The purpose of the article determines the identification of communicative components of the document and information activities of the institution in order to establish the effective functioning of the document. Methodology. The article uses general philosophical methods, in particular dialectical, which performs an integrating function for general scientific and special methods. General scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, abstraction, modeling, analogy, generalization. As well as methods of Document Science, Archival Science, Informology, Social Communication. Scientific novelty. Important components of the dialectical development of the document life cycle in the system of social communication of business space are the logical organization of document and information activities and document circulation of the institution, the establishment of record keeping and archival storage of documents, compliance with dialectical interaction of document life cycle components. The components of the document communication process of the institution include: regulatory framework for document life cycle, formation of office work, organization of document circulation and control over the functioning of documents, production of documents and organization of their storage, creation of archive or archival department of the institution, requirements for electronic document management and electronic archive enterprises. Conclusions. The involved methodological tools allowed to reveal the content of documentary and information activities of institutions, to analyze the constituent elements of communicative relations of the document both in the applied field and to determine the theoretical foundations of the dialectical development of the document in space and time. These components of documentary communication are interconnected and determine the effectiveness of office work of the institution and archives in general in Ukraine. The article considers the historical preconditions and prospects of professional training of specialists in the field of documentation management and information activities. The modern system of management documentation was preceded by a long period of development and formation associated with changes in socio-economic and socio-political conditions, the relevant historical forms of organization of management processes and its documentation. In turn, the complexity of record-keeping and document-making processes, the development of the document-information market formed the requirements for a document-specialist who would have a universal modern education: possessed knowledge, skills in document science and information activities, and skillfully operated in practice acquired management competencies . The formation of a modern system of documentation management and training of specialists in the relevant field in Ukraine took place in line with the general historical processes of development of our state. The peculiarities of educational programs of higher education institutions that train applicants in the specialty 029 «Information, library and archival affairs» are analyzed. It is noted that the analysis of educational programs of higher education institutions in the capital and the region shows that modern freelance students receive quality knowledge through clear new educational programs, innovative technologies, open access to information via the Internet and social institutions - libraries and archives. Future professionals are trained to work with information through new electronic tools, banks and databases. The introduction of electronic document management, the experience of leading countries, new technologies significantly increases professional requirements, encourages constant updating and improving the training of Ukrainian document specialists. In the conclusions it is generalized that document science as a science and as an academic discipline was initiated in the process of development of two branches of practical activity - office work and archival business, within which the logical development of the theory directly depended on practice; at all stages of the transformation of their historical path was directly dependent on the socio-economic demands of society and the improvement of the management segment of document science; The need for highly qualified specialists in the field of document science in the modern labor market is constantly growing, which explains the large number of free economic zones in which high-quality training of document specialists in unique educational programs.

This study analyzes customers’ online social communication to rate lodgings and tourist destinations. A practical methodology is proposed to analyze the online reputation of lodgings as well as the main concepts rated by customers in their online social communication process. To this end, an empirical study was carried out by analyzing the online opinions expressed by customers on the Booking.com tourist lodging website. Based on the information available, three new variables were created and analyzed that represent clearly defined concepts in the minds of consumers. This includes “service quality,” “perceived value,” and “added value.” This study shows that perceived value and service quality are concepts evaluated by customers that are able to differentiate between lodgings in tourist destinations. Therefore, the results show that the online social communication that takes place through this portal has the capacity to guide potential customers by differentiating between the services offered by lodging companies.

In the era of Society 5.0, the role of communication technology was further enhanced so that it made it easier for humans in various aspects, such as economic, social, cultural, educational, health, business, and so on. However, the sophistication of information and communication technology causes interpersonal to interact less rarely face to face and face to face because it is more comfortable interacting through cyberspace through social media. This research was conducted to illustrate how social communication from understanding anxiety in the digital age. In conducting interactions, each individual can experience communication fears where individuals tend to experience anxiety because too much information is received. The group can be one of the very positive spheres of communication. The object of this research is Basmala members, who have various backgrounds as members of Islamic spiritual groups who uphold religious values. This research uses a qualitative research method with an ethnomethodology type that looks at how the disclosure of reality in people's lives and how individuals receive, learn, apply information provided in the community. Basmala is an Islamic spiritual organization whose members are students. As a religious organization where the culture and activities of the organization also have characteristics that can lead to the basic rules of religion that are expected to familiarize its members to deal with differences in the communication process to overcome the causes of communication apprehension

The article discusses the process of designing office work in the field of accounting for goods and equipment of objects of hotel and restaurant facilities. It is noted that it is one of the elements in the safety of tourism activities and a necessary component of the competitiveness of any enterprise operating in market conditions. It is noted that inadequate information on all possible directions of movement of purchased and manufactured goods leads to ineffective management decisions and deterioration of the enterprise. Therefore, there is a need for effective design of the accounting of goods and equipment in their information support. This will ensure the consistency and relationship of indicators of accounting registers; will provide information of the required level of detail and generalization, to meet the needs of management. The complexity of the construction of the accounting process for the objects of the hotel and restaurant economy is highlighted for the purpose of effective accounting and successful management of stocks of goods. To improve organizational support and design an effective system for documenting the accounting of goods and equipment of objects, an analysis of the directions of movement of goods and business transactions that arise in their process was carried out; the composition of accounting and control objects was clarified. In the hotel and restaurant industry, there are three main groups of business transactions related to the movement of goods: the receipt of placement and disposal of goods. In general, the organization of accounting for goods at the enterprise also includes three main stages: methodological, technical and organizational. At the same time, at all stages it is important to have timely primary accounting and a clear procedure for organizing the compilation and processing of primary documents, which is called the schedule of documents. There is a need to reflect the system of record keeping of goods in the Order on the accounting policy of the enterprise and its design given the rationality of accounting and the effectiveness of internal control to meet the information needs of owners at all stages of movement of goods.

