Model Keputusan Pembelian Pakaian Batik Dan Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen

Batik is a craft that has high artistic value and has become part of Indonesia culture that must be preserved. The level of consumer satisfaction towards Batik has to be known in order to understand the market demand, as well knowing the influencing factors that have postive effect on purchasing decision of Batik. The purposes of this study are (1) measures customer satisfaction levels of batik clothing, (2) measures the influence of quality product, brand, price, and access toward purchasing decision. Method - A total of 120 respondents were asked to rate their assesment on product quality, brand, price and access to get Batik clothes and their purchasing decision. Analysis of customer satisfaction used Consumer Satisfaction Index. The relationship between quality product, brand, price, and access toward purchasing decision determined by regression analysis Ordinary Least Square. The result of this study revealed that consumers’ satisfaction toward Batik clothes included in term of satisfied category. Brand and price had positive effect on purchasing decision, but product quality and accesibity didn’t.

Consumer Satisfaction is an assessment of the features of a product or service that provides a level of pleasure to customers related to meeting customer consumption needs. Aqiqah Nurul Hayat has been serving aqiqah services since 2003 and already has more than 30 branches spread throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between price perception, service quality, and product quality to consumer satisfaction with aqiqah Nurul Hayat Malang Branch. The research location is at the office of Nurul Hayat Malang branch on Jl. S. Supriadi No. 7 Sukun. Sampling used the accidental sampling method, the respondents obtained were 73 people. The analytical method used in this study is Spearman's Correlation. The data used are primary data. The results obtained indicate that the perception of price, service quality, and product quality have a relationship with customer satisfaction Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Malang branch. The results of the analysis show that perceived price, service quality, and product quality have a strong relationship with customer satisfaction at the Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Malang branch. The recommendation given is to maintain customer satisfaction by continuing to maintain the quality of both services and products.

Sago is a potential source of food with high calories and carbohydrates (rice equivalent). Sago consumer preferences can provide important information in making marketing strategy sago, and also is one of the indicators of market demand for the products of sago. The purpose of this study were to understand the srage of the purchase decision process undertaken by consumers of sago; analyze the level of customer satisfaction with sago attributes associated from sago; and analyze the consumer preference for various atrributes inherent in sago. The study was conducted in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Respondents were all members of a population of 21 respondents consisting of 15 restaurant owners who provide meals made from sago and 6 owners agro-industry made from raw sago. The study used Engel Model Analysis, Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Analysis, and Conjoint Analysis. The results of the analysis gives an overview of some consumer behavior based on the decision-making process shows that the benefits sought in the purchase buy sago sago is as a raw material to be processed into a menu of traditional food and traditional cakes Kendari. Color sago is the main thing, which will be seen and considered by consumers to make purchases between and will buy sago in traditional markets as close to the place of business. The level of consumer satisfaction in this study were satisfied with the preference category that consumers like sago with normal color (pure white), normal scent (odorless), low prices and package sizes are 20 kg. The resulting combination of sago four attributes (color, flavor, price and package sizes) is acceptable to describe consumers' desire sago in Kendari. Rosela (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is used for drinks because it contains organic acids, polysaccharides, and flavonoids that are useful in preventing cancer, controlling blood pressure, promoting blood circulation, and promoting defecation, so it is feasible to be developed. Teaching Factory Tegalampel Bondowoso Processing Division of the PP Negeri 1 Vocational School captures the potential for the development of rosella by producing Minrose processed products, ready-to-drink and healthy packaging drinks from Rosela flowers as one of the superior products suitable for consumption for all people. Sales fluctuations assume that managers need to conduct studies by conducting price policies and building positive perceptions about product quality through customer satisfaction for purchasing decisions. Researchers used samples to consumers or buyers of Minrose products at the age of 15 to 60 as many as 70 people. This study uses path analysis analysis method that shows the results that the price affects consumer satisfaction (ρX1.Z = 0.387 with Sign. 0.001), product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction (ρX2.Z = 0.294 with Sign. 0.009), the price has no effect on purchasing decision (ρX1.Y = 0.046 with Sign. 0.630 and Indirect effect = 0.157 and Total Coefficient = 0.203), product quality affects purchasing decisions (ρX2.Y = 0.457 with Sign. 0,000 and Indirect effect = 0.117 and Total Coefficient = 0.576 ), consumer satisfaction affects the purchasing decision (ρZ.Y = 0.407 with Sign. 0,000) Minrose products at the Teaching Factory of the Processing Division of SMK PP Negeri 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso.

