activities of the latter, as centers of culture and leisure, remain on the margins of modern research interest. As an important component of modern service, socio-cultural activities are usually reduced to logistical and sectorial production aspects. However, the cultural and leisure and recreational component of modern complexes affects the transformation of the traditional basis of society, which indicates its focus on meeting the needs and interests of man, which best characterizes its compliance with the requirements of the time, focused on humanizing all realities of life.

One of the current issues in modern linguistics is the study of authorial neologisms, because language is considered to be a living dynamic system that is constantly evolving, changing, and the language of fiction is a rich source that serves as a basis for studying these changes. Our work is based on the definition proposed by O. O. Selivanova, according to which a neologism is a word or compound used by language in a certain period to denote a new or existing concept or in a new meaning and are perceived as such by native speakers. Neologisms belong to the passive vocabulary of the language, but over time they are assimilated by it and move to common vocabulary, losing their status as neologisms. Thus, the series of novels about Harry Potter is characterized by J. K. Rowling’s terminology, which is innovative and unique, which is a feature of the author's idiosyncrasy. The aim of the article is to reveal the thematic features of the use of author’s neologisms in J. K. Rowling’s novels about Harry Potter. Research methods are: theoretical general scientific methods (generalization, induction and deduction); empirical-theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, modeling, system method and classification method); method of linguistic observation and description. The analysis showed that the most productive way to create authorial neologisms in J. K. Rowling’s novels about Harry Potter is word formation, because word formation is based on the principle of language economy. The themes of authorial neologisms in J. K. Rowling’s novels about Harry Potter are broad, as they are used to denote everyday realities: magical objects, food and drink, currency, the names of academic disciplines at Hogwarts, holidays and games, and more. Author’s neologisms are also words that denote ethnographic and mythological realities: ethnic and social communities and their representatives; deities, fairy-tale creatures. The author’s neologisms in J. K. Rowling’s novels about Harry Potter also include vocabulary that calls the realities of the world and nature: animals and plants, onomastic realities are anthroponyms: students, teachers, and toponyms: spells. Spells can be divided into two groups: spells in which Latin words are used; spells that use the magician's native language. Prospects for further research can be traced in the lexical-semantic and stylistic analysis of occasionalisms of the writer's works, both in individual works and in the implementation of a comprehensive analysis of the author's neologisms.

Legal scholars draw close attention to the issue of the content of normal business activities. It is still necessary to take into account not only the already systematized explanations of the higher courts on specific issues in every insolvency case, but also the dynamics of judicial practice and certain aspects of the debtor’s bankruptcy. A topical issue is whether transactions of a bankrupt debtor made during a period of suspicion and in arrears of payment can be classified as transactions concluded in the course of the debtor’s normal business activities. Purpose: to form a judgment on the conditions under which debtor`s transactions made during a period of suspicion and delay of performance may be assimilated by the court to its normal business activities. Methods: the author uses both general scientific methods (system method, empirical method) and special methods (comparative legal method, legal interpretation method). Results: the criteria for understanding transactions made during the period of suspicion and in delay of performance as the debtor’s normal business activities are defined; the importance of the good faith principle of the debtor’ counterparty is determined.

The article deals with the problem of integration of scientific and technological progress, in particular information and communication technologies in human life, the emergence of an alternative level of dependence of the individual on information and technogenic factors in the psycholinguistic aspect. Analysis of theoretical and practical prerequisites of influence of scientific and technological sphere on a person, particularly information and communication technologies on its psycholinguistic potential, estimation of depth, and practical consequences of influence and further prospects. The general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of the research problem were used, formalizing the results of domestic and foreign sources, systematization, and comparing existing estimates to identify significant and minor factors and their correlation, generalization of results, forecasting of prospects. Scientific and technological progress in changing man's world has adjusted his ability to choose information, analyze it critically, and formulate objective decisions. More and more people are given not information for analysis but conclusions. The existence of human dependence on information technology comes from the understanding that their creation is a projection of the inner world of man, his views and motives. Therefore, dependence is a downside to existing technological comfort, living conditions, and communication. At the same time, competition requires constant updating of people's knowledge of technology, which only exacerbates this dependency, personal energy costs, psychological fatigue, and problems of motivation. One of the conditions for effective human existence in the information and communication system is violated - synchronization of information processing processes, which negatively affects the psycholinguistic level. The level of human dependence on technology is unprecedented, and further expansion and self-interest will only worsen, in particular psycholinguistic perspectives. The improvement of the situation does not lie in the technological plane, as it increases the level of social morality, an ethos of man and community. Keywords: scientific and technological sphere, information and communication technologies, psycholinguistics, integration, influence.

