The problems examined in this study are how efforts should be made to increase the motivation of the employees. The study was conducted at the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross (UPTD PMI) Yogyakarta, aiming at finding what efforts should be made to improve the motivation of the employees.The method used in this research is a close-ended question questionnaire employing a five-point scale of Likert and an open-ended question questionnaire. Data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. Respondents of this study were employees of the blood transfusion unit (UTD PMI) of Yogyakarta city, numbering 35 people. The result shows that the perception of the motivation of the three aspects had an average value (grand mean motivation) of 3.2, which, according to the frequency table, is sufficiently good. Employees would eagerly carry out their jobs due to the satisfaction of their needs consisting of the existences of impulses, achievable hope, and rewards. Data from the open statements reveal there is a tendency from respondents to desire salary adjustment, communication, infrastructures and facilities for their works, safety and comfort while on duty, pleasure from working, and work rules which produce a rise of motivation while working. Research result and conclusion point out that employees’ motivation for working can be improved by conducting evaluation.

This study aims to determine the system for the results of Mudharabah on Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data relating to the annual revenue sharing system Mudharabah (2010-2014). The results of this study indicate that the profit sharing system is implemented by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu in the form of Mudharabah financing. With a guarantee statement on the process akadnya. In the event of negligence made by members who resulted in his business losing the goods made in the guarantee will be seized by the cooperative. Businesses that are established by members are mostly small and medium enterprises so often encountered bookkeeping that is not clear and just make a budget booklet at random. However, it does not become alaasan and hamper the growth of cooperatives which each year has increased the remaining results of operations. Unclear budget bookkeeping can result in member earnings manipulation, by lowering the profits earned and the effect on the revenue share installments

This study aims to analyze the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in the Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which to obtain a picture in understanding and explaining the application of village fund allocations in an effort to increase development in Desa Limau Manis. The data used in this study are primary data with the subject of research is the Limau Manis Village Office of Tanjung Morawa District. The results showed that the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District had been running but the allocation was not right on target, this can be seen from the realization of the allocation of village funds that were used for social purposes had less value the remainder is for village government income and other benefits.

This study aims to examine the business benefits, added value, and business risks of skipjack processing (suwir-suwir) at POKLAHSAR Huhate in Namlea Village as a first step in evaluating newly established businesses in 2011. Primary data were collected from research informants (owner company and labor) through observation and direct interview with questionnaire. Data analysis was done by qualitative descriptive analysis method, including business profit analysis method, value added analysis method, and business risk analysis method. The results showed that: 1). The business profit is Rp 1.205.945,-/production; 2). Added value of Rp 40.654-,/kg, or 65.05% against the sale value of skipjack suwir by Rp 62.500,-; and 3). The risk of suwir-suwir skipjack business of POKLAHSAR Huhate in Namlea Village has no chance of losing any production process or this business will always experience profit because the lower profit margin is positive at Rp 98.,971,21.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the accounting treatment of inventory on the method of recording and assessing merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju Kec. Kab. Musi Banyuasin with inventory observation periods in April and May 2020. In this study the researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Where the primary data is in the form of interviews and field observations, while the secondary data is in the form of merchandise inventory data at Bumdes Karya Maju. Data collection methods used were interviews and field observations. The results showed that the method of recording and inventory of merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju was not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Bumdes Karya Maju records merchandise inventory using an application called OMI, which has not applied any method in the application.