Transfer of results of scientific research to society for discussion and consumption is nowadays one of scientists’ responsibilities. Along with the change of roles of scientific institutions, scientists have also become obliged to distribute results of scientific research, not only within their own community, but also to the part of society that does not consist of specialists in the respective field of research, and that consists of potential consumers of the results of scientific research, including industry as potential commercializers of the research result.The objective of the research was the identification of factors affecting the transfer of results of scientific research to industry (commercialization of science) and the science communication process. Both secondary and primary data were used in the research. Primary data was acquired by semi-structured interviews with experts from industry, university and government.Several factors affecting the commercialization of science have been identified in the situation of Latvia. There is no motivational system for scientists regarding the organization of science communication in Latvia, but the science communication role is essential for cooperation between university and industry.

In the new realities of the world, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the paradigm of management and work organization in companies is changing. The industrial revolution and digitalization are “threatening” to replace human labor with automation, robotics and artificial intelligence. The cluster of IT companies is actively developing. The management of the companies accepted the challenge of lightning fast transfer of office employees to the remote mode. The study provides recommendations on the use of software to solve functional tasks for managing employees and remote teams. Based on a detailed analysis of the characteristics, practices of companies and price guidelines, a list of software for managing employees on remote employment is formed. The software is presented for functional tasks: discussion of operational tasks using video communications, setting and monitoring long-term tasks, document management and online accounting, quick access to services and data storage. Maintaining a healthy and developing digital corporate culture is key to the success of remote work.

This study identified the purposes of the communication process in the group activities of the Family Health strategy from the perspective of nurses. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and recorded with 60 nurses and non-participant observation with 19 group activities, analyzed according to qualitative content analysis. Five categories emerged: Health education, Clinical follow-up, Co-responsibilization of patients, Team-Community Interaction, and Work Organization. These categories revealed that the establishment of reciprocal interactions among professionals, patients and families favor health promotion because it encourages the exchange of knowledge among the participants concerning their health experiences.

Being able to follow the direction of another person’s line-of-sight facilitates social communication. To date, much research on the processes involved in social communication has been conducted using computer-based tasks that lack ecological validity. The current paradigm assesses how accurately participants can follow a social partner’s line-of-sight in a face-to-face scenario. In Study 1, autistic and neurotypical adults were asked to identify which location, on a grid of 36 potential locations, the experimenter was looking at on a series of discrete trials. All participants (both autistic and neurotypical) were able to effectively make line-of-sight judgements, scoring significantly above chance. Participants were also just as effective at making these judgements from either a brief, 1s, glance or from a prolonged, 5s, stare. However, at the group level, autistic participants were significantly less accurate than neurotypical participants overall. In Study 2, potential variation in performance along the broad autism phenotype was considered using the same paradigm. Bayesian analyses demonstrated that line-of-sight judgement accuracy was not related to the amount of autistic traits. Overall, these findings advance the understanding of the mechanistic processes of social communication in relation to autism and autistic traits in a face-to-face setting. Lay abstract In order to effectively understand and consider what others are talking about, we sometimes need to follow their line-of-sight to the location at which they are looking, as this can provide important contextual information regarding what they are saying. If we are not able to follow other people’s line-of-sight, this could result in social communication difficulties. Here we tested how effectively autistic and neurotypical adults are at following a social partner’s line-of-sight during a face-to-face task. In a first study, completed by 14 autistic adult participants of average to above-average verbal ability and 14 neurotypical adult participants, we found that all participants were able to effectively follow the social partner’s line-of-sight. We also found that participants tended to be as effective at making these judgements from both a brief, 1s, glance or a long, 5s, stare. However, autistic adults were less accurate, on average, than neurotypical adults overall. In a second study, a separate group of 65 neurotypical adults completed the same line-of-sight judgement task to investigate whether task performance was related to individual variation in self-reported autistic traits. This found that the amount of self-reported autistic traits was not at all related to people’s ability to accurately make line-of-sight judgements. This research isolates and furthers our understanding of an important component part of the social communication process and assesses it in a real-world context.

Purpose – This article aims to describe how people manage to integrate their use of paper and electronic documents in modern office work environments. Design/methodology/approach – An observational interview type study of 14 participants from 11 offices in eight organizations was conducted. Recorded data were analysed using a thematic analysis method. This involved reading and annotation of interview transcripts, categorizing, linking and connecting, corroborating, and producing an account of the study. Findings – The findings of the study can be categorized into four groups: the roles paper and electronic documents serve in today's offices, the ways in which these documents are managed, the problems associated with their management, and the types of fragmentation that exist in terms of their management and how these are dealt with. Practical implications – The study has identified the need for better integrated management of paper and electronic documents in present-day offices. The findings of the study have then been used to propose a set of guidelines for the development of integrated paper and electronic document management systems. Originality/value – Although similar studies of offices have been conducted in the past, almost all of these studies are prior to the widespread use of mobile and network-based shared technologies in office environments. Furthermore, previous studies have generally failed to identify and propose guidelines for integration of paper and electronic document management systems.