In the article we interpret discrete and continuous message as interrupted and constant, limited and continual text, which has specific features and a number of differences between traditional (one-dimensional) text and hypertext (multidimensional). The purpose of this study is to define the concept of “hypertext”, consideration of its characteristics and features of the structure, similarities and differences with the traditional text, including the message in the media and communication. To achieve the goal of the study, we used a number of methods typical of journalism. Empirical analysis enabled a generalized description of the subject of study, which allowed to know it as a phenomenon. With the help of generalization the characteristic and specific regularities and principles of hypertext were studied. The system method is used to identify the dependence of each element of hypertext on its place in the text system as a whole. The retrospective method helped to understand the preconditions for the emergence of hypertext, to trace the dynamics of its development. General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction) made it possible to formulate the conclusions of the study. Thanks to hypertext and the hypertext systems, the concept of virtual reality has gained tangible meaning. In hypertext space, virtuality organically complements reality. The state of virtuality, in this case, becomes the concept of hyperreality, and all this merges into a single whole in the space of computer text. Due to its volume and multidimensionality, hypertext can arouse scientific interest as an interdisciplinary discipline. In today’s world, the phenomenon of hypertext has been the subject of numerous discussions, conferences and research in the field of social communications, linguistics and psychology. Today, a significant number of organizations conduct large-scale research based on the concepts of hypertext associations and associative navigation.

Relevance of the study. The study of thematic in modern musical composition as the most important element of form creation seems relevant and in demand for modern musicology. In the existing scientific works, only certain issues of its research are mentioned (V. and Yu. Kholopov, V. Valkova, N. Ryzhkova, T. Kyuregyan, V. Zaderatsky, G. Grigorieva, E. Ershova, S. Goncharenko etc.), however, there is no special work devoted to this problem. Among the important and topical issues, many remain debatable today. Some of them concern terminology, the use of the concept of “thematiс” in relation to a completely new musical language, others — the multidimensional nature of the study of musical thematiс in terms of semantics, syntax of form in terms of various composition techniques. The study of the thematic organization on the example of the works of modern Belarusian composers makes it possible to include the cultural and stylistic processes taking place in Belarusian music today in the context of the most important trends of Modern music. The scientific novelty of the study consists in: 1) a systematic approach to the concept of thematic as a category of writing in relation to modern musical composition; 2) consideration of the principles of interaction of macro- and micro-thematic; 3) analytical study of the works of the Belarusian composer E. Gutina in the chosen perspective of analysis. The purpose of the research is to consider certain aspects of the interaction of musical thematic and composition techniques in two main types of structural and syntactic organization: macrothematic and microthematic. The research methodology is based on the interaction of general scientific methods (system method, deduction method, etc.) with methods developed in theoretical musicology. We are talking, first of all, about the method of functional analysis in relation to musical thematic and musical syntax. Also significant for this study are the musical-theoretical works devoted to the problems of the author's style, form and techniques of composition in modern music, as well as the theoretical works of the composers themselves on the problems of compositional technique. The practical significance of the research can be reflected in the use of this research in university courses of musical and theoretical orientation related to the study of modern music. Conclusions and prospects for further research. The interaction of micro- and macrothematic manifests itself in different ways in various types of composition, an example of which is the compositions of the Belarusian composer E. Gutina “Wind Music” (sonorous composition) and “Majolica” (minimalist composition). At the same time, the interaction of two seemingly opposite large-scale structural and syntactic principles of the organization of thematic reveals their close relationship in the conditions of various composition techniques, both in the aspect of shaping and in the aspect of the specifics of musical perception. Further developments of the stated topic seem promising in the following areas: the study of the “composer's word”, the compilation of a glossary of terms and concepts, regarding the techniques of composition and thematic, a scientific and research look at the given problem in the mirror of the manifestation of various stylistic trends in modern music.

This study is an attempt to draw a theoretical and legal understanding of law enforcement practice to reduce the penalty in court. The research was based on the comparative legal, statistical, historical, and general scientific methods of cognition (system method, analysis and synthesis, logic, etc.). The author analyzed doctrinal ideas regarding the legal nature of penalty. The study revealed controversial conceptual and theoretical issues related to this legal institution that are of fundamental importance for its practical implementation. A retrospective analysis of the law enforcement practice under Article 333 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation demonstrated a need for a wider recognition of the penalty function, not only in civil law, but also in tax relations.

The subject. The paper is devoted to the classification of financial law enforcement acts issued in Poland. The purpose of the paper is a typological analysis of the financial law enforcement acts in Poland depending on the subjects who issues such acts. The methodology. General scientific methods as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison were used. The system method made it possible to regularize a set of financial law enforcement acts, taking into account the subjects of law enforcement in Poland. The functional approach made it possible to identify the types of financial law enforcement acts, depending on their role in the system of law enforcement in Poland. The main results and scope of their application. The definition of the financial law enforcement act is proposed. Classification of subjects of financial law enforcement in Poland is carried out, their powers are covered and characteristics of the individual legal acts issued by them are al-located. The proposed qualitative analysis of law enforcement acts adopted in Poland may be-come a starting point for research in the field of financial law theory and comparative law.Conclusions. A financial law enforcement act is an act issued on the basis of the current rules of financial law by the authorized bodies, establishing or determining – in respect of an individual addressee – the rights and (or) obligations in a particular case in the field of public finance, or preparing their establishment or determination. The subjects applying the norms of financial law, can be divided into: bodies of financial ad-ministration, the courts (primarily administrative courts) and quasi-judicial bodies (e.g. the Commission, considering cases of violation of discipline of public finance). The first group of bodies issues decisions and orders (financial and legal acts), the bodies of the second group issue court decisions and court orders, the bodies of the third group issue decisions. The role of administrative courts in the financial law enforcement is significant. Significant number of financial cases, particularly concerning individual interpretations, in the total number of cases considered by such courts is an evidence.