Systematic and Complete Land Registration (PTSL) is a government program to implement single land mapping in Indonesia. The target of PTSL is only for uncertified land in a village or suburb. One of the areas implementing PTSL program is Batu City that had previously applied National Agrarian Operation Project (PRONA).  As a new registration system, PTSL is worthy to discuss and analyze whether or not systematic and complete land registration has already provided legal certainty for land owners. The method used in this research is juridical-empiric research method using juridical sociological approach. Legal data analysis used is by qualitative descriptive analysis method. According to the research result and analysis, it can be concluded that there are many hindering factors experienced by Agrarian Office of Batu City, PTSL participants and village officials in Batu City. Land registration through PTASL program is, however, still substantial in providing legal certainty for all participants. This is because land certificates that are issued from PTSL is signed by Adjudication Committee Chief. Keywords: first registration, single mapping, systematic ABSTRAKPendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) merupakan program pemerintah untuk mewujudkan peta tunggal di Indonesia. Sasaran PTSL yaitu bidang tanah yang belum memiliki sertifikat dalam satu kelurahan atau desa. Salah satu daerah yang mengikuti Program PTSL yaitu Kota Batu yang sebelumnya juga mengikuti Proyek Operasi Nasional Agraria (PRONA). Sebagai sistem pendfataran yang baru, PTSL menarik untuk dikaji dan dianalisis agar dapat diketahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan, perlu pula dikaji dan dianalisis apakah pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap telah memberikan kepastian hukum kepada pemilik tanah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Analisis data hukum menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa banyak ditemukan faktor penghambat yang muncul dari pihak Kantor Pertanahan Kota Batu, Peserta PTSL, dan pihak Desa atau Kelurahan di Kota Batu. Pendaftaran tanah melalui Program PTSL tetap memberikan kepastian hukum kepada pesertanya. Sertifikat yang diterbitkan melalui PTSL ditandatangani oleh Ketua Panitia Ajudikasi.  Kata Kunci: Pendaftaran Pertama Kali, Peta Tunggal, Sistematis

Sunni – Shia polemic becomes issues depict the debate in Islamic discourse. Even though it starts from political issue, while in its progress meddling in theology area to justify the truth of each other. In this context, verbal violence often occurs to attack, hurt, insult, or weaken the opponent. This paper will discuss verbal violence in the Sunni – Shia polemic as has been written in al-Munazarat baina Fuqaha' as-Sunnah wa Fuqaha' asy-Syi'ah book. The paper focuses on discussing the form and the factor behind these violences. The study is conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The research result shows that the verbal violence found in the text quite varied, which are verbal violence in the form of satire, accuse or defame, mock, intimidate, curse, and threaten. Factors that cause violence also vary. However, the main factor of verbal violence is when the speaker is carried away by the critical situation of the debate. Other influencing factor is the speaker feels proud of himself or group, disappointed, hatred, and power relation. This article concludes that verbal violence can be found in debate on Islamic religious discourse.

This study aims to examine the application of e-invoices to the compliance of Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) registered at KPP Pratama Makassar Selatan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data sources are primary data obtained from interviews with Tax Entrepreneurs (PKP) and Tax Officers. This study uses four informants consisting of three informants from taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) and one informant from the Supervision and Consultation Section. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the application of e-invoicing within the scope of the South Makassar Primary Tax Office was effective and efficient. The implementation of e-invoicing increases taxpayer compliance, although there are some obstacles experienced by taxable entrepreneurs in using e-invoices, namely internet connection problems, and the application of errors sometimes occurs

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The purposes of this research are to find out the types of politeness strategies used to save the face of the characters in Once Upon A Time season 1 and to identify the dominant scale of social dimensions when using politeness strategies in Once Upon A Time season 1. This research uses qualitative-descriptive analysis method and to get the data needed in this research the writer did the following steps: watching the movies, transcribing the speech, searching the data, classifying the data, analyzing the data and drawing a conclusion related to the types of politeness strategies and the dominant scale of social dimensions. The source of the data used is taken from the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1 by Edward Kitsis dan Adam Horowitz. The results of this research show that there are four types of politeness strategies found in the serial film Once Upon A Time season 1. They are 10 data of bald on-record (28,6%), 8 data of positive politeness strategies (22,9%), 13 data of negative politeness strategies (37,1%) and 4 data of off-record consists (11,4%) and the most dominant scale of four social dimension scales is social distance scale 14 data (40%).
