Musical intelligence is musical intelligence which is characterized by a person's ability in the field of music, both sensitivity and mastery of tones, rhythms, rhythm patterns, instruments, and musical expressions, so that a person can play musical instruments or sing songs. This study aims to analyze the musical intelligence of early childhood with angklung musical instruments in Hidayatullah Islamic Kindergarten Semarang. The benefit of this research is knowing how to apply the angklung musical instrument correctly so that it can develop children's musical intelligence. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been done that the activity of playing angklung musical instruments can play an active role in stimulating children's musical intelligence. This can be seen when playing angklung musical instruments, children have skills in playing angklung musical instruments, the ability to adjust the tempo, adjust the tone, adjust the rhythm/rhythm, and the ability to sing short songs with the right rhythm. The results of the study showed that the musical intelligence of children in group B of Hidayatullah Islamic Kindergarten Semarang through playing the angklung musical instrument developed as expected.

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kecerdasan musikal pada anak kelompok B RA Karakter Semarang.Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kecerdasan musikal anak.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) anak belum mampu disiplin saat bermain angklung, 2) masih banyak anak yang cenderung bermain angklung sendiri, 3) anak yang belum mampu mengingat nada, 4) kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam mengkoordinasi mata, tangan dan telinga saat bermain angklung.Hal ini berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukanpada saat guru menunjuk angka di papan tulis anak menggerakan angklungnya masih dengan sesuka hati dan terlihat saat anak selesai bermain angklung masih banyak yang belum mengembalikkan angklung pada tempatnya.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui permaianan alat musik tradisional angklung pada anak kelompok B RA Karakter Semarang.Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B1 di RA Karakter Semarang yang berjumlah 13 anak, terdiri dari 4 anak laki-laki dan 9 anak perempuan tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil pengamatan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui permainan alat musik tradisional angklung yang diperoleh dari awal penelitian adalah 15,38% (2 anak) dengan kategori baik, kemudian peneliti memberikan siklus I kepada anak kelompok B1 untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal. Siklus I mengalami peningkatan mencapai 46,15% (6 anak) dengan kategori baik, karena belum berhasil maka diberikanlah siklus II. Siklus kedua ini memberikan kenaikan sebesar 92,30% (12 anak) dengan kategori baik dan dapat dikatakan penelitian ini berhasil 92,30% sehingga tidak perlu melanjutkan siklus II.Permainan alat musik tradisional angklung mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak, karena melalui bermain angklung anak lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam menikmati musik, anak juga lebih peka tehadap musik mampu mengingat irama, nada dan harmoni.Kesimpulannya bahwa upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal anak melalui permainan alat musik tradisional angklung berhasil dilakukan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah supaya kegiatan bermain alat musik tradisional angklung dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu variasi kegiatan pembelajaran bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan musikal pada anak. ABSTRACTThe background that led to this study was the low musical intelligence in children in group B RA Semarang characters. This was caused by a lack of variation in activities related to the improvement of children's musical intelligence.The problems in this study are 1) children have not been able to discipline when playing angklung, 2) there are still many children who tend to play angklung themselves, 3) children who have not been able to remember the tone, 4) lack of children's ability to coordinate eyes, hands and ears when playing angklung .This is based on observations made when the teacher points to the number on the board the child moves the angklung still at will and looks when the child finishes playing angklung there are still many who have not returned the angklung in place. The aim to be achieved in this study is to improve children's musical intelligence through game of traditional angklung musical instrument in children group B RA Semarang character.The research method is carried out by class action. The subjects of this study were children of group B1 in the Semarang Character RA totaling 13 children, consisting of 4 boys and 9 daughters in the 2018/2019 school year. The data in this study were obtained through observation and documentation.The results of observations of children's musical intelligence through traditional angklung musical instruments obtained from the beginning of the study were 15.38% (2 children) with good categories, then the researchers gave cycle I to children of group B1 to improve musical intelligence. Cycle I experienced an increase of 46.15% (6 children) with a good category, because it has not succeeded then given cycle II. This second cycle gives an increase of 92.30% (12 children) in a good category and it can be said that this study was successful at 92.30% so that there was no need to continue the second cycle. Traditional angklung musical instrument games can improve children's musical intelligence, because through playing angklung children are more creative and innovative in enjoying music, children are also more sensitive to music being able to remember rhythm, tone and harmony. The conclusion is that efforts to improve children's musical intelligence through traditional angklung musical instruments are successfully carried out.Based on the results of this study the suggestions that can be conveyed are so that the activities of playing traditional angklung musical instruments can be used as a variation of learning activities for teachers to improve musical intelligence in children.

