This study presents the results of a qualitative study on the implementation of electronic tax reporting by taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pluit, namely qualitative research with data collection methods using in-depth interviews with related parties such as taxpayers, also experts in the field being studied. Data collection is also carried out by means of a Group Discussion Forum (FGD) to determine the level of taxpayer compliance in electronic tax reporting, as well as finding the right solution to be able to use electronic tax reporting for taxpayers. All respondents in this study revealed that electronic tax reports are very helpful for taxpayers in the submission process of tax reports and are very efficient both in time and cost, but the ability of taxpayers to use electronics still needs guidance, even though all legal umbrellas have been made in such a way, especially for entrepreneurs. the “small” who incur high costs for this.

Musical intelligence is musical intelligence which is characterized by a person's ability in the field of music, both sensitivity and mastery of tones, rhythms, rhythm patterns, instruments, and musical expressions, so that a person can play musical instruments or sing songs. This study aims to analyze the musical intelligence of early childhood with angklung musical instruments in Hidayatullah Islamic Kindergarten Semarang. The benefit of this research is knowing how to apply the angklung musical instrument correctly so that it can develop children's musical intelligence. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been done that the activity of playing angklung musical instruments can play an active role in stimulating children's musical intelligence. This can be seen when playing angklung musical instruments, children have skills in playing angklung musical instruments, the ability to adjust the tempo, adjust the tone, adjust the rhythm/rhythm, and the ability to sing short songs with the right rhythm. The results of the study showed that the musical intelligence of children in group B of Hidayatullah Islamic Kindergarten Semarang through playing the angklung musical instrument developed as expected.

<p>The background of this article is based on madrasa resistance to radicalism. The purpose of this study is to see how madrasa resistance to face radicalism. The type of this research is qualitative research and data collection methods with observation and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. This study uses Peter L Berger's theory of the fundamental dialectics of society-externalization, objectification, and internalization. The results showed that madrasa resistance to radicalism with social empowerment through the process of social construction (externalization, objectification, and internalization). The tolerant attitude of the community which is manifested in social humanitarian activities such as <em>genduri, sambatan</em> and <em>kerja bakti</em> is contracted by the madrasa as a subjective reality into objective reality, so that the anti-radicalism attitude in this society can become the norm for the madrasas to be deprived and implemented in the daily life of the madrasa.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Latar belakang artikel ini didasarkan pada resistensi madrasah terhadap radikalisme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana cara madrasah menghadapi radikalisme. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada responden terpilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Peter L.Berger tentang dialektika fundamental masyarakat-eksternalisasi, objektifikasi dan internalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah menolak radikalisme dengan pemberdayaan sosial melalui proses konstruksi sosial (eksternalisasi, objektifikasi dan internalisasi). Sikap toleran dari masyarakat yang dimanifestasikan dalam kegiatan sosial kemanusiaan seperti <em>genduri, sambatan</em> dan <em>kerja bakti</em> dikontrak oleh madrasah sebagai realitas subjektif ke dalam realitas objektif, sehingga sikap anti-radikalisme dalam masyarakat ini dapat menjadi norma bagi madrasah untuk dicabut dan diimplementasikan di kehidupan sehari-hari madrasah.</p><p><strong></strong><br /><em></em></p>

The health of pregnant women is still a national health problem. Ante Natal Care (ANC) services integrated with 10 standards can improve maternal and fetal health. However, in recent years complications of pregnancy and childbirth have increased which should be identified early with the right ANC. This study aims to explore the implementation of ANC 10 standards and obstacles in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The study began with qualitative data collection through focus group discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews and quantitative data collection through filling out questionnaires in October-November 2018 in the working area of ​​the Upper Tembilahan Health Center. The sample of this study was all midwives at the Tembilahan Hulu health center and pregnant women were randomly taken as many as 138 people. The findings of this study note 35 out of 138 (25.4%) pregnant women received standard ANC 10 services in full. Weigh BB and measure TB (86.23%), measure blood pressure (100%), nutritional status (88.41%), measure TFU (85.51%), value of fetal presentation (81.88%), srining T (81.16%), Fe tablets (71.01%), labor checks (81.88%), case management (82.61%), and speech meetings (69.57%). The obstacle of midwives is inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the weak skills of midwives in implementing standards. The need for monitoring and evaluation of KIA program holders and guidance and training for integrated ANC servants for all midwives.

In this study the researcher uses a qualitative research design to discover what makes hotel expatriates remain in their overseas assignments. In-depth interviews, participant observations, and personal documents are used as data collection methods. Four hotel expatriates are recruited as participants of the study. The collected interview transcripts and fieldnotes are further analyzed through the use of grounded theory. Five selective codes found as the dominant themes in this study are hotel expatriates’ : (a) personality characteristics, (b) motivations to work overseas, (c) challenges derived from overseas assignments, (d) competencies, and (e) roles/identities in overseas assignments. These five main themes are further analyzed and concluded with a coherent theory that explains why hotel expatriates remain in their assignments.

The Purpose of this study is conducting mitigate fraud transaction by adapting the concept of siri’ na pacce’. This research is a qualitative research with a critical ethnographic approach. The source of data from this study is primary data in the form of direct interviews to several informants and subjects in the form of data from the research location. Furthermore, the data collection methods used was in-depth interviews, documentation and recording. Then, the processing and data analysis techniques are qualitative analysis by building conclusions with the stages of data collection, triangulation data analysis and final conclusion. The results of this study indicate Lempu’ and ada tongeng 'in the dimension of honesty accountability, namely honesty and wisdom which are keys in reducing fraud. The value of clay is reinforcement in the implementation of accountability can be seen in the process of offering, ordering, payment and delivery.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

Among Muslim communities, love of the Prophet Muhammad embodied in a religious tradition known as shalawāh tradition. Shalawāh is an expression of deep gratitude for the guidance to Muslims on the right path. Sufism that emphasizes reading Shalawāh of the Prophet Muhammad as dhikr primarily is Shalawāh Wāhidiyah. The main purpose of Shalawāh Wāhidiyah is to alleviate people from the shirk and return to the straight and true that by pleasing Allah. The focuses of this study are: (1) how do the precepts and values of Sufism in the Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? (2)  How do the precepts and values are promoted and practiced by Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? (3)  How does the experience of spirituality Jamaat Shalawāh Wāhidiyah? This study is a qualitative study by using a naturalistic paradigm and phenomenology approach. The data were collected by in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary in the form of journals, magazines and so on. While the data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation of data, the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Shalawāh Wāhidiyah precepts include: a. li Allāh, bi Allāh; b. li al-RasÅ«l, bi al-RasÅ«l; c. li al-ghauts bi al-ghauts; d. yu'thÄ« kull dzÄ« ḥaqq; e. taqdÄ«m al-hamm tsumm al-hamm, fa al-fa’ tsumm al-fa'. The values contained in Shalawāh Wāhidiyah Sufism, among others: taubah, ikhlāsh, syukr, mahabbah. (2) Socialization Shalawāh Wāhidiyah precepts are done by 1. individual, 2. packaged in a formal form as mujāhadah nishf al-sanah and mujāhadah kubrā, 3. through dreams, 4. implemented in the form of books, magazines, newsletters, and CDs. While this practice Shalawāh Wāhidiyah carried out in different ways mujāhadah usbÅ«'iyyah, mujāhadah syahriyyah, mujāhadah rub’ al-sanah, mujāhadah nishf al-sanah, and so forth.
