Research methodology. The basis of the research is the general scientific interdisciplinary methodology, which is based on the fundamental provisions of management, cultural studies, design, and other sciences. Common scientific methods are used: analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification, etc. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the main tendencies of the reorientation of catering establishments, in particular in Ukraine, in the original centers of culture, with their functions of leisure centers and entertainment, which is reflected in the National Standard, are also revealed. Conclusions. Despite the importance and numerous variations of the communication and entertainment and visual and artistic component of the interior space of restaurant enterprises, the main function of their catering is the priority of their internal arrangement. Since the beginning of the XXI century, the amount of available for the researchers numismatic material has increased significantly, so introducing a new types of coins into the scientific circulation has become an especially relevant in modern numismatics, even when the archaeological context of most of these finds is almost lost. The study of ancient numismatics of Olbia is rapidly gaining in modern Ukraine. At the beginning of the XX century, ancient numismatics already had some significant achievements, but the accumulated material required urgent cataloging and systematization. During last 10 years since the publication of the most important and thorough catalog of ancient coins by Vladlen Opanasovich Anokhin, as well as the results of cataloging Olbia coins by other researchers - Valery Nechitaylo and Grigory Makandarov, numismatics has been enriched by new previously unknown coin types. The aim of the study. The main purpose of the article is to introduce into the scientific circulation new varieties of Olbia coins and to compile the most complete classification of Olbia coins of the IV century BC. Research methodology. In the process of scientific elaboration of the topic general scientific methods were used: analytical, chronological, and topographical, as well as source methods: critical, metrological and iconographic. A systematic approach to the processing of modern finds from private collections and access to the collections of foreign museums was the impetus for writing an expanded classification work. The scientific novelty. The value of the processed materials is that they not only complement this group of coins, but also refine previously published types in unsatisfactory condition, where incorrect reading of the names and trinkets has led to inaccuracies. The Conclusions. The so-called «obol series» covers the period of the Olbia minting around 350-330 BC. The monetary system consists of four denominations: obol (on the coin field depicts Demeter and the eagle on the dolphin), dikhalk (on the coin field depicts Demeter and the eagle on the dolphin), hulk (on the coin field depicts Demeter and the ear, dolphin) and hemihalk (depicts Demeter and dolphin). The die analysis allowed to divide the coins of Olbia of the IV century BC senior denomination for two stylistic groups. According to the results of our own research, we were able to determine the following number of varieties of each of these denominations: obols – 24 types, dikhalks - 6 types, hulks - 6 types, hemihalks - 2 types. We see the prospect of further research in the introduction into scientific circulation of new previously undiscovered varieties of Olbian coins from little-studied sources - materials of museum collections in Ukraine and abroad, among numismatic rarities sold at numismatic auctions and private collections.

In modern business conditions, an increasing number of Russian companies have problems with solvency, as a result of which they are forced to go into bankruptcy proceedings. In such conditions, it seems important to develop the rehabilitation potential of business bankruptcy. The objectives of the work are to identify the reasons for the low solvency of Russian companies, as well as the rare use of bankruptcy rehabilitation procedures and their low effectiveness, which will allow us to identify new approaches to the development of the rehabilitation, including health, bankruptcy potential. In the course of the study, a comprehensive and systematic approach to the studied processes and phenomena was applied, which are implemented by means of general scientific methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis. The use of standard analytical methods (comparison, summaries and groupings) made it possible to assess the solvency of Russian companies, their participation in bankruptcy proceedings and the effectiveness of bankruptcy proceedings. The study made it possible to conclude that today the activities of the overwhelming majority of insolvent Russian companies are completed with the help of bankruptcy proceedings, while the main function of bankruptcy rehabilitation procedures is solely in debt repayment extended over time, which requires further improvement by adding a vector to preservation and development of the debtor's business. The results of the study can be used in analytical practice, as well as to develop new approaches to the development of the rehabilitation potential of bankruptcy proceedings.

The development of constitutionalism in the anti-Bolshevik state formations during the Civil Period in Russia (1918–1920) is one of the most poorly studied historical and legal issues. In this regard, the purpose of this work is determined to investigate the influence of constitutional doctrines and teachings on the constitutional development of “white” Russia. The main at-tention is paid to the study of anti-Bolshevik legislator positions regarding the question of what the constitution of the future Russia should be – written or unwritten. We analyze the state legal views and scientific works of such lawyers as P.G. Vinogradov, V.A. Maklakov, S.A. Korf, I.A. Ilyin, L.A. Schalland and others. We prove that the representatives of the liberal-democratic and conservative-liberal legal thought played the primary role in solving this issue. The research methodology includes general scientific methods, such as analysis, comparison, methods of logic, etc. Private law methods made it possible to reveal and explain the meaning of state legal doctrines (the method of legal hermeneutics) and to compare the legal categories and institutions that the jurists of the specified period operated with (comparative legal method). In conclusion, we conclude that constitutional doctrines were an important part of the legal path of development of the “white” statehood.

The problem of the study is defined by the author as the lack of identification and description of psycholinguistic markers of the social inmutation in the texts of the Ukrainian-language press published in Ukraine in 1917. The purpose of the study was to search and describe the range, structure and functions of psycholinguistic instruments (sound letters) for manipulating the minds of readers as psycholinguistic markers of social inmutation in the Ukrainian-language press of the political crisis of 1917 in Ukraine. The research methodology has become a system of methods that are appropriate, in the opinion of the author, to achieve the goal. Among the selected methods were those that fall into three groups: general scientific methods, theoretical methods and practical methods. For the study, general scientific methods (analysis and synthesis, abstraction method, classification method), theoretical methods (hypothetical-deductive, axiomatic and statistical methods) were chosen. Among the practical research methods, the author chose the following: observation, description method, measurement method and associative experiment method. The author determined the selection of printed Ukrainian-language periodicals by the research methodology; search and description, as well as determining the range of psycholinguistic tools for manipulating an associative experiment aimed at determining the range of free associations of recipients in the perception of stimulus frequency 3-x-5-letter compounds. In the conclusions, the author stated that during the political crisis of 1917 in the Ukrainian-language press in the newspaper publications of the first page of the twelve Ukrainian-language newspapers published in the territory of what was then Ukraine, markers of epistemic social inmutation were actively used, which served as psycholinguistic tools for manipulating the readers’ minds.