West Java is the area that is rich in traditional music, one of them is angklung, which is a musical instrument made of bamboo and played by shaking . As one of the traditional musical instruments, angklung as musical instrument should be maintained by the community so that it can still be heard and played and even preserved to the next generation. One effort to appreciate and preserve angklung traditional music, IGTKI (Bandung Kindergarten Teachers Association) held a Training to improve the professional competence of early childhood education teachers as a target audience in mastering traditional angklung music to be able to transfer knowledge to children early age in PAUD. The purpose of this study  analyzed the implementation of angklung extracurricular learning in PAUD in Bandung as a vehicle for the preservation of traditional music in West Java. This study uses qualitative descriptive as the method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. By preserving angklung traditional music, it is hoped that angklung music will remain a cultural heritage of West Java without fear of being seized by other countries.Keywords; Training, Education Teachers, PAUD, Angklung

This study focused on developments that occurred in gambus music in the Pariaman area from 1960 to 2018. Many other interesting changes that occurred in the development of stringed music in this area. Lute music is a musical unit that presents musical instruments gambus, especially playing Arabic songs and qasidah. The development of lute music in Indonesia began in the 19th century along with the arrival of Arab immigrants from Hadramaut, South Yemen to the archipelago. Although initially gambus was a means of preaching immigrants, along with the gambus, it developed into a means of entertainment. In 1970, Nur El-Surayya Gambus Orchestra held a concert in the context of a cultural weekend in Padang Pariaman District, West Sumatra. Nur El-Surayya Gambus Orchestra performances at that time were very welcome for the people of Padang Pariaman. Several years before the arrival of the Nur El-Surayya Gambus Orchestra to Padang Pariaman Regency, in this area several gambus music groups were established which are well known today, namely: Al Falah Gambus Orchestra (1960-1980), Al Ihsan (1965) , Nurul Hidayah (1974), and Al Hidayah (1995-present). The musical instrument used by the Al Falah Gambus Orchestra is currently an acoustic music instrument such as: violin, gambus (Ud), tamburin, bass barge / betot bass, and maracas. This study specifically examines the "Deculturation of the Forms of Performing Gambus Orchestra in the City of Pariaman, Province of West Sumatra, Musicological Study" using qualitative research methods. data collection used in this study are, observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis. This method is designed to reveal the phenomenon of the Gambus Orchestra in Kota Pariaman.

Ability to say children is the ability of children to count by calling one by one to determine the number or number of objects. Lotto is an educational game used in learning activities in children. The use of lottery media numbers is a form of recognizing numbers in early childhood. The rationale for the emergence of this problem is still the low ability to say children of the Rowo B TK Dharma Wanita Group. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how to play lotto numbers that can improve the ability to say, children, 2) to understand the ability to remember the ability to count children through playing lotto numbers in children B TK Dharma Wanita Rowo Kandangan Group Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were students of the Group B TK Dharma Wanita Rowo donated by 25 children. The research was conducted in February 2018. Data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that through the lotto numbers game can improve the ability to count children in the TK B Group of Dharma Wanita Rowo Kandangan Temanggung Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year. This is evidenced by the increase. The increase only reached 20%, then after the increase in Cycle I it increased to 52%, and Cycle II to 84%, has reached 80%. This success is marked by the child being able to lift by pointing objects, connecting / pairing symbols with objects and writing numbers.. Key words: Ability To Say, Lotto Numbers

This study presents the results of a qualitative study on the implementation of electronic tax reporting by taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Jakarta Pluit, namely qualitative research with data collection methods using in-depth interviews with related parties such as taxpayers, also experts in the field being studied. Data collection is also carried out by means of a Group Discussion Forum (FGD) to determine the level of taxpayer compliance in electronic tax reporting, as well as finding the right solution to be able to use electronic tax reporting for taxpayers. All respondents in this study revealed that electronic tax reports are very helpful for taxpayers in the submission process of tax reports and are very efficient both in time and cost, but the ability of taxpayers to use electronics still needs guidance, even though all legal umbrellas have been made in such a way, especially for entrepreneurs. the “small” who incur high costs for this.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of singing and dancing techniques in preventing aggressive behavior in early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of the study were students or children who behaved aggressively in PAUD Al-Adiba institutions, Blitar. Data collection was carried out by several methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of the data were analyzed using a grounded theory analysis approach model. The results showed that the aggressive behavior of the children of PAUD Al-Adibal Blitar, among others: beatings, screaming, crying, etc. were caused by factors of parenting, social environment, and genetics. Singing or dancing techniques can be used by teachers in overcoming children's aggressiveness. As much as 80% of early childhood education learning activities are used for singing and dancing for each material. So that singing and dancing can be used as a means of preventing aggressive behavior at PAUD Al-Adiba Blitar from an early age.

This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS.

An ability to tell stories in early childhood needs to be supported by interesting media. One of the effective media for children is hand puppet media. Hand puppet media can develop communication, and activate children's cognitive and five senses. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the improvement of storytelling skills through hand puppet media. This study uses a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data by source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study found that improving the ability to tell stories through hand puppet media in group B children taught by educators RA Darus Salam Sumberbaru based on the advice of the principal. And the use of hand puppet media was carried out for five to eight meetings. Suatu kemampuan bercerita pada anak usia dini perlu ditunjang dengan media yang menarik. Salah satu media yang efekif bagi anak yaitu media boneka tangan. Media boneka tangan dapat mengembangkan komunikasi, dan mengaktifkan kognitif serta panca indera anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan bercerita melalui media boneka tangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi,  wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan  triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan bercerita melalui media boneka tangan pada anak kelompok B yang diajarkan oleh pendidik RA Darus Salam Sumberbaru berdasarkan dari himbauan kepala sekolah. Serta penggunaan media boneka tangan dilaksanakan sebanyak lima sampai delapan kali pertemuan. Kata Kunci: kemampuan bercerita, media boneka tangan
