Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Inggris Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan dilakukan di Sekolah dasar Inpres Karot, Kabupaten Manggarai NTT. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk praktik dan simulasi bermain games kosa kata berbahasa Inggris. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui obervasi, ditemukan bahwa siswa SDI Karot senang dan antusias mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan Vocabulary Games. Ini terlihat pada keaktifan dan partisipasi siswa dalam mengikuti diskusi kelompok dan dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan pelaksana PKM. Dengan demikian dapat direkomendasikan bahwa penerapan Vocabulary Games hendaknya selalu diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran kepada siswa SD. Konsekuensinya adalah guru mempersiapkan dan merancang media secara sistematis yang dapat menunjang penerapan English Vocabulary Games.Kata Kunci: Bahasa Inggris, Vocabulary Games, Minat, Siswa Sekolah Dasar This community service activity aims to increase interest in learning English in Elementary School. The activity was carried out at the Karot Inpres Elementary School, Manggarai Regency, NTT. Activities carried out in the form of practice and simulation playing English vocabulary games. Based on the results of the evaluation through observation, it was found that SDI Karot students were happy and enthusiastic about participating in English learning activities using Vocabulary Games. This can be seen in the activeness and participation of students in participating in group discussions and in answering every question posed by PKM implementers. Thus, it can be recommended that the implementation of Vocabulary Games should always be implemented in learning activities for elementary school students. The consequence is that teachers prepare and design media systematically that can support the implementation of English Vocabulary Games.Keywords: English, Vocabulary Games, Interest, Elementary School Students

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKMM) yang didanai kemenristekdikti tahun 2018. Khalayak sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas 5 dan 6 SD Negeri 056035 Kecamatan Besitang. Kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis permainan tradisional di kelas telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 juli 2018 hingga 28 juli 2018 yang diikuti oleh 20 peserta siswa/siswi SD. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh hasil dan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah membantu pihak SD Negeri 056035 Kecamatan Besitang dalam menumbuhkan minat siswa terhadap pelajaran matematika, membantu siswa untuk tertarik terhadap matematika sehingga dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan matematikanya dan meningkatkan kreatifitas siswa dalam bidang Matematika. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan berbasis permainan tradisional berjalan dengan baik dan siswa mampu menggunakan permainan tradisional dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Permainan Tradisional, Matematika, Siswa SDThis Community Service is a Community Service Student Creativity Program (PKMM) funded by Kemenristekdikti in 2018. The target audience of this service is the 5th and 6th grade students of 056035 State Elementary School in Besitang District. Traditional game-based learning activities in the classroom have been held on July 2 2018 to July 28 2018 attended by 20 elementary school students. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service were obtained, including helping 056035 Public Elementary School in Besitang District to foster students 'interest in mathematics, helping students to be interested in mathematics so that they can develop their mathematical abilities and increase students' creativity in Mathematics. The results of the PKM implementation show that the learning process based on traditional games runs well and students are able to use traditional games in the learning process.Keywords: Traditional Games, Mathematics, Elementary Students

This community service activity aims to improve students’ understanding and skills in calculating especially the basic calculation operations, namely addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Calculating skills for elementary school students is very important as students prepare to understand mathematics material in general or in solving simple problems in everyday life. The target of this activity is elementary school students in grade 2 and grade 3, because when students are in grade 3 elementary school, this numeracy ability must be mastered by students. With the provision of materials using application software, students seem enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in the material and practice working on questions. This activity was carried out on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Nogosari 03 SD Rambipuji Elementary School, Jember, attended by 80 students.AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam berhitung khususnya terhadap operasi hitung dasar, yaitu penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian. Keterampilan berhitung bagi siswa sekolah dasar sangatlah penting sebagai bekal siswa memahami materi matematika secara umum maupun dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sederhana dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas 2 dan kelas 3, sebab saat siswa berada di kelas 3 sekolah dasar, kemampuan berhitung ini harus dikuasai oleh siswa. Dengan pemberian materi menggunakan software aplikasi, siswa tampak antusias dan semangat dalam mengikuti materi maupun latihan mengerjakan soal. Kegiatan ini terlaksana pada hari Kamis, 9 November 2017 bertempat di SD Negeri Nogosari 03 Rambipuji, Jember, diikuti oleh 80 siswa.

Community service activities were carried out in Bamo Village, Kota Komba District, East Manggarai Regency. The purpose of this community service activity was to conduct tutoring assistance activities for elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Where tutoring activities were carried out by gathering elementary school students in one house. The implementation of independent KKN by Flores University students is carried out in three stages, namely introduction, implementation of activities and results of activities. The implementation of KKN is focused on a special theme, namely Innovation and Elementary Learning Technology. Learning innovation activities are carried out by utilizing technology tools in the form of a laptop. Where the laptop functions to play animated videos. And the results of the activities are documented in the form of videos and photos. The results of this learning innovation activity are where SDK Waepoang students are increasingly interested in participating in tutoring activities.

