The population in this study were all mothers  81 breastfeeding children under 6 months of age who are in the Work Area  Sentajo Raya Puskesmas and a sample of 15 people. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling.  Univariate and bivariate data analysis Bivariate analysis was performed using thetest Wilcoxon. Research result  It was found that the effectiveness of young papaya on the smooth production of breast milk, with a p value <α, namely 0.001  <(0.05). It is recommended to health workers at the Sentajo Raya puskesmas to increase knowledge  regarding non-pharmacological therapy in increasing breast milk production, especially the effectiveness of young papaya against  smoothness of breast milk in nursing mothers.

Anemia is a problem of MMR in Indonesia. based on the global prevention of Anemia, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is 28.3%. The anemia rate in Rangkap Jaya Health Center is 64.3%. Anemia occurs due to physiological changes and is aggravated by malnutrition. Efforts that can be done so that pregnant women do not experience anemia are consumption of Fe tablets, improve diet and add vitamin C-rich food substances such as those found in red guava fruit and beets. This study aims to determine the differences in the administration of red guava fruit juice (Psidium Guajava) and beet juice (Beta Vulgaris) to hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women at Puskesmas Rangkapan Jaya Depok. Methodology this study uses a Quasy Experiment design with a Two Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study are all trimester III pregnant women. The samples of this study arev30 people with the intervention of red guava juice and beet juice. Given for 14 days which are 250 cc. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Results: That there are differences in the provision of red guava juice and beet juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. With the average value before and after administration of red guava fruit juice is 8.4 g / dl to 11.5 g / dl and the average value before and after beet juice is 8.5 g / dl to 10.2 g / dl. p-value of 0.001. The conclusions is Red guava juice is more effective against changes in hemoglobin levels.

Background: Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) are increased in tissue damage. Ashitaba contains many compounds that can reduce serum SGOT and SGPT levels. Objective: This study was proposed to prove that giving Ashitaba extract could reduce serum SGOT and SGPT levels in rats exposed to burn injury. Methods: This study used a posttest only control group design with 20 rats as samples. All research samples were treated with second-degree burns and were divided into 2 different groups, the treatment group (given Ashitaba extract 300 mg /kg BW) and the control group. The blood serum was analyzed for SGOT and SGPT test on the 2nd, 8th, and 14th days. For statistical analysis, the Wilcoxon test used to analyze the levels of serum SGOT and SGPT. Results: There was no significant difference in serum SGOT and SGPT levels between the control and treatment groups on the 2nd, 8th, and 14th days Conclusion: Ashitaba extract could not reduce serum SGOT and SGPT levels in rats exposed to burn injury.

HIV / AIDS is an infectious disease that attacks the immune system. HIV / AIDS cases are still a health problem in the world, because the disease trend is still increasing. Negative stigma and discriminatory can cause high psychological distress and feelings of anxiety. Excessive anxiety will cause feelings of uncertainty, guilt, depression, and helplessness, anxiety, phobias, illusions and hallucinations, thus affecting the quality of life. This study aims to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on anxiety levels in women of reproductive age couples (WPUS) with HIV / AIDS. The research method used a quasi-experimental with One group pretest-posttest design. The sample was 10 people with HIV / AIDS. Data obtained using HARS and analyzed the T-dependent test with a significance test of p value 0.05 (95% CI). The results showed that the average anxiety index before progressive muscle relaxation therapy was 29.90 (severe anxiety), the average anxiety index after progressive muscle relaxation therapy was 16.50 (mild anxiety). The results of the analysis showed that there was an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on the anxiety level of WPUS suffering from HIV / AIDS (p Value = 0.000). It is hoped that this progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be used to reduce the anxiety level of women of reproductive age couples (WPUS) suffering from HIV / AIDS through health education and demonstration of progressive muscle relaxation therapy movement.
