Deli Kencana Palace Medan, for the development of science, especially in the field of human resource management, as a reference in conducting further research for the development of science, especially in the field of human resource management, as a reference in conducting further research. The research population is incentives and the number of vehicles serviced by employees of PT. Deli Kencana Palace Medan from 1983-2016. The research sample was taken in 2016. The data collection techniques used were documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. From the results of the research and discussion obtained a simple linear regression equation is Y = 515,462 + 0,033X. That is, giving incentives has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Medan Deli Kencana Palace. This can be seen from the regression coefficient which is positive. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.693, meaning that giving incentives has a fairly strong and positive relationship to the performance of employees at PT. Medan Deli Kencana Palace. The determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.481. That is, employee performance can be explained by giving incentives of 48.1% while 51.9% is explained by other factors. Judging from the z test, the z calculated value is 7.574 with a significance level of 0.000

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Research on the role of the APIP review of the Ministry/agency Work Plan and Budget document to determine the impact on the efficiency of ministry/agency spending (case study at the Ministry of Religion). The method used in this study uses simple linear regression with dummy. The use of linear regression is used to examine the relationship between independent variables (certain types of expenditure) and dependent variables (total expenditure). Whereas, dummy is used to find out before and after the APIP review is done. Throughout the author's search, this research has never been done. Based on the results of linear regression obtained, the APIP review significantly had a positive effect on official travel expenditure and honorarium but did not significantly affect building spending and equipment.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental ethics knowledge on household waste management behaviour in Jatibening Village, Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City. The research data collection was conducted from October to November 2020. The data was collected using a questionnaire from 127 homemakers. Respondents were selected using a simple random sampling method. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression. The simple linear regression analysis results indicate that Environmental Ethics Knowledge has a significant positive effect on Household Waste Management Behavior ((3 = 0.215, p <0.05). These results indicate that increasing knowledge about environmental ethics can improve the behaviour of homemakers in managing household waste. Thus, it is hoped that homemakers can increase their knowledge of environmental ethics to improve their behaviour in managing household waste.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.