The were two aims of this research. First is to get model of the relation between the latent variable quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction. The second was to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Burger King Bali. This research implemented Partial Least Square method with 3 second order variables is the service quality, product quality, and customer satisfaction. In this research also used 5 first order variables to explain the variable service quality are tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and 6 first order variables to explain the variable quality product are performance, reliability, feature, durability, conformance, and design. Samples used in this research is 100. The results of this research indentify that the service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction at Burger King.

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of transaction and service quality on customer satisfaction in purchasing decision making. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents using convience sampling non profitability. Data obtained through questionnaires, the data collection process in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 program to determine the relationship between the effect of Ease of Transaction, Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions and Consumer Satisfaction as a mediating variable.The results of the hypothesis that there are 4 accepted and 3 rejected after being tested by hypothesis testing is done using the probability value and the t statistic. So in the hypothesis acceptance criteria t-statistic> t-table. Ease of transaction affects customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. Service quality affects customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis is accepted. Ease of transaction affects purchasing decisions, so the hypothesis is accepted. Service quality affects purchasing decisions, so the hypothesis is accepted. Consumer satisfaction has no effect on purchasing decisions, so the hypothesis is rejected. The service quality on purchasing decisions is not mediated by consumer satisfaction well so that the hypothesis is rejected. Ease of transaction on purchasing decisions is not mediated in consumer satisfaction well, so the hypothesis is rejected. In this study, it is explained that the purchasing decision is not well mediated by consumer satisfaction so that consumers who do not reach their expectations feel dissatisfied, which leads to not making purchasing decisions on Okeped.

The development of Islamic banking is very rapid, causing competition between Islamic and conventional banking. Improving the quality of services and products makes the main point in providing customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price with customer satisfaction at Islamic commercial banks in the city of Bogor. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to determine the level of influence of the relationship between customer satisfaction with service quality, product quality and price. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with qualifications of 81 men and 19 women and used a descriptive approach. The results of this study are the level of customer satisfaction with prices reaching 2.49, besides that the level of customer satisfaction with products is 2.91, and the level of customer satisfaction with service quality is 2.84. These results prove that customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the price, products, and quality of services provided by Islamic banking.

Purchasing decision are conscious consumer desire to choose a product among the available alternative actions. Purchasing decisions in this researcher are influenced by product quality, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage. The population in this study were 295 consumers using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 170 consumers. Product quality variables partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision variables by using the comparison tcount> ttable and Fcount>Ftable. Partial and simultaneous consumer satisfaction variables have no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions by using the comparison tcount <ttable and Fcount> Ftabel. The competitive advantage variable partially and simultaneously has no and significant effect on purchasing decisions by using the comparison tcount <ttable and Fcount <Ftabel.

The study will use 88 respondents who are users of services Kayan speedboat port II Tanjung Selor. Analysis tool use Ordinary Least Square. Result of research is effectiveness of services variabel was give significant influence to consumer satisfaction variabel in Kayan speedboat port II Tanjung Selor. This study aims to know and analyze the influences of product quality, promotion and location on the customer loyalty either directly or through the customer satisfaction as the mediator variable and also to know and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty at hypermarket Lottemart of Taman Surya. Data collection is conducted through questionnaire. Sample used in this study consists of 400 respondents of customers of hypermarket Lottemart of Taman Surya Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research uses non probability sampling technique. The method of analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted with SmartPLS application. The results of the research reveal that quality product, promotion and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, promotion and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty but location has no significant effect on customer loyalty.