AbstrakBahasa Inggris merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang wajib dikuasai oleh siswa Sekolah Dasar. Namun siswa mengalami kesulitan berkomunikasi karena kurangnya penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris. Hal ini didukung pula dengan pembelajaran di sekolah yang lebih banyak menggunakan buku teks daripada menggunakan metode pembelajaran lain yang lebih menarik sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini perlu dilakukan di SD Antonius 2 Semarang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih siswa sekolah dasar berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kosakata dengan penggunaan media ular tangga.. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dengan pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas, yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Dengan penggunaan media ular tangga, siswa SD Antonius 2 Semarang semakin terlatih berbicara bahasa Inggris dan menguasai banyak kosakata bahasa Inggris yang ada di sekitar lingkungan mereka. Kata kunci : kosakata, bahasa Inggris, media, ular tangga  AbstractEnglish is one of the subjects that must be mastered by the Elementary School students. Background: Dental and oral diseases are progressive and accumulative diseases that can affect all age groups. Dental caries is the most common dental disease in Indonesia. One of the preventive measures is to apply pit and fissure sealants to teeth with deep pits and fissures. Objective: The purpose of this activity is to help improving the oral health of the community through preventive efforts in the form of pit and fissure sealant applications. Methods: The implementation of this community service activity was conducted through several stages, namely preparation, data collection, problem identification, and implementation of activities. Results: The average caries index of the targeted students was in the high category. There were 5 children who need pit and fissure sealant application. Conclusion: This community service activity had been conducted according to plan. The community, in this case elementary school students, got preventive services in the field of dental health, especially the application of pit and fissure sealants.

To produce competitive students that ready to face the trend of language learning in English as a foreign language, especially speaking skills, teachers should be ready to develop good planning in the teaching process. It can be in the form of strategies that can motivate students in the learning process. Moreover, in teaching elementary school students, teachers should be more creative to encourage students’ motivation in speaking by using attractive teaching media which involves physical activity because young learners usually only have a short attention span. By using teaching media, students will learn a language in such attractive and fun ways. Thus, the researchers want to see the use of Fun Fishing in teaching speaking at one of the Elementary Schools in Lampung to encourage students in learning English. This research used a qualitative method since it disclosed how to implement Fun Fishing media in an Elementary School in Lampung. As a result, the students were divided into four groups consisted of 2-3 members and learned English which involved physical activity. To sum up, using this media in learning English can motivate students to speak in English and make teaching and learning become more fun because they did physical activity.

[Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. Interactive multimedia is a technology that mediates the development of learning activities to make it more interesting and enjoyable so that it can motivate students to learn. This study aims to determine feasibility of interactive learning multimedia product in motivating student for fourth grade of elementary school to learn mathematics. The research method uses the concept of ADDIE models to develop products with five stages, 1) analyze; 2) design; 3) develop; 4) implement; and 5) evaluate. The result showed that the development of interactive learning multimedia is feasible used for motivating students in grade 4 to learn mathematics. The result of validation by material experts showed that the products developed reached a score of 43 so that it was included in the "very good" category, while the results of the validation by the media experts showed that the products developed reached a score of 59 so that it was included in the "very good" category. Teacher responses related to the practicality of product use reached a score of 113 so that it was included in the "very good" category, while student responses related to the practicality of using the product reached a score of 83 so that it was included in the "very good" category. In motivating students to learn mathematics, interactive learning multimedia can be applied to elementary school students in grade 4.AbstrakMultimedia interaktif adalah teknologi yang memediasi pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran agar lebih menarik dan menyenangkan sehingga mampu memotivasi siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dalam memotivasi siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar untuk belajar matematika. Metode penelitian menggunakan konsep model ADDIE untuk mengembangkan produk dengan lima tahap, 1) menganalisis; 2) desain; 3) berkembang; 4) mengimplementasikan; dan 5) mengevaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif layak digunakan untuk memotivasi siswa kelas 4 dalam belajar matematika. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan mencapai skor 43 sehingga masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”, sedangkan hasil validasi oleh ahli media menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan mencapai skor 59 sehingga masuk dalam kategori "sangat baik". Tanggapan guru terkait dengan kepraktisan penggunaan produk mencapai skor 113 sehingga masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”, sedangkan respons siswa terkait dengan kepraktisan penggunaan produk mencapai skor 83 sehingga masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Dalam memotivasi siswa untuk belajar matematika, multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dapat diterapkan untuk siswa sekolah dasar di kelas 4.

English teachers deliver their teaching materials using various platforms. One of those is the BookWidgets platform which is used to create interactive learning activities and involves students in engaging teaching material. This platform provides teachers and students with dynamic widgets such as iPad, Android tablets, Chromebooks, and iBooks with interactive content. These are designed to interact with students’ interest in acquiring English smoothly. Therefore, this study is aimed at finding out students’ interest in learning English and attract their interest using Bookwidgets. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method, which used a survey to collect the data. The population in this study was taken from junior high school students in MTs Al-Falah using a questionnaire or online survey. In analyzing the data, the writer used a Likert statistical analysis. The results of this showed that students’ interest in English learning using media increased up to 48,1% after they were being introduced to Bookwidgets.
