Communication and logistics are one of the most important features of the markets; they permeate and constitute its content. Communication and logistics for commodity producers are also as important attribute as production itself, and sometimes even more. For this reason, commodity producers themselves directly and explicitly, but more often through other institutions (including the government), tend to set up stable exclusive communication systems and logistics. This article analyzes the state of the prospects for the formation of communications and logistics networks for agricultural products. The correlation of existing communications and logistics of agricultural products and other types of products (including finished industrial products of various purposes: from machinery, equipment, chemical products to defense, hydrocarbon, carbon and other raw materials, timber and other goods) is analyzed. The established linkages are revealed. They were quantified, calibrated and classified. The existing principles (comparative and absolute advantages) are reviewed and new principles are formulated (marginal player, marginal linkages), which describe the real situation in the markets of agricultural products more correctly. New criteria for grouping and reformatting existing communication and logistics networks, which make it possible to increase the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products are proposed.

This study applies descriptive method by collecting data and information from previous articles about zakat, especially zakat management in Indonesia and Malaysia. The findings show that the main problems in managing zakat in Indonesia are: first, there is no government regulation that requires all Muslim citizens who have property that reach nisab requirement to give out zakat. Secondly, Moslem community prefers to pay zakat to the people whom they have already known rather than to the existing formal zakat institutions. This article studies a tradition that existed in the Muscovite state between the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, according to which at Easter, servicemen had the honour of being personally greeted by the sovereign and “seeing the sovereign’s eyes”. A set of documents has survived from the reign of Mikhail Fyodorovich about the admission of different groups of Moscow nobles and clerks to “see the sovereign’s eyes” at Easter either in the komnata (tsar’s personal room), the perednyaya (reception room) or the seny (entrance hall). This set of documents is first introduced into scholarly circulation here. Servicemen considered their reception in the said rooms an indicator of their status and position at court. Of particular importance for the courtiers was the admission during Easter celebrations to “see the sovereign’s eyes” in the tsar’s room. The author analyses the composition of persons included in the “room lists” between 1619 and 1644, which provides a clearer idea about the nature of relationships at the top of the service class and determines the real situation of various persons and clans at court. The article shows that traditionally, it was primarily representatives of aristocratic families who were allowed to enter the tsar’s room. At the same time, almost half of the people admitted belonged to new noble families. However, their presence was not accidental. As a rule, they were representatives of clans firmly established at court thanks to family and personal ties with the royal family and influential boyars and courtiers. The author concludes that the admission of representatives of the most diverse layers of servicemen into the tsar’s room at Easter indicates a process whereby new court relations were formed, according to which the real status of serviceman was determined not only by their origin but also by the degree of proximity to the court.

The paper focuses on the situation of families after coronavirus pandemic, and it is divided in three sections. An “after”, which is also a “now”, because we do not even know how long it will last. We, therefore, need to discuss the discomforts, the almost certainties and the hopes, starting from a consideration: it seems that the situations families are living these days are virtually unknown to those governing us. In addition, what it possibly even worse, the latter behave using a romanticism, which seems inappropriate and out of place. The discomforts: an excess of competences no one really possess to fight an almost unknown virus; the decisions taken by the Government and the major situations of poverty – and not only the economic one – of our Country; the distance between Power and People; and distance learning, in light of the real possibilities of Italian families. The almost certainties: an increase in separations and divorces in the near future and a worsening of already compromised family dynamics. The hops: that the State, the Church, and Pedagogy as well, work more and more fruitfully in the near future towards project and stability cultures for the families and the people, from young ones to adults.
